Loved it!

The condo was great and the walk to the beach was short and simple. We would definitely stay again. There was some incorrect info in the welcome packet, and no one available from Wagner on the weekend, but otherwise, we had a great trip.

Amazing time

Love this unit and this complex! The pool is amazing. The people are very nice. Wagner realty doesn’t amazing job and is on top of everything
 Super organized! We absolutely love that the unit was completely equipped with everything we needed for the beach and pool! We would definitely like to come again!

Family Beach Trip

This condo was way above average in every way. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The appliances were modern and all worked as they should. Very good a/c, also great water pressure and lots of hot water. Many household items were already there (dish soap etc). We found it very quiet and peaceful. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely rent this again. Thanks very much.

262 Runaway Bay Stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay there so much that we booked for the same time next year. Great location and the unit was very comfortable and roomy. Wagner Realty was helpful as well with any needs and communicated very well with us. Could use some more glassware if possible. Had some issues related to plumbing in the tubs, minor things, but it got handled. Kitchen sink had no plug nor a disposal cover. Again minor, but would be nice if it was there to do small quantity of dishes is all. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Looking forward to 2020 stay.

Runaway Bay #262Anna Marie Island, FL

Excellent rental. Beautifully decorated with every amenity you need! I am very picky and this rental lived up to every expectation. Location, value, decor, well-stocked kitchen. The rental application was a little arduous, but I understand why an owner needs the background to ensure they are renting to a responsible party. The only minor complaint—-no blender and missing two lightbulbs. After talking to rental agent, we went and purchased both and dropped receipt off at the realty company. They said they would drop off a check. That was 7 days ago and no one has been by. We are checking out today and hope to have a check when we drop off the keys. I hope there is not a problem. Otherwise, this is a truly exceptional rental. Would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Nice condo only steps away from beach

We had a great stay at your property at Runaway Bay in Bradenton Beach last week. Everything was as described. Enjoyed the convenience to the beach and a few local restaurants. The grounds within Runaway Bay was very clean and you can tell they work hard to keep everything looking nice for guests. I read this in another review but want to call it out because it’s true
the bed was very comfortable. Only when I took the sheets off as part of our check out process did I realize it’s the same mattress I have at home. Haha. There were quite a few lightbulbs out that should have been caught by the cleaning crew. However, I will note property management called me because they had received a note from last guest and offered to come in and take care of it. It really wasn’t anything that was big deal to me so I just let them know they could wait until we checked out. Again, thank you for opening up your place to us and thank you for going the extra mile by having comfortable beds!

Summer vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The property was clean and well maintained, with a few exceptions. There were several burnt out light bulbs throughout the unit and the master bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Also, would have been nice if the condo had some beach chairs or umbrellas. We had to buy them for our stay and left them for future renters. The property manager was very easy to deal with!

The ideal location for a relaxing getaway!

I cannot rave enough about this location, the ease of check in/out, and property amenities!! This was just what our family needed. The perfect getaway; far enough from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet just a 2 minute walk from the beautiful beaches, and a one minute drive to the grocery store or some of the best restaurants. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4. The washer and dryer was a big plus as well as the dishwasher. We only used the pool once, but it was clean. The property managers are very organized and the “Covid” rules for the pool are well thought out, giving everyone a chance to enjoy all Runaway Bay has to offer while keeping your health in mind. We loved staying here and would recommend this property and unit to anyone looking to get away but still have all the comforts of home at your fingertips! Thanks for a great vacation and a lifetime of memories.

Perfect getaway!

This was our first time to AMI and Bradenton Beach. We loved staying in unit 262...beautiful condo and well appointed with everything you need for the perfect beach week. It was wonderful being able to see the sunrise over the bay and walk a few steps to the gulf. Runaway Bay is in a wonderful spot on AMI...lots of nearby shops, restaurants and a great trolly service to get you around the island. Check out the Monkey bus too! We will be back and have decided to make this our new beach destination. Thank you!

July 12-19 2020

The property was just as described and adorable! The beach was a quick walk across the street and it was awesome having the free trolley to ride when we did some site seeing and shopping. Unfortunately, they were repaving the condo street which created a slight parking mess but overall it wasn’t too troublesome. We were supposed to have two parking passes in the condo but there was only one inside. This was quickly resolved the next day and our other vehicle was allowed to stay overnight that evening of check in at the real estate office which worked out perfectly! Super quick when fixing little things such as the guest room fan! We all had such a great time! I can’t believe I’ve lived in FL all my life and never been to a beach on this strip. I would definitely book again :)

Nice place, very good location.

Very easy process with VRBO. Biggest problem was with outdoor stairway railing as this condo is on the second floor. It was finally addressed after three complaints and a splinter. Certainly not the fault of the condo owner.

Great Location on Anna Maria Island

The property was very clean and comfortable for 3 adults - just as advertised. The location was excellent - just a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach, and the free trolley picked you up right at the entrance to the complex to take you anywhere on the island. We really enjoyed the beach and fishing gear, especially the beach chairs and towels. Also loved having a pool on the day the ocean was a little too rough for the senior in our party. Would absolutely stay here again!
