Great location. Located right next to SDC. We could see lights and rides from the balcony. Plenty of room for the whole family. The younger adults enjoyed the game room upstairs with bedroom. The view of the lake and mountains was also enjoyable to sit on balcony and enjoy a drink or meal.
The staff was so helpful and nice. It was quit from 10 pm - 8 am. Will be staying here from now on when we make a trip to Branson.
All was as expected. Only down side was the outdoor pool was extremely cold. I donât know why they were putting such cold water into the pool making it unusable.
Six adults shared this condo for four nights. There was plenty of room for all of us. The condo is beautiful and tastefully furnished. The view is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of supplies for cooking in. The complex offers a lot of amenities and the staff was very nice and great to work with. Both bedrooms on the main floor were lovely. A few drawbacks: There were no instructions on how to work the television and we had to call the office to have someone come get it to work. He had to come back a second day and do it again. Even after that, there was still a lot of buffering on the living room tv, which was annoying when we tried to watch the football game. Each couple decided to watch the game in their own bedroom, which was disappointing. The loft bedroom is clearly set up for kids. The mattresses up there were terrible and the sheets were old and nubby. The bath towels in all three baths need to be replaced. They are very dingy, thread baren, and frayed. They were very rough. Finally, the showers in all baths were very tiny, making it difficult to even wash your hair.
The pros definitely outweigh the cons and we had a great stay!!
The most disappointing rental I've ever had. We show up on June 3rd to find the outdoor pool dry as a bone. We were very disappointed to find the outdoor pool closed at this point in the season. We go inside and get settled in and try to turn on the TV in the living room. The TV uses a Firestick but it is completely logged out and I can't log it back in. We call the front desk and they tell us that they can't make it today, but someone will be over or contact us tomorrow. We never were contacted after that by anyone, so we just did without TV in the living room... disappointing. The grill on the deck was absolutely disgusting. We packed food to grill for two of the nights we were there, so we had to use it. I spent 45 minutes scrubbing the grill to get it to the point we felt ok to cook on it. The deck should be a highlight of the property, but it is in need of repair. The deck boards are composite and the railing is real wood. The real wood part of the deck is rotting. There's a section of the deck that you don't want to lean on because it feels like it could give way. It's a definite safety concern. The furniture on the deck is awful. The outdoor couch only had 2 of the 3 cushions so we took 2 cushions off of the chairs and stacked them on the couch to make 3 cushioned places to sit. Another chair is ripped and waiting for someone to fall through. The gutter has fallen from the building and is tied to the deck with phone cord- that's right, phone cord. The deck is also the only uncovered deck that I noticed in the complex. It would be MUCH better if it had some sort of cover built or at least a retractable awning. It's miserably hot on the deck in the afternoons to the point where you don't even want to sit there and enjoy the view. I noticed some of the other decks even had fans. This would be a great addition. At night time, there is an LED light that is motion sensor. Every time you move it lights the deck up so bright that you can't even look towards the light fixture. It's overkill and no off switch to it. Two of the three shower doors do not close and latch. Water leaks from the shower onto the floor the entire time the water is on. The housekeeping leaves a bit to be desired. The house was not very clean. Dust and dirt on the floor trim, dirt and trash under the beds. One of our pillows had a AAA battery in the pillowcase- gross. None of the battery powered mechanical clocks in the house work. Attention to detail is lacking.
Whatâs not to like; spacious condo with a bathroom for every bedroom, wonderful views for morning coffee or just enjoying the view, Silver Dollar City just around the corner and only minutes from downtown Branson, and quiet evenings after a long day of fun. Check in and out processes were quick and easy, and communication with management was great. Iâll definitely be coming back for my next trip to Branson.
This condo is beautifully decorated and has an AMAZING view! Lots of natural light with the vaulted ceiling. As a family of 7 we enjoyed our stay.
Just a little information for those who might need it. The Wi-Fi was not great. My husband had a hard time trying to do some work from the condo. Also one of the pictures of the condo shows a grill on the deck, but it was not there. Finally, the condo was overall clean, but my 15 month old found a small piece of glass he was trying to eat. He found a few other items as well, but not as dangerous.
We would definitely stay here again though.
The condo was wonderful! The pictures donât do the place justice⊠itâs better in person! The view from that balcony is truly beautiful! The condo is nicely decorated and spacious. I have no complaints! We barely used the pools, but they were very nice too. And the drive to Silver Dollar City is so close, yet the property is so serene. Definitely recommend!
We stayed here over thanksgiving weekend and we had a wonderful time! The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to make a thanksgiving meal. I brought things along because I wasnât sure what all would be in the kitchen to use but next time I book this condo I will know that I donât need to bring a thing :) The view is so beautiful off the back deck. We had such a wonderful time and made some great memories! We will definitely stay here again!
Pros - great location & view , clean !! Nice layout, nice indoor & outdoor pools & splash station , easy check in , big rooms with high ceilings , very well stocked kitchen
Cons- tiny showers. Iâm 5â3 & repeatedly hit my elbows , no way to shave legs . The 2nd shower never got hot & water was a dribble so they had to use main shower. The deck is rickety & easily pushed out feeling unsafe .
Great for bringing the family during the Christmas holidays.
This condo was a great fit for our family (6 adults and my 2yr old grandson). It was well stocked and fit our needs very well. Very convenient, since our main purpose of the trip was Silver Dollar City. This property will definitely be at the top of our list when we visit Branson again. Beautiful views!!!
The beds were terrible! Very hard in some spots and soft in others. The floors were so dirty that when you walked around with no shoes on your feet would turn black.
The house was pristine clean! It was beautifully decorated and well-stocked with towels, cloths, soaps, detergents, etc...
The check in process was like that at a hotel. I prefer a code to go straight to the condo. It just saves an extra step.
We were on the upper floor so we had one set of stairs. It was a little difficult for our little ones and the great grands. These are nothing but nit-pickey little details because we loved it and we will stay again.
Location - right by Silver Dollar City. You can see the roller coasters and the lake from the windows/balcony. The only time this was a problem was when everyone was trying to get the SDC and we were trying to get to the hotel.
Kitchen - We didn't cook anything but breakfast but it served our needs well. Take a pkg/can ofcoffee for the coffee pot.
Indoor Pool, Hot tub, and Splash Pad - this was the cherry on top. Here we were in late October and the babies got to play at the indoor splash pad. The hot tub is limited to 18 and older and it was HOT at 103 degrees. The pool is HUGE! One time there were quite a few people there and we still had plenty of room. Another time we had the whole place to ourselves.
Staff - the desk staff was always very helpful and accomodating.
Sound - Of course we were on the top floor, but we never, ever heard any of our neighbors during the entire visit.
Parking - That was a little rough but we were there on a sold out weekend during Pumpkin Nights at SDC. We had a 3-bdr condo and with that you still only get one reserved spot. We were fine though because we were right next to the clubhouse and we could park there.
The bottom line - YES, we will stay there again.
Our family of 9 stayed very comfortably in this condo. It had everything we needed. At a time when most outdoor pools arenât open yet, our grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool and splash pad. We loved that it was so close to Silver Dollar City, but also just a 15 minute drive to the heart of the strip. The view from the balcony was awesome. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck in the morning, and a beautiful sunset in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked, and the furnishings and decor were very pleasant. The living room had a beautiful and very unique coffee table; however the corners on the glass top were a magnet to our young grandchildren. We considered buying a pool noodle and âcushioningâ the corners. đ
