Cool place to stay in Flagstaff!

I had a great stay here. Everything was extremely well organized by the hosts from check in to check out. And a unique, modern place in a mountain town makes for a cool experience. Also super walkabale to and from downtown as long as you don’t mind a little incline.

Second stay, just as delightful!

I stayed here on holiday last year by myself, and this year I brought my husband for a work away week. Fast Internet, a perfectly clean space, and close enough to downtown that we could walk to a fabulous coffee shop. We will be back!

Great weekend Get-a-way

Loved the studio, it was perfect for a long weekend trip, close enough to downtown to walk but far enough away that you dont feel overwhelmed. The studio itself was clean and comfy with so many cool features I had never even thought of for a VRBO. Would happily stay again :)

Was clean and cozy, served its purpose as a landing pad for 4 days of AZ exploring. Highly recommend. Some of the tech stuff took some getting used to, but once we got it we felt like we were on the enterprise.

The perfect home for 2 people

This home is very close to many restaurants and awesome spots. The neighborhood is quiet and the home itself is very cozy. Perfect for two people, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

A (Very) Short but Wonderful Stay

We had booked two nights at the Cherry Hill Studio as part of an extended rail/car retirement vacation, as a jumping-off point between Gallup and Grand Canyon. Due to weather and other issues, we only managed to stay 5 of the 43 hours we had planned on, but both the property and Dena were absolutely wonderful. I’ll put it this way: It was worth the 18-minute walk from the Amtrak Station to the Studio at 5am. A beautiful, compact, and tastefully arranged space where we slept like babies (for four hours). We wish we could have stayed longer to explore Flagstaff. WHEN we return to the city someday, we hope to book again with Dena and Helmut.

Small space with a big bang!

Everything we could have possibly needed in a small package! Very efficient use of the space. The bedding was very comfortable. All of the technology was fairly easy to use. Location was very close to downtown on a quiet street. I would definitely stay here again.

My second time staying here. I love it.

The apartment is in an ideal location walking distance to downtown town but in a quiet setting. The apartment has all necessary amenities, is spotless, and adorable. The owners, Dena and Helmut are gracious hosts who are always just a phone call away. I will stay here again!

Great location!!

The studio was just perfect for my stay in Flagstaff, getting my son set up at NAU. It was super clean, had everything I needed and was conveniently located to NAU and the fun shops and restaurants downtown. Dena was awesome about checking in on me to make sure all was going well, which I really appreciated. Great little place!

Like an IKEA showroom

Was just me one night and myself and daughter the next and it was perfect for 1-2 people. Can walk downtown easily. Fun technology with all the auto lights, towel warmer, bidet and more. I didn’t even try it all but still looked cool!

Great place!

We loved it! It was exactly as advertised. The locate is ideal: walking distance to historic downtown Flagstaff and easy to get to from anywhere else. We were there to visit the Grand Canyon and decided to stay in Flagstaff due to its proximity to both the Canyon and Sedona. I chose Cherry Hill Studio not only for the value but also for the green wall! 😀 The studio was immaculate! Dena and Helmut are great hosts and offer an app that highlights their favorite, as well as other, things to do/places to eat. If I ever return to Flagstaff, I would stay here!

High tech digs

The studio was in a great location close to downtown Flagstaff. The property is very high tech, so make sure you are somewhat familiar with electronics or you'll be overwhelmed and confused. At first we had a little trouble getting the appropriate Alexa commands to work. Comfortable bedding, large TV if you're interested, kitchenette with everything we needed.

Unique and comfy abode close to town

I've visited Flagstaff many times over many years and this is by far one of the most delightful stays I've ever experienced. Dena and Helmut are marvelous hosts, with an artistic, elegant eye toward design and decor, as well as attending to details and thoughtful touches throughout, from the lighting, to the USB outlets (making me realize how primitive I am plugging in a charging cube at home when I need to recharge my devices), to the very cozy European bed configuration. Not only did I have a most pleasant stay; I got a lot of ideas for improvements to my own home! Needless to say, my hosts were responsive and attentive to my needs, checking in on me virtually by email, and responding promptly to the couple of email questions I had. This is one place I will be happy to call my Flagstaff "home" away from home on future trips. I cannot recommend this too highly. Oh, and did I mention the handy guide to local attractions, hikes, restaurants, and coffee shops? Outstanding!

Cute, quiet, convenient

This was a very quiet location, convenient to downtown (a short walk, or very short drive if you have mobility issues). The house is up a hill on the east side of downtown. Liked the decor. Took a little work to figure out all the tech features (we are both in IT, so this was more about remembering the precise Alexa commands for turning on lights and such) but they were fun to play with. Hosts were very communicative and instructions were clear. Check-in and check-out were simple and went flawlessly. Had no reason to contact them but we had no doubt they would have been responsive if needed. Only quibble was that the duvets were very warm and it might have been nice to have a different option. What felt like a cool temperature in the evening proved to be too hot under the duvets at night! But that was the only "negative" thing and frankly we could have solved it just by having it cooler than we did at night. Overall, it's a place we'd certainly go back to.
