Beautifully decorated condo on one of the most tranquil, serene, and natural beaches on on the island! Be prepared to take in amazing sunsets and sunrises. Open floor plan overlooking the pool. All appliances, fixtures, and furnishings are brand new and everything upgraded!! Master bathroom is absolutely gorgeous! Striking navy blue tile paired with white tiles and matte black fixtures. This villa offers modern and sophisticated charm in a casual coastal setting!

The unit is fully stocked with everything you will need for a quick getaway or for a longer extended stay.

Parking available in the complex. Guests have full access to condo.

Condo is on the second floor. No elevator.

Lovely stay!

This place was perfect for us! Very quick walk to the beach and the pool, which was great with our two year old. The home is very clean and comfortable, and it was lovely to have a fully stocked, updated kitchen and washer/dryer. The host was exceptionally kind and responsive. We come to Hilton Head frequently to visit family, and though this was our first time staying here, we will definitely stay here again!

Fun Beach Experience

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home at The Spa! We've vacationed at this destination for many years and this home provided a great space for our family of 5 to enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer! The owner was very helpful and the home was well appointed and enjoyable. We'll definitely plan to stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

We came to Hilton Head for an annual gymnastic competition. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Communication with the host was great. We will be back next January!

Wonderful first beach trip for our son!

We had a fabulous vacation! The owners paid attention to every detail and were so thoughtful and helpful. The condo had more than we could ask for and was so helpful for a week stay when we wanted to Be able to cook some of our own meals. The pool area was wonderful for our 4 year old and the sound area was beautiful and a great experience for him too. We left feeling like the owners treated us more like friends/family than just guests- truly caring about our stay and our son. We can’t wait to come back again!

The place was really nice! Beautifully decorated! The landscaped resort was well maintained making the courtyard areas so inviting. It had several outdoor benches to enjoy. Lesley was easy to get in touch and helped with some questions. The unit was not completely clean when we arrived, but just a few crumbs in frig & side table. The light/fan on porch area did not work, so we weren't able to enjoy in the evening. It wasn't really a porch. It was built in with windows to open, but not as good because it wasted air conditioning since no door to close off. Condo pool needed updating & repairs. Couldn't use indoor pool because it's closed for 2 months for resurfacing. Beach at property not quite. You had to walk through thick black slimmy marshland to get to water or dodge millions of little crabs. Even at high tide you still had to deal with those obstacles. But the actual condo was great!

Family

Property/condo area is well laid out and functional for our family. The short walk to the beach is something of high value for the location and beach area is very clean. We loved having flexibility to make meals and still go in the area. Great location proximity to all local shops, dining etc. Property main areas for indoor pool are overdue of repair and we could not use while there as areas were closed indoors. The outdoor area was not yet open due to early season but chairs out for use. We remained in the condo, beach and surrounding area. General property maintenance this community is well kept and grounds are well maintained. Communication with owner Lesley is exceptional and great customer service. Would recommend the condo property with this owner to anyone traveling to Hilton Head.

Exceptional Host & Location

This was the vest vacation rental experience I've had in a very long time. The location was amazing and in close proximity to anything and everything. Lesley made this an exceptional experience. Great rental property

We had a great stay at the unit in late May. Pictures accurately portrayed condition of unit which was clean and beautifully decorated. Lesley was a great host and made sure that our stay was first rate. This property was as nice as any VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect beach getaway on Hilton Head Island

