The cabin was perfect!! Had everything we needed and more. The view off our deck was fantastic. The host extremely nice.There was even lists of restaurants and points of interest in the area.Highly recommend this host and cabin.

We love Henry’s hideaway. Remote and quiet. It would be nice to have a TV downstairs as we are old folks who have a hard time going upstairs.

This is a beautiful cabin! It was very clean and cozy, it felt like home away from home. The property it’s on is gorgeous! The host was extremely kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

The cabin was cute and cozy. While it is a bit off the beaten path, it was exactly what we needed for our trip. Kitchen was stocked, there were extra pillows, blankets, etc. Plus the view off the patio couldn't be beat. Would definitely stay again if we ever are in the area again.

A very clean cabin. The host had everything labeled really well. A comfortable place to stay. The host was very helpful. The valley view was beautiful. Will come back again soon.

Amazing location

We had a great time at this property. It is located close enough to things, yet far enough away to feel secluded if that’s what you’re looking for. Cabin and property were very clean and accommodating. Definite 5 stars.

Perfect South Dakota Adventure Cabin

Absolutely perfect location away from all the hustle and bustle, so nice to come back to after a busy day. Owners were so great and you don't even realize they are on the property. Super clean and highly recommend!

Quiet and scenic

Excellent cabin! Clean, well stocked and very comfortable. After long days of hiking the comfort was greatly appreciated. The owners provided great communication and very responsive to any of our inquiries about the surrounding areas.

Great Location great host

The cabin was very clean and everything was labeled. Great communication with host and we were impressed by attention to detail inside and outside the cabin. The free eggs from the hens was amazing every morning. LOVE it

The cabin was peaceful and well stocked. We enjoyed talking to Jessica and really loved the fresh eggs. We did a lot of hiking and I fulfilled my dream of doing the Volksmarch at Crazy Horse Monument. Thank you!!

Perfect Cabin to Relax in Peace and Quiet

We had a perfect stay in the very quiet and clean cabin. Our hosts were excellent before and during our stay. And it is true, you truly don't even know they are staying in the house on the property. We will be coming back to stay and highly recommend. This cabin is so quiet and peaceful, perfect to come back to after a busy day exploring. And Thank You for the eggs :)

Beautiful property

Pros: This is a beautiful property with an awesome view. Lots of areas for the kids to explore. Chickens, ducks, and fresh eggs. Friendly/helpful property owners. Con: You have to go through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Perfect location!

Our family had a great stay. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4 with 2 children. We appreciated all the little details, like labels on the drawers and cabinets, extra night lights so the kiddos could find their way in a new place, and farm fresh eggs stocked in the refrigerator! Our kids also loved getting to meet the ducks and chickens and help collect eggs. The cabin location is in a beautiful valley that was peaceful and quiet. It was an easy drive for all of our adventures….rodeo in Deadwood, Custer State Park, and Mt. Rushmore, and swimming at Sheridan Lake. Would definitely stay here again for a future vacation.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our week at the cabin! It’s perfectly situated for a number of day trips, about 30-45 minutes from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Sturgis, Custer State Park. Fully stocked with all the amenities needed to be comfortable, from kitchen to bath to bedroom, we felt right at home. We would definitely stay again!!

Perfect!

My son and I loved the cabin, it was perfect for our father/son trip to the hills. Very clean and quiet. You don't need to bring much staying here, all the essentials to a home are already there! The owners have clearly thought of absolutely everything. It's a good 45 minutes from most attractions but the drive there is beautiful! Great stargazing, comfy bed, cozy fireplace, ATV trails 1 mile down the road.. too much to list.. Turn key stay, and a great place to kick off your shoes after a busy day in the hills. Will stay again!

Home Sweet Home

This cabin is awesome. It's out of town, way out of town, and quiet. This is just the getaway I needed. Oh, and the Pine trees smell great too. Every day we went somewhere and came back exhausted. This is the home you want to come home too. I think we covered the bigee's in attractions. Mt Rushmore of course, but the Crazy Horse Memorial was very thought provoking too. We also hiked, went agate hunting, went to the Badlands. I could have stayed longer and explored and hiked around Spearfish, but no time. We'll stop by and see Devils Tower on our way and then back to home. This cabin gets my highest rating.
