Fantastic house & location

My family and I got lucky with a last-minute late August rental and had the pleasure of staying here for a quick end-of-summer trip to Narragansett. Great location within walking distance to Boon Street coffee, restaurants, and the pier. The house is lovely and immaculate, stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, and all the necessary linens. Beautiful new addition with tons of natural light and amazing decks that are fully furnished for outdoor relaxation. Sweet outdoor shower on one of the decks which makes it easy for post-beach sand removal. It's a real gem of a place and the owners were just lovely and so helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!

Girls Weekend Getaway

My girls and I have been renting for 12 years and we all agreed, Endless Summer takes the cake! From the fresh cut flowers and welcome basket to the amazing fire pit and deck to the beautiful decor, everything was perfect!! Rodger could not have been more helpful and easy to reach. I can totally see myself returning with my family one day!

Perfect getaway for a girls weekend

This property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Rodger was extremely easy to communicate with both before and during our stay. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for us, and then some. Plenty of outdoor seating too (fire pit, deck, front porch)! Walking distance to beach, and easy 30 minute drive to the heart of Newport. Definitely recommend, and hope to be back the next time we are in RI!

Great Find!

This house was just terrific! You can tell the owners take pride in their property. Everything felt new and clean. A thoughtful gift basket with essentials started the trip out right. We had 7 adults and 2 children and we all felt as if we had our own spaces. Plenty of seating for meals too. Loved that there was a front porch and a back deck along with lawn and fire pit (sometimes a book reading Grandpa might need space from a frisbee throwing kid!) The two car garage for bikes/wagons/strollers was a huge bonus! A great location for walking to the sea wall or to restaurants. I feel so lucky that we found this house for our family getaway. I would 100% recommend.

Great house for a girl’s beach weekend

We rented the house for 10 old college friends who hadn’t seen each other in years. The house was perfect, comfortable, and a great location with walking distance to the beach and shops. Rodger was very accommodating and helpful with explaining check in/check out. Communication was easy and highly recommend staying here for a great, relaxing weekend!

Great home

This is a lovely home, clean, light and spacious. Rodger is very easy to work with, and exceptionally accommodating. Our family stayed for a graduation weekend, and the house worked out perfectly. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are inviting and comfortable gathering spots.

Wonderful Spot Close To Everything in 'Gansett

I had a wedding at the Narragansett Towers recently that I was also a groomsman in. Rather than everyone piling into separate and small hotel rooms, I thought it would be great for the groomsmen and our guests to have a place to stay, relax, and get ready. This was absolutely perfect for just that and overall the house was in pristine and clean condition. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably in and plenty of bathroom and closet space to accommodate us getting ready. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware to make a hearty breakfast on the morning of the wedding. Not to mention that this was super close and walking distance to the church, Towers, and Narragansett Town beach. If this is something you're looking for then I highly recommend this house. I would even like to plan a separate family beach getaway here late summer or early fall.

Great house, well appointed and taken care of!

The house was perfect for our family. We had 7 adults and 2 children, and we were perfectly comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were recently updated beautifully! The central A/C kept us comfortable, and the outdoor shower helped keep us ‘on pace’ when we returned from the beach. The deck and fire pit made for fun times in the evenings. Further, the location is great, and the owners are friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. This was our 9th summer renting in Narragansett, and this house was the best yet!

Beautiful house and perfect location!

We loved our stay here back in May for my graduation! 8 adults and 1 toddler fit comfortably in the house. The house was clean and well equipped for anything we needed! The yard was perfect for a cookout - fire pit is a plus! Close to the water, however the weather was not on our side while we were there. The inside was comfy and spacious though! Great location to URI, beach, grocery store and restaurants. Roger was a pleasure to work with and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

The house is so well designed and decorated. The outdoor shower was amazing and put to use often. The backyard was a great spot to hang out and relax. The island kitchen and table made everyone feel involved even during cooking and prepping.

A Great Family Retreat!

The house and grounds were perfect for our family. We were welcomed with a thoughtful basket of goodies and essentials. There was a warmth and coziness to the lovely inside space, clean and well appointed. Our three grandchildren claimed the counter area in the kitchen and the table on the deck their "special space", but most exciting was the camp set ups in the over sized closets! The area was ideal for walking to the park, restaurants and ice cream treats. Adventureland Family Fun Park was just that, FUN! It was an easy stay in a beautiful space in a quintessential beach town. Thank you Roger for your attention to detail, responsiveness to our questions and overall hospitality. John and Elissa

Great House in a Great Location

We just returned from a weekend at this home, and it's perfect. From the gift basket on the kitchen table, the fresh flowers, two bottles of (good) wine, a pile of new beach towels and fresh linens, arrival was fantastic. The house is new and well-stocked with everything one needs, great kitchen, outside shower, and a five-minute walk to Narragansett Beach. We'd return here with no hesitation.

Perfect family reunion.

My husband and I were able to spend a week with our children and grandsons in this perfect home in Narragansett. The rooms were all comfortable and furnished tastefully. Every modern detail possible. Our favorite gathering spot was the back deck where we enjoyed morning coffee, lunch, and afternoon cocktails. We all enjoyed our toasted marshmallows and s'mores in the evening around the fire pit. The outdoor shower was a big hit for our city children and condo kiddies. This is the perfect home for gathering with family or friends.

An amazing home!

Our family gathered from Fla and Tenn to celebrate our sons graduation from URI with a PHD! YAY! The house was amazing! when we got there, we were greeted with an incredible welcome basket, cookies and wine! The owners had equipped the home with everything you would need. All the furnishings were upgraded! Beds were very comfortable! Our grown children said they would love a house decorated just like it! We had a chilly day and got good use of the fire pit.! A great time was had by all! Thank you to Rodger and Nadine!

My wife and I grew up in central Massachusetts and we are high school sweethearts. We have been married for 31 years and have raised two daughters. It has been our dream to have a home near the ocean for many years, and we have finally been able to make this dream come true. We would like to enjoy time in our new home with our family and want to share it with others who treasure time away with their families as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have always been interested in the Narragansett area and were fortunate to find a piece of property with ocean views and a short walk to the beach, not to mention all of the fantastic restaurants nearby. We decided to build a 4 bedroom Cape style home, with all the comforts of a beach house; farmer's porch, 3 large decks (including a rooftop deck), fire pit, outdoor shower, ocean views, central air, centrally located near shops, restaurants, beaches, blocks away from local transportation.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with the contemporary design of this home, which included a gas fireplace in the front living room, second floor bedrooms have the ocean views with glass sliding doors that lead to a large deck and a spiral staircase to the rooftop deck for entertaining and sunbathing. The granite counter tops offset the beach-appearance of the cabinets throughout the house. The new addition includes a second living room space, with a wet bar and wine refrigerator, which leads to a large deck for dining. The outdoor shower is on the second floor for easy access to all guests.
