Great Place!

It's a great location if you want to be within walking distance from downtown and the capitol building.The unit was spotless and had a great fireplace. It was very cosy! I highly recommend it for a single person or a family.

Access to everything SLC has to offer.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this unit. It is a house subdivided into five units, but being we entered the front of the house we didn't feel like we were sharing space. The unit is exactly what is shown. Clean with the amenities one needs when visiting: toiletries, laundry soap, fully stocked kitchen. Each room had a TV with ROKU which we didn't use but would be nice for those looking to watch TV separately. The parking was simple and there is access to the main roads along with the unit being walking distance to shops and cafes. The leasing agent was easy to get a hold of and any questions that arose, he responded timely.

Wonderful stay!

The property was exactly as listed
maybe even better!! The location was great and very quiet!! The property was beautifully decorated and so comfortable!! A plus was being able to park in the drive rather than on tbe street!! Everything we needed was there. Joe was very timely to always communicate. We had a wonderful stay in SLC!

My own Parisian flat


I love the neighborhood, loved the house, its cleanliness and charm calmed me to the core after long days at the hospital, particularly the lovely gas fireplace and antique mantle. Modern amenities abound but did not detract from the antiquated charm of the property. If I am ever lucky enough to visit Salt Lake City again, you can be sure I will be staying at this property.

Great Location and Attention to Detail

Stayed here for 3 nights in mid-February and had a great experience. Great communication before we arrived. Found the place exactly as advertised, close to the downtown area and very easy to get to all the key locations. Thoughtful touches throughout the unit that made the stay easy. Would definitely recommend and will retry to rebook on my next visit to the area.

Great Place for Ski Trips

My buddies and I stayed at this property during an SLC ski trip. The property was clean, well stocked with extra supplies, and conveniently located right by downtown so we could access restaurants. I would stay here again.

Perfect for family of four

Perfect little two bedroom, one bath that accommodated us (a couple with two kids) perfectly. Location was close to airport and downtown SLC. Check in and out was very easy with door codes and emails from the property owner.

I want to move in!

The property is better than I hoped. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable while we attended our son's wedding. It was my first time using VRBO but it won't be my last.

Capital Hill

The property was lovely, clean, and tastefully decorated. We only stayed one night, but it was just as it was listed. It was close to downtown, and very close to the airport, so it served our purpose very well. It was nice to have off street parking too. I would definitely recommend this place!

Destination Wedding, Park City UT

Our daughter was married at the Church of Dirt in Park City UT, and we needed an apartment for our family for the long wedding weekend. The pics provided on VRBO reflected the actual overall size of the apartment. Everything was clean and we loved the bicycle theme throughout the apartment. Coffee area was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. However, the bedrooms were a bit on the small size giving you limited space to walk around the beds. There was only one bathroom, but we managed just fine. The weather was absolutely perfect for our trip, and we found sipping coffee on the front patio very relaxing every morning. The neighborhood was quiet and the short walk to Blue Copper Coffee shop was very convenient. Would book this apartment again.

Great location, very clean, lacked some amenities, uncomfortable sofa bed

The property was a 10 minute walk to downtown and was in a great area close to coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and does look like the photos. The neighbors were quiet and very friendly. It was a historic area with older homes. Parking was onsite. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The sofa bed was awful and very uncomfortable. I highly recommend sleeping with your feet near the sofa cushions as the bed is on a slant and you wake up with a headache otherwise. The property would also benefit from a few amenities. There was some old ice in the freezer and a questionable pitcher of Brita water in the fridge and that was it. There were K-cups for the coffee maker but no other snacks or beverages provided. There were heavily used towels, not enough sheets, and we had to use pillow shams for pillow cases for the sofa bed. There is a hefty cleaning fee, however, they want you to strip the beds, start the washers, and take out all the trash. Shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, and laundry and dish pods were provided, but no body soap other than some ineffective economy mini bars like you would find at a cheap motel. Owner was responsive to a message I sent, wifi worked great, and access to property was very easy. Regular beds were very comfortable. It is a great property, but some attention to the little things could make a difference!

Very clean, comfortable place

It was perfect for what we needed. The home was immaculate and the host is very responsive. Maybe we caught things at an odd time but one of the units in back woke us up one night with their partying and then they carried on in front of the house at 5:30 in the morning. Everything else was top-notch.

Great place to stay!!

This was my second time staying at this property and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Close proximity to downtown, luckily we had wonderful weather and took a very nice walk and looked at all of the cool architecture. Joe was very accommodating and would highly recommend this property!

Couldn't have asked for anything better!!

The house was beautiful and is even more amazing in person. Pictures and description is accurate. The host was very attentive and messaged to make sure everything met our expectations and standards. Communication with check in/checkout as well as any questions or issues was answered or given right away. Loved the place was more than accommodating and made us feel like we were at home definitely the best home away from home experience.
