I can’t say enough how much we loved our stay! It was perfect for my husband, myself and our granddaughter. I already miss our morning coffee on the balcony with an amazing view of the ocean. Loved that we could walk down to the pier and some local shops. Loved that you could be in the pool and see the ocean. Would highly recommend!

Overall an okay stay.

Not enough parking for all guests staying at the complex. AC good and cold. Refrigerator is very small. Uncomfortable beds, Light switches in bedroom don’t work. Good Wifi. Easy Beach access.

We went without a working refrigerator the first 2 days. It was fixed but an inconvenience for the first 2 nights. Room was smaller than expected. Loved the view!!!

Unkempt, poorly maintained. We had to connect new tv to Wi-Fi. Protective paper was left on the tv by the realtor. The property was not ready to move into at 4:00. No closet doors. Balcony needs new carpet and paint.

Parking nightmare

No designated parking for the unit. There was not enough spaces. Other issues that the owner needs to address are the refrigerator seals are bad which makes keeping food in it challenging. We had to throw away several items that got spoiled. Air filter in the unit was filthy, luckily there was a clean one in the pantry that we found and replaced the old one with. Bathtub was rusty. Sliding door handle to deck was loose and the living room rug was dirty. Overall we were very disappointed.

When it comes to parking I always let my guests know that other than spaces at the condo they can also park on Sunset Drive. Great location, clean place.

We really enjoyed the space. It was clean and had everything we needed but it was just two people for this stay. Parking was not an issue since it was after Labor Day. The place was clean and contacting management was easy and fast when we had questions. The only issue was it’s a tiny space between the shower and toilet in the bathroom.

Not what it looks like

Overall not a horrible place. It is in a great location with easy access to the beach. However it is said you are guaranteed one parking spot which is not true there are way more condos than spaces and several times we had to park like half a mile down the street and walk to the room so plan on that. The room is a lot more dated than appears on pictures. The bedrooms smelled funny and beds were very uncomfortable. You can hear everything outside. Overall we stayed at the beach most of the time and out of the room as it wasn’t really enjoyable to be in. Wouldn’t stay again.

Nice stay

The beds were comfortable. Place was nice and clean. The only draw back was the construction on the building next door. But, that can’t be helped.

July Vacation

The condo is located in a great spot. Parking is horrible (I know there is nothing the owner can do!) we did get a $25 parking ticket one night bc we had no choice but to use public parking. I would suggest a vacuum for the unit, there wasn’t one and it would’ve been very helpful. The air wasn’t the coolest. We had an issue with it on our last night and the property manager sent someone out immediately!

Location and view wonderful!

Location was fabulous! View was fabulous! Very clean but older. There’s a serious lack of parking. You are expected to park three deep which means someone is getting blocked in. The pool was dirty. Weird lighting. Fixtures hanging from extension cords. Had to turn on and off by switch on the cord. The beds are super comfortable. Apparently we paid twice as much as others. But we did reserve three weeks before. Everyone else had booked three months before and I think some of the people we talked to only had one bedroom which this unit has two bedrooms. We had an air conditioner problem that was fixed very quickly which was great. Make sure you bring toilet paper and maybe towels. Some is provided but we ran out and had to buy more. Comfortable couch and lots of tv channels. The elevator was great. This unit is on the fourth floor. Overall the view and the fact that we walked out the door and were on the beach made up for a lot.

Truly a nice and lovely treat!!!

This place was awesome, Very clean, has an amazingly great view, great location right on the beach and the area has some of the freshest seafood We’ve had. Definitely will be back and we will stay here again. Perfect!!!
