Small condo best suited for a couple. Good location with great views of bay. Will book again. Be aware that you must pick up and return key at an off-site location.
Check-in is not on the property but a few miles away. Bedroom carpet and bed covers should be replaced. Fan in bedroom had thick dust on blades. It is a small place and plastic flower arrangements on several flat surfaces should be dispensed with.

This place small and the bed needed to be replaced about 10 years ago. It has a big sunken hole in it. So do not expect to have a very good sleep.
Plus you could not be in the pool after dusk so that kind of sucked!
Top it off the AC will not go below 72 or it would freeze up. It froze up on us and we would not have AC at all the last two days.
Our stay was uneventful and quite pleasant. The balcony view overlooking the water was refreshing. The central location made it easy to get around to many good restaurants and shopping places. The cable/television/wifi connection was a little tricky, but it caused no problem once we learned how to turn it off and on to reset it. Only one minor complaint, the mattress in the master bedroom was somewhat uncomfortable and probably needs replacing. Overall, our stay was an outstanding getaway.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our weeks stay at Boca Ciega Resort. The building, pool area and grounds were clean and well cared for. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the bay, looking south toward John's Pass and Treasure Island. Each day we enjoyed some aquatic visitors - dolphins, rays or manatees were just below our balcony or close by.
420 at Boca Ciega is a very nice unit, and I'd like to give it 5 stars. It's very close, but a few things inside need attention or replacement.

> Update door lock to keypad type (eliminate the need for keys!)
