Entrez dans la porte et vous ĂȘtes instantanĂ©ment en mode vacances, cette maison de vacances dispose de planchers en bois poli magnifiquement restaurĂ©s, d'une superbe cuisine en pierre avec des bords en cascade, d'appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers europĂ©ens, d'une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz et de hauts plafonds de 2,8 m avec une corniche originale.

Une belle et grande piÚce à vivre ouverte et climatisée pour se détendre avec de magnifiques poutres en bois de gomme bleue.

Les trois chambres sont spacieuses et bien situĂ©es loin du cƓur de la maison. La literie se compose de 2 lits queen-size et d'un lit trio. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs.

La salle de bain principale a une douche au-dessus de la baignoire et des toilettes, il y a une douche et des toilettes supplémentaires situées dans la buanderie.

La terrasse arriÚre en bois dur à gomme tachetée avec un grand barbecue à gaz et un toit isolé sur une partie donne sur une cour à faible entretien qui est parfaite pour les enfants et le chien de la famille.

Il y a une douche extérieure dans la cour arriÚre pour nettoyer le sable aprÚs la plage.

Traversez un seul garage.

IdĂ©alement positionnĂ© avec une orientation nord / sud et Ă  seulement 300 mĂštres Ă  pied des fairways verts luxuriants du parcours de golf 18 trous local et du club de bowling. Il y a mĂȘme une passerelle ininterrompue vers les eaux magiques de Trial Bay, le centre de la ville ou l'historique prison de Trial Bay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay once again, were a few days that the neighbour was using loud power tools next to bedrooms keeping our baby awake but once this stopped was great..bins were full on arrival again, they were emptied a week later after contacting real estate, beautiful and spacious house with plenty of room out the back. You do pay a hefty cleaning fee, house is generally clean although the bathroom needs a good scrub to remove mould. Hopefully this is addressed as I’m sure we will be back next year. â˜ș

Great location

The house is in a great spot only a short stroll to the beach. The property was dirty on our arrival The kitchen has good appliances but missing some utensils. Beautiful and relaxing location to holiday.

Great location for a beach holiday with dogs

The backyard was perfect for our two dogs and the house is a short walk over the road and up the walking track to the designated off-leash beach.The house itself is a relaxed and spacious place, however it needs a few maintenance issues fixed. The mattresses on all four beds desperately need replacing, the cooktop range hood is not working (this is a major health issue with a gas cooktop), and the dishwasher was not working during our stay. We would be more than happy to stay in this property again if these issues are resolved.

The construction site next door was sub ideal. Site radio blaring all day, power tools screeching and buzzing. I get it - out of your control. Just took a bit away from the experience. Especially after the last couple of peaceful stays.Mozzies were in plague proportions. We couldn't spend 5 minutes outside without being swarmed even when coated with spray. Again - totally out of your control. Thanks christ we weren't camping.Back deck is rotting and falling apart. Bit of a safety hazard, especially with kids. Front deck starting to go too.Overall we love the house and had a great holiday. Just responding honestly. I'm sure we will be back regardless.

Reviewer Comments: This house was great, good size and location ideal, but unfortunately there was a few things that put a downer on our stay, on arrival our bins were full and very potent, had nowhere to place our own rubbish and we had booked for 10 days. We were charged a high cleaning fee when placing booking which would make one think the house would be spotless, unfortunately this was the opposite. The main bathroom is full of mould, tiles and floor look to have not been scrubbed in a very long time. The 3rd bedroom has mould on the wall opposite bathroom that’s been covered in bleach. There was cobwebs from the dining room light shade connecting to the dinning table, the back screen door needs replacing as it’s ripped and flies and mozzies just help themselves. There is a slight hazard with the decking out back where a rotten piece has collapsed. Other then these things we enjoyed our stay, although the neighbour across the road approached my son while intoxicated and expressed his tiredness of holidayers coming and going with their animals, so just be mindful of him, was quite an odd fellow. Did report him to the realestate. We wish to return in hopes these things are rectified.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately there was a lot of issues for us with this property. However the problems are VERY easy fixes.The couches are so revoltingly stained and need replacing or at the bare minimum couch covers! The room with bunks stank of mould, we had to have the cleaner return to try and address it. It wasn’t able to be slept in the first night at all.Unfortunately the previous tenants did not clean the kitchen utensils or crockery and the kitchen drawers were full of crumbs and mess- it was very disappointing.I raised these issues on the day of check in and an alternate cleaner came around the next days and thankfully rectified what he could, which included a fairly deep clean of the kitchen. The property has a lot of potential and would be wonderful with some serious care and attention. The mattresses are also fairly aged, the stay would be much improved by new mattresses.Over all it served our purpose but we won’t be returning.There was also confusion with the property managers as I booked through and paid in full; then the management was chasing me to pay for the booking again. It took multiple phone calls for clarification to be provided and for me to stop receiving requests for additional payments. Key collection was very easy.

The property was not quite what we expected from the photos. The beds were uncomfortable and need an upgrade and the bathroom was small. It is on a major road with traffic noise and it did not feel private. We had an issue with the curtains and blinds being covered in mould and so we had to cut our holiday short as we were unable to continue to stay at the property. Elders SWR were helpful and understood our concerns.

We found the property needs a good clean and the shower/bathroom was very mouldy. Unfortunately there were road works being done right out the front of the house which we weren't told about so our much needed getaway wasn't quiet and relaxing like we had hoped.

Great house at the end of a quiet street. Great for family and friends. Good for kids or if you have a dog. I didn't hear the neighbours dog bark once. It had most facilities that you need, including wifi, which was not advertised. The TV can't connect to the internet to watch Netflix unless if you add an external device of your own. It was a bit dusty in areas, the cleaners didn't do the best job, you could notice the blinds in particular had a lot of dust.

Everything you need for a relaxing stay

Clean, spacious house in a great location with the beach just over the road and a leafy 15-minute stroll into town. The house is roomy, with enough space for six adults, two babies and two dogs. The backyard is huge - heaps of room for the pups to run around and make friends with the local kangaroos. Kitchen was well stocked so we could enjoy cooking and eating around the large dining table. This place would be great for a weekend or a longer-term stay. We organised linen through Sue Rutten which was delivered to our door (we opted to make the beds ourselves to save cash but a handy service should you be time poor!). Would highly recommend using Sue's service as she was responsive, great value for money, and the linen was clean and of great quality.

Avoid if you have dogs

The property is listed as pet friendly but it is located in a very non pet friendly location. Both neighbours have dogs & the third side is a wire mesh fence facing a vacant block with numerous holes under it. We had to use bins etc to block hole & it is definitely not secure. There were multiple kangaroos within 10m of the fence in the vacant block causing our dogs to bark which cause disturbances & sleepless nights. In general, the house was roomy but very basic. I would recommend avoiding this property if you have dogs.

I could not get rid of odour throughout the living areas. I could only open one window. Very uncomfortable furniture and bed was cheap and nasty. Looked good in pics online, but a very dusty and smelly house. I would not recommend this accommodation
