Belle maison. Calme, privé, un niveau vivant sans marches. Grande cour arrière avec nouveau spa, terrasses et coin repas extérieur. Près des parcs, piscine communautaire chauffée, terrains de golf prestigieux, boutiques, restaurants, stades, théâtres, attractions et aéroport. Notre communauté paisible comprend 26 km de pistes cyclables / pédestres, de terrains de basket-ball et de tennis, de terrains de football et de soccer et une aire de pique-nique pour les grandes réunions. Si vous voulez juste vous détendre, nous avons stocké des lacs pour la pêche avec prise et libération. C'est véritablement l'endroit idéal pour profiter de nos merveilleux hivers chauds et ensoleillés d'Arizona.

Nous proposons un accès Internet haut débit sans fil avec imprimante LaserJet, un système de sécurité Vivint, une filtration de l’eau filtrée et adoucie pour toute la maison, 2 vélos, des raquettes de tennis, un barbecue à gaz, un bain à remous pour 6 personnes, un garage et un parking hors voirie. Télévision dans chaque chambre. La télévision à écran plat 55 "de la salle familiale dispose d'un câble et d'une sélection de films pour le DVD Blue-Ray. La télévision à écran plat 49 "de la chambre à coucher principale dispose d'une antenne pour les chaînes locales. Tous les téléviseurs ont accès à Netflix. Nous avons fourni des jeux de divertissement et des livres de lecture et de détente. I have rented a lot of homes but none that compare to this one. Clean and comfortable, well stocked and everything you need for a nice vacation. The owners are fantastic. I have found my home when I'm in Arizona.

Super clean, very comfortable, great location.

This was perhaps the cleanest VRBO property we've ever been to. It was spotless. The southwest decor was appropriate for Arizona and the backyard was private and comfortable. A nice touch was the bicycles in the garage we used to tour the master-planned community. Thanks for a relaxing week.

Everything was great. Completely stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable king size bed,(hated to get up every day).Owners are very detailed oriented, so your every need has been taken care of!

Great stay in a beautiful house

Spotless house in a quiet neighborhood. House was as described in listing and had everything you needed as if it was your own home. House was very roomy and the bed in master bedroom was super comfortable. The patio was very nice and private for sitting outside. A little piece of Heaven

Cannot say enough about this beautiful, clean home in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Sue & Larry have gone all out with beautiful decor and so many special touches to make this home such a pleasure to stay in. They provide an unbelievable amount of supplies for everything. The kitchen is so well stocked and you won't need to buy ANY spices! They even provide a very special welcome basket which we have never seen in any other home we have rented. Really appreciate the use of the garage for our rental car. They are so easy to communicate with and are very responsive to any questions. My only regret is we couldn't stay 2 weeks instead of just 1. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat; hopefully we can get in again! Best VRBO we have stayed in. Thank you for everything!

Super host!

Sue was a wonderful host. She communicated well and provided a basket full of Arizona delights. The home is lovely—looks like a model home. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. There is even a KitchenAid mixer, all kinds of condiments, water, baking basics, etc.. The hot tub was clean and hot and ready to use. The backyard has several seating areas, a grill, etc.. So comfortable!

WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!

We booked for 3 weeks with Sue and Larry in their beautiful AZ home. Upon walking in, we looked at eachother in disbelief! The pictures are good, but do not do it justice. This home is absolutely stunning! What was even more amazing was the items supplied in the house, the care and attention to small details. I would have to write an entire novel to explain how amazing things were. Every time we would wonder if they had something in the house, upon finding or seeing it, our often repeated quote became "of course they have it". LolThis place is so far above the normal for rentals it doesn't seem real. Larry and Sue are a "one of a kind" couple. Any little question was answered within minutes! Absolutely spectacular hosts. Can't wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Exceptional Hosts and Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. Sue and Larry are exceptional hosts who truly went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. In furnishing and stocking their home, they have anticipated every need. The sofa and beds are very comfortable and the house is spotless. We enjoyed our coffee on the back patio each morning and had a relaxing soak in the hot tub in the evening. The property is impeccably maintained and is in a lovely neighborhood with excellent parks and amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again the next time we are in Gilbert!

Amazing Gilbert Experience

Run, don’t walk, to this property! It far exceeded our expectations. Nice, safe neighborhood. The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and every amenity/tool/utensil/you name it is provided. There are many homey touches that take things to the next level. Beautiful spaces indoors and out, and roomy enough that the 3 of us could have our private spaces as well. The hosts were amazing, provided extremely detailed information about the property, check-in, and check out. They left extensive lists of retail and dining recommendations in the area, and did personal recon for requests. They were very reachable and approachable from booking to check out, so kind and helpful. We hope it works out that we will be able to stay there in the future. You will not go wrong with this property and the hosts. I just can’t say enough about it. We were in heaven!

Sue has the gift of hospitality; she and Larry have thought of every need for their guests. I told Sue, you've gone above and beyond the call of duty. We enjoyed the comforts of home, and it was so great to have the owners of the property interact with you. The management companies are not the same as dealing with the Ma and Pa's in the business. Their home is lovely, and you won't be disappointed. We know we have a great place to come back to in Gilbert AZ.

Excellent place to stay!!

This is the first time our family has been out to Arizona and this place was the perfect spot for us to stay. It is in close proximity to Phoenix, but there's also plenty of stuff to do nearby the area as well. There was plenty of space for our family and the house had everything you needed for a week away. We were able to cook and clean with ease, do laundry (things I'm sure everybody loves to do while they're on vacation). The owners were incredibly responsive and any questions we had they answered right away. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and even though the houses are in close proximity it was still very private for our family. We cannot recommend this place enough and if we ever make it back to Arizona we would absolutely love to stay here again!

Fantastic Home and Owners!!!

I wish I could give 15 stars. You will not find a more well stocked, cleaner home! The owners have gone out of their way to make sure that you will have almost anything you need. From moleskin to cover your blisters from a hike to stocking the bathrooms with amenities to the kitchen having condiments or any appliance you may need. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with parks just across the street. Close to shopping or hiking. The airport is not to far away as well. You will not regret renting this home. The owners are so available and friendly and take pride in the home they provide. If we go back to AZ this will be where we stay!!!! We loved it!!!

We stay in VRBO homes several times a year. This is maybe the nicest place we have ever stayed. I don’t have space to talk about all the amenities that were available to us.