Our family was impressed by how Lesley thought of all of the needs of her guests. This was our first VRBO experience and this owner set the bar very high! We loved the layout of the property - quiet property, well maintained with easy access to the beach which allowed our family to come and go when we needed. The unit was updated and had several details thinking of different guests' needs. Master was a perfect size for us with a modern shower. Kids bunk room was comfortable and spacious to spread out and have their own space as well. Full kitchen and in-unit laundry gave us flexibility for meals while on the Island and a quick and easy way to run a load of laundry between our activities. The rental we rated a star lower on cleanliness as there were a few things for a quick paint touch up or repair. Amenities for the property included tennis courts and pools. We would have loved to use the pools more, but outdoor pool was still closed for the season and indoor pool heater was not fully functional. Those vacationing in the non- winter season would have easy access and a great view of an outdoor pool from the unit. The VRBO Owner Lesley has EXCELLENT customer service and communication. Check In and Check Out was so smooth. The extra touch points from her were a bonus and made our family feel very welcome. I was very impressed by her attention to detail for setup of the rental with games for kids, adult games, streaming TVs for a rainy day and even fun glasses and drinks set out at our arrival. Overall my family and I were very happy and we are excited to return next year.

Perfect getaway

We loved staying here! The location was perfect - close to the beach, but not crowded, and easy driving distance to restaurants, parks, beaches, etc. the host was amazing and kept in constant contact and made sure we had all we needed. The condo was beautifully decorated and very well upgraded. Plenty of space for our family! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation!!!

My family and I love visiting Hilton Head. We have only stayed at The Spa and have enjoyed it each time. This unit, is by far the best! It is exactly as pictured; clean, quiet, and family-friendly. We cooked our own meals daily and were grateful for the fully-stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer were also a plus! My daughters enjoyed the private beach and I loved watching them swim from the sunroom window. Lesley is wonderful to work with and attended to our every need. She treated us like friends and made sure that we had the best time possible. There was a bit of a mix-up with the parking pass, but Lesley was on it! She called the attendant and immediately had the problem resolved. I hope to stay in this unit again next summer. Thanks so much, Lesley!!! :)

Our Stay

Very nice place. As advertised. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Washer and dryer was VERY nice to have. The gaming system, Netflix, Hulu, etc, were great for my teenager. Lesley thought of everything we possibly needed for our stay. Would definately stay there again.

Absolute Perfection

From the moment we booked, Lesley was attentive and saw to every need we had. We checked in and the condo was immaculate and beautiful. Completely stocked with the essentials for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is spacious, the living room super cozy with large Smart TV, the porch was perfect for reading! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. Just a short stroll to the best beach and the condo looks out over the pool. Close to Wal-Mart, Publix and TONS of amazing places to eat. We cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful unit, beautiful destination!

We chose HHI and The Spa for our first getaway since 2019 as we were looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. It was perfect! Most of the time we stayed on property because it was so relaxing and enjoyable. Lesley, the unit owner, is an absolute dream! Her communication is just as impeccable as her unit is! The unit is beautifully decorated (gorgeous!) and had everything from a fully equipped kitchen to games, books, and beach equipment. It wasn’t missing a single item we needed! Instead, it was full of thoughtful additions (Xbox, puzzles, a charging outlet, K-cups and coffee maker, water bottles). Lesley even left sweet gifts for my daughter and her best friend; it was a wonderful welcome treat! This location has pools, grills, a swing set, tennis and basketball courts, and direct beach access. The Spa has everything we needed for a wonderful getaway but without the crowds. Shopping, restaurants, and activities were a short drive away too. Next time we visit the area, we absolutely will be back! Lesley’s hospitality is truly top notch! Thank you again!

Over the years I have really enjoyed vacationing in Hilton Head with family and friends. My son attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida so Hilton Head became the perfect spot for us to meet for long weekends - it saved him driving all the way back home to Columbia, SC and it gave his dad, his brother, and me quality time with him :) With all the stays on the island, my husband and I finally decided to have our own place here. Our villas are very special to us! Growing up, my parents really enjoyed entertaining and hosting family and good friends at our home, so it was easy for me to decide to use our villa as a vacation rental. I cannot say enough how much I have truly enjoyed hosting guests at our villa . I have over 70 five star reviews and I especially love fulfilling special requests and doing things to make each guest feel welcomed and at home. I hope you enjoy our villas as much as we have :)

There are sooo many things to enjoy in our villa! A lot of thought went into the design, details, and amenities. Plus, being on the Sound provides a wonderful taste of the island's natural beauty!
