Clean and comfortable room with all the essentials. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony, living room and bedroom. Easy communication with owner. Would stay again.
The unit was clean and well equipped. The beach was beautiful. My only improvement Iâd make would be a map of the property showing where the amenities and check in desk are. Overall a great experience!
The apartment was the perfect spot for my parents to stay. My parents wanted to visit us in The Tides but our apartment was to small to have them, so we decided to rent another apartment in the building. Both Claudia and Fabiana we easy to coordinate with and the checkin process was easy and straight forward.
The parking prices have gone up a little bit now $75 for one week and $100 for 8-12 day's. Pool is nice(though busy) and the beach is steps away from the pool. Gym has been updated in recent years too.
The view once you're on the balcony is nice, where you can see the ocean and the pool. We had a slight issue with the balcony door(didn't slide very well) but that looked to be fixed the day my parents left.
Overall it was a pleasant stay, and my parents really enjoyed their time at The Tides!!
The view is great! Lots of towels & bed was good. The condo was not very clean. The air grates were filthy. Light switches were dirty. Toaster over was dirty. The condo was not well equipped - 1 roll of toilet paper for a 28 day stay for 2 ppl, 1 kitchen garbage bag, no dishwasher soap, no dishwashing soap, no cleaning products for bathroom, no dishcloth, mismatched furniture & dishes. Everything that could be rusty was rusty, chairs, tables, clothes rack . Weâve stayed in this building twice before & the condos were beautiful. This time we were very disappointed. This condo needs work - kitchen floor needs repair, ceiling tiles in walk-in closet were water damaged & need replacing (looked moody). Patio door was sticking the whole time we were there, until we could not open it anymore, and the handle broke trying. Communication with rep was great until we paid, then we were handed off, twice & there was definitely a language barrier. Every time we spoke to someone at the front desk, the were unable to communicate in English. Unfortunately, I think that was our last stay at the Tides.
The condo was clean enough, but a lot of things were broken. The patio glass door was difficult to open & we couldn't get the top to shut completely. The florescent lighting in the kitchen was bad. It appears most of the bulbs were bad. The ceiling tiles in the walk-in closet needed replacement. There apparently was leak in the ceiling & mold was starting to grow. Looks like an easy fix. Not sure why they are not upkeeping a potentially nice condo.
