The pool was perfect for those times when we needed to get out of the beach sun and the kids still wanted to swim. The house is in great shape with each bedroom being very well appointed and everything you need and then some in the kitchen.

Fair. House was nice but needed some repairs.Refrigerator ice maker did not dispense ice, kitchen ceiling flood light would not illuminate and on our last full day of our stay the hot tub was cold water

The house has a nice lay out with Master on one side and two bedrooms on the other side of the house. Our main complaint was that the hot tub heater was not working correctly and we didn't feel the sense of urgency from the property management company to get it resolved during our stay. Coming from the north, hanging out on the patio enjoying food & drink while watching football outside enjoying the outdoor pool and hot tub was a big priority that fell short of our expectations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the house and it’s very nice outdoor facilities. It’s well located on Marco in a quiet neighborhood and well kept. Shops and restaurants are an easy bike ride from the house. The pool was very clean and the hot tub heated up nicely. The remodeled kitchen was well done and well stocked. The appliances are top of the line and apparently brand new. The shower in the second bathroom is great for kids and smaller adults.

Great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was just as pictured. Clean and fairly well supplied. Pool and lanai were great and it was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. Close to main access and quiet and peaceful. My only recommendations would be to provide some suggestions or listing of things to do and places to eat locally. Additionally, pot holders and some more silverware would be helpful. Only 2 beach chairs but we bought 2 beach mats that we left behind. Some pool floats would be a nice touch as well. We left a couple behind. I would highly recommend this rental. Great people to work with!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was ok.i had to call numerous times to have things fixed. hot tub didn't work when we got there. It did get fixed. 2 bedroom remotes were missing. Tv in twin bedroom wasn't useable, not fixable! Master bath toilet was broke. Had to call to fix. Grill burners were so clogged up with food my husband took it apart and cleaned it himself so we could cook on it. The Sound system took someone to come out, hook it up and show us how to use it. Directions in book weren't accurate. When spending this kind of money for a week house should have been in tip top shape with no problems. Too many hassles!!

It was perfect for our small family and was a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We would come back to this rental in a heartbeat. Also, Harborview did a great job getting us checked in and out. They were quick and professional. The manager returned my phone call quickly and was very courteous asking about the home and our stay on Marco Island. Overall it was a fabulous experience and can't wait to visit Marco Island again!

The property management came out when we had questions and were very helpful. We still could not get the hot tub to work. Nevertheless I would recommend this home to anyone who is going to FL. I never wanted to leave.
