The house was amazing. It was decorated for Christmas and showcased the best we had to look forward to for the Dickens Christmas festival. The owners were so kind, and we were greeted with handwritten notes of welcome, snacks, and gifts. We will definitely be returning!

Wow!!! 5 stars all around! Lori and Gary are super people with a really incredible rental cottage. They have thought of everything to make your stay an incredible experience!! They greeted so warmly and left us some goodies and a little keepsake for my husband for his birthday. The cottage was impeccably clean, very cozy and well stocked with all the things you would need to make your visit perfect. The location of the property is great and very close to Main Street. We were the first guests to visit after the kitchen remodel and let me just say it is beautiful and has all the gadgets one could ever need. (Now I want that kitchen in my own home.) Thank you Lori and Gary for such a wonderful weekend! We really appreciate all the thoughtful details throughout the cottage and also the personal details with us. We truly felt at home during our stay. *I almost forgot to mention their dog who is just a sweetie. She joined us for the porch photo.

This is the nicest property we've ever booked. It was clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughfully appointed with every convenience. It's located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently close to downtown Wellsboro with plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Our hosts were awesome folks, both friendly and helpful. Back in the Day is a wonderful place to stay if youŕe doing anything in and/or around Wellsboro, PA. The house is clean and comfortable and Gary and Lori are courteous, helpful and friendly hosts. We anticipate coming back!

Perfect!

The attention to every detail in this sparkling clean house made this a definite do over for my family. Within walking distance to downtown and a short drive from hiking and walking trails. And the hosts are very helpful and so nice.

A Great Spot for a Getaway!

Back in the day was perfect for our visit to the PA Grand Canyon. Located near the parks and the lovely Wellsboro town center , the home was spotless, well -equipped and spacious. The front porch provided a great spot for enjoying the gorgeous weather we had. The hosts live next door but respected our privacy while being available to acclimate us to the house- we hope to return!

Best home to stay in Wellsboro, just like being at home.

We have been renting for a long time with home away and this is the best home we have stayed in yet. Lori and Gary are wonderful owners and have thought of everything to make us feel at home. The house is spotless and had every amenity we could have ever needed. There is a lot to do, whether it be sitting and relaxing on the porch or doing one of the many things that they provide maps and brochures about. We loved our stay and will be back.
