Spacieux, élégant et très bien situé - cette maison coche toutes les cases!

Jusqu'à 12 personnes peuvent être accueillies chaleureusement et confortablement dans 2 grandes chambres king, 1 chambre queen, 2 chambres simples superposées et un canapé-lit dans un espace commun. Un portacot est également disponible. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour les longs ou courts séjours et s'ouvre sur un coin repas familial. Un deuxième espace de vie et un immense salon principal permettent aux adultes et aux enfants de profiter d'espaces séparés. Wi-Fi haut débit gratuit, Netflix, DVD et jeux signifie qu'il y a de quoi divertir tout le monde.

La maison a un chauffage thermique partout, ce qui signifie qu'il fait grillé même les jours les plus froids. Pendant l'été, il a de grandes portes françaises qui s'ouvrent des espaces de vie à la terrasse et au jardin privé.

Dehors, il y a un grand bassin profond chauffé thermiquement pour soulager vos soucis. Profitez de douces soirées avec un barbecue sur l'un des deux ponts, pendant que les enfants jouent sur la pelouse. Deux VTT avec casques ont également été fournis pour votre plaisir.

Un grand garage double offre un parking et un stockage sûrs et sécurisés, et un parking hors route supplémentaire est également disponible. Les amateurs de plein air adoreront la salle de séchage thermique - parfaite pour sécher votre kit pendant que vous dormez.

Great location & clean tidy property - great service from the people looking after it who sorted a fridge issue immediately. The "plunge pool" is a very shallow hot pool - not so good for cooling down as I had expected - but the lakes are perfect for that!Would happily come stay again :)

Spacious and quiet

This place was great for myself and my 4 teenage kids. It had lots of space to spread out and relax. Some of the appliances are getting a little tired, but they did the job. Kids enjoyed the thermal pool.

There was plenty of room for the whole family. It was nice and warm as we went in winter. The kitchen was lovely and had everything tou needed. If we were going to stay longer having the drying room would have come in handy. Plenty of parking and secure

We really enjoyed arriving to a lovely warm house after a wet,cold trip.The rooms were very spacious and we had everything we needed. This house is great for an extended family. There were a couple of issues when we first arrived but they were dealt with very promptly. We would be happy to recommend it.

Definitely Recommended

The house was welcoming and warm upon arrival. Definitely enjoyed our stay here. Facilities were awesome everything you'd need well on holiday. Plunge pool could have been warmer, none of us swam the pool was to cold for the weather. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Easy Family stay in Rotorua

Well located Bach, plenty of space. Clean and bright. Well supplied with 'essentials' and included linen towels were good quality. Plunge pool is small and needs a coat of paint, but was clean and fun to use with the kids. The property itself is in need of some minor maintenance here and there, but was more than adequate for our needs. Generally recommended for larger families.

Great getaway

Lovely property, clean, well presented and very spacious had everything we needed. Extremely well heated would make for a very enjoyable stay mid-winter. Good location. Hosts easy to deal with - thank you we had a wonderful weekend.

Brilliant Hosts

We are two families (5 kids) that love to head to Rotorua each year. Upon arrival we find that the hot spa is not working and unlikely to be able to be fixed during our stay. Being one of the reasons for booking this property we were pretty disappointed. Susan and her team were brilliant. We moved to a new property the next day. (Which I would love to review and we will try to head there each year from now on). I can't thank the team enough for such great communication and helping us continue our Rotorua holiday tradition with 5 very happy and occupied children - even though they have returned a little like prunes from all their hot tubbing ;0.

Great home and value

Communications were fantastic, the house was ultra-warm thanks to the geo-thermal heating. Incredibly comfortable beds/pillows in each room and fantastic linen. The hot pool was used a lot by our team. One of our team members is a lighter sleeper so the noise from road traffic and the geo-thermal system kept her awake but everyone else slept well. 6 mins from Rotorua City Centre. We really enjoyed our stay - many thanks!

Cool house, needs some maintenance here and there.

A bit disappointed that we weren't told about the plunge pool being broken, cold water only. Also radiator heaters weren't going, no hot airing room to dry clothes, had to use oil heaters. Also a broken dog door on one of the bunk rooms. Beds are very comfy, cool set up. Handy area. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. Clean and tidy.

Girls weekend in Rotorua

Our stay was great, nice place with plenty of room for us all, the pool was an added bonus! Unfortunately the internet wasn’t working during our stay but it was a fault with the network so nothing the owners could do about it

Large Family Gathering

We had a great time staying here with our 2 grown up children and their partners and our 2 younger children. Plenty of room for everyone and even enjoyed friends visiting and staying for dinner. This would also be brilliant for 2 families. Would be good to maybe have a large outdoor table setting to entertain in Summer outside and if there was a pool table or table tennis table in garage it would have been even better. The plunge pool was a lot smaller than we had thought it would be from the pictures but still was lovely.

Great for large group

It was really good. Some things could have made it better such as toilet paper in each bathroom & rubbish liners (not things you always pack). However overall it's a nice house. The thermal heating and drying room are AMAZING in wet weather. The pool is lovely but is smaller than it appears. Beds are comfortable, lounge was fantastic for a large group. It's very handy to everything, easy to access and gives you break out space when you need it.

Great Vacation/Stay-cation location

The property is huge; room for all and allowing personal space. Well appointed with ample off-street parking. Quiet neighbourhood, although the Moreporks had a lot to say during the evening, which we enjoyed immensely. We loved our time at this property

Good family house

We stayed with another family and enjoyed this house. It has plenty of room and is well stocked with kitchen stuff. It is thermally heated and would be delightfully in winter. It's a great base for activities and in a quiet area.

Great Location!!

Our experience was great overall, however, the hot water run out, recycled bins not emptied and no cleaning tools for the thermal pool, would most differently rent again!! Managers managing the house were easy to contact and the beds are awesome All of them!

Netball Group stay

This house was lovely and spacious and suited us perfectly. Location, cleanliness, neighbourhood were great. Not a biggie but the hot water was intermittent so it was like a lucky dip if you got a hot shower. But overall great stay. It wouldnt stop me staying again.
