Cette villa de cour est une unité de fin, excellent emplacement, véranda fermée.

Nous venons de mettre celui-ci dans notre programme, ne le laissez pas s'échapper.

Écran plat dans le maître et le salon. Il y a un lit king dans le maître, une reine dans la chambre. Carrelage dans les principaux espaces de vie. Tapis dans les chambres. Manger dans la cuisine et plan d'étage ouvert. Beaucoup de place pour des vacances réussies et divertissantes. Canapé futon dans une véranda fermée. Gaz de cuisson et de chaleur. Salle à manger peut accueillir six. Zone agréable et confortable pour regarder la télévision. Chiens bienvenus!

Cette maison est située près de Nancy Lopez, centre médical de VA, imagerie médicale de lac, achats de diner et de gaz

Nice Home

The home was very nice but I was disappointed the yard had all rocks , my dog could not go out and the golf cart was not working . Overall it was a nice house a good location .

Excellent rental

This is our second time renting through sites like Vrbo. The property was extremely well maintained. We did not want for anything. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils. The bathrooms was wonderful. The beds we perfectly comfortable. The Sky Lights truly was a surprise on how much light comes through the tubes. Truly recommend this property. The neighborhood is extremely quiet.

Relaxing

After getting over the issue of seeing a neighbors car in the driveway we enjoyed our stay in Calumet very much the pool was very close by and the home was very functional. The only thing I'd consider changing is the shower head sprayer and the faucet in the kitchen. When u you press on the sprayer it doesn't want to release back to the faucet. Thank you Nancy for helping us get into the unit late at night.

Lovely home, bad experience with the host.

Pro: The home is absolutely gorgeous and the location is very nice. Con: The host is a pain in the tail to deal with. The listing states a pet fee (not per pet fee) and a few other fees. When you get the paperwork from the host there are more fees and they charge the pet fee per dog (even if the dogs don't stay). I have rented many homes and have NEVER had to jump through all the hoops that this host requires (especially the security deposit---not a hold, an actually carried all the way through withdraw). If I had not been in such a hurry to set it up so we could get down there, I would have said forget it. We were in town to help care for a sister in law that was passing from cancer. We were unsure at the time of the rental if other family members were going to briefly stay to say their good-byes therefore we were unsure if any dogs would be there. I made this very clear to the host. I was told to send photos of the dogs that MAY be staying. Originally we were charged the advertised pet fee. When we extended our stay another week they charged us again for the pet fees. I called and spoke to them and they stated since I sent them pictures of 2 dogs that MAY be staying that that is why the pet fee doubled on the last receipt (although the listing says pet fee, they charge per dog apparently). Poppycock!!!! So in short we paid double the cost for 1 maltipoo to stay for 5 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I digress, the home was lovely. The golf cart looked nice but we did not use it. There were also bikes available for use as well. The expectations of final departure (what they expected to be done) were confusing. I guess they are working on updating the check out instructions.

The instructions sheets were very helpful and informative about ”the villages “ and the expectations and responsibility of the tenant. The property was very private, clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen and bathrooms provided all the daily items you would used at your home. The internet and TV was accessible and included Roku. We loved the Beautiful spacious backyard! Loved the high ceiling in the home ! When walking the dog in the neighborhood, the neighbors were engaging and friendly. The golf cart was not available and was being repaired. Bicycles were available. Would love this home as my own! Enjoy your stay, it’s a great place!

Perfect!

Perfect home for our stay! The house was clean and was perfect for us! The two bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, was great for our situation as it was me and my brother. The sofa in the Lanai folded out into a bed and was perfect for my daughter. The backyard was relaxing and quiet. There wasn't anything that wasn't provided. I would definitely rent this again next time I come to visit!

House was spotless and roomy, great backyard, perfect for my dog mojo, close to pool and golf and rec centers and about 15 minute ride to Spanish springs, Publix very close and beautiful lake at end of street. Really nice neighbors. Great stay

Good rental house with the golf cart

House had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable: high speed Internet (we work from home), Netflix, and it comes with the golf cart. Good location with easy 5 min golf cart drive to get to Publix, golf course and other places. The home was clean and management staff was very helpful. The golf cart had a problem which was fixed very fast.

First time long-term rental

Positive 2nd bedroom 100% better than anticipated, backyard/patio great, amenities 10 out of 10, Negative start of C-19 negatively impacted stay everything started to shut down 2 weeks into our stay,(not your fault), needed better instructions had trouble with lock-box, TV , garbage disposal yes could have googled or u-tubed but should we needed to?Also some inconsistencies with instructions example laundry prior to departure? Overall new experiences good and not so good, as above first time long-term rental. Thank you

Everything we needed

Loved the place! Clean, well stocked w kitchen supplies and a great tv. The golf cart was fun. The neighborhood was very quiet and a nice private back yard. Only drawback was that is at the northern most section of The Villages and a long way from the squares and a lot of the other activities.

The "second bedroom" has a tiny pull out bed possibly for the size of a small child. Location is so far north from most of The Villages amenities.
