Great stay and perfect location!

We had a great trip! Perfect location with mountain feel and of course amazing view. Only minutes away from downtown. Property was very clean, great amenities and great layout. Would definitely stay again!

Nice house and Beautiful view!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Clean, plenty of room and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. House is nice and the front and backyard views are wonderful. My teen grandson said " it's like looking at a picture every time I look out the front door" .

Great escape to ski with the family

We went with a party of 11 and had a great experience in this cozy house, room for all of us confortable they have board ganes that we actually used and the lanscape is amazing. Imagine coming back from a great day at the mountain and a warm tube is welcoming at the deck. Great experience and worth it.

This could be perfect for the right group

We stayed at the house for a month this summer - Great location for hiking - beautiful views - very responsive property manager. The inside of the house was clean (pet friendly and obviously responsible pet owners have stayed there). If you just need a place to lay your head at night - this could be the place for you. If you are looking to hang out in the house on comfortable furniture with family, cook big meals or have very small children (2 steep staircases) you may want to look elsewhere. We made the most of our time there, but will not be returning.

Cozy and comfortable

We loved our stay at the Apres Chalet. The location was great, only 10 quick minutes from town and an easy back route to Peak 8. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen really well equipped! We could also walk to some nice hiking trails, less than a mile from the trail head through the neighborhood. The very best part was the view from the living room and master bedroom. The owner and the management company were super responsive, and we really plan to be back soon!

Beautiful location

Description of rooms is spot on - plenty of room for us and the desk in the basement bedroom was nice for working remotely for a few days. Kitchen is well appointed. Outdoor spaces were nice as well.

Summer Views at their best!

The property was certainly as described and to be honest probably even better! The layout of the house with three bedrooms (one off each level with their own private bath), the space for the dogs on the second level to run on the deck and out into the back fenced yard, and then the VIEWS!! Literally could not have hope for more and even the location was less than seven minutes to anywhere in downtown Breckenridge. Add in getting to see for moose and a black bear that was interested in our trash cans, it just couldn’t have been any better. Thank you Nicole and team!

Pre Corona Stay

The house is awesome. 5 bedrooms. Plenty of space. Amazing view. Hot tub. Short drive both to Satellite Parking Lot and Peak 7 Lot. Great property. I hope We can comeback after this crazy pandemic corona.

Nice Place, limited parking

Be sure to bring a 4x4!!! The steep driveway is treacherous and can only accommodate about 4 cars because of the snow and angle. This makes it hard when you have couples staying as a retreat since it sleeps so many. It would make more sense for carloads with 4 people each car. There is no other place to park so either leave your car at home or pick a different place to stay. The house itself was great. Lots of cookware available and we used the hot tub a couple times. Great that they had separate towels available for the hot tub instead of making us use bathroom towels. Nice view. Close to town. No bus pickup near house. Own 4x4 is a must.

Thanks so much for your review Dane. I'm glad you had a nice stay! Our property does require a 4x4 during the winter months that is described in our listing. It does have parking for 4 vehicles that is also stated in our listing. That is the amount allowed for our short term regulations license for Summit County. Having 4 "Free" parking spaces is pretty unique for a vacation property. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have a queen or king bed set up and the 5th one has bunks, which brings a lot of families to our home. We have not had an issue with 4 vehicles not being enough for guests. There is overnight parking available right off of airport road by our neighborhood. It is $5 a night. I'm glad you enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, I try my best to make sure it stays fully stocked with cookware. We have also made quite a few updates including the lower level being fully renovated along with the entrance and the exterior paint since you stayed at our home almost 9 months ago and have many more planned!

Captivating cabin

The View alone is to die for but the beauty inside the cabin takes your breath away. Each night that me and my family stay there was magical.... From gazing at the stars from the hot tub to enjoy s'mores with the kids around the fire pit and the amazing and friendly staff made my experience remarkable.

August 2020 Family Getaway

Our family of four needed to get away for a week of fun in Breckenridge. This property was exactly what we wanted. Isolated enough where we could enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors but close enough to town where we could experience Brecks unforgettable town. The views from the house were awesome. One of the best parts of our trip was that we were able to bring our dogs to this pet friendly property. The backyard was perfect for a secured play area for the dogs. Niki was all that we could want as a property owner responding quickly to questions that we had. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Breck!

WE Loved our Snow Mountain Getaway!! :-)

perfect for two families with kids. Easy access to mountain to ski shop, entertainment and snowmobiling. We loved it thanks so so much. Perfect Mountain Get-a-way

Amazing home that is conveniently located 5-10 minutes from the heart of Breck offering amazing views and a mountain home feel without having to drive 30 minutes outside of the city. Awesome hot tub and very friendly to dogs which was a huge plus for us. The house easily slept 10 with room to spare. We will definitely be back as Nicole is a great host as well!! Thanks again!

Beautiful views from this mountain cabin!

This is a beautiful cabin in the mountains of Breckenridge! Perfect for families. Clean and comfortable. Amazing views. Easy to get to any of the ski resorts in the area. The owner Niki was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay With Great Scenery

The property was amazing and secluded, so it was perfect for what I was looking for. All of the appliances were up to date which made it all easy to use! The hot tub was just icing on the cake for any down time that was experienced on the trip. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone who is vacationing in the area!

The property is an amazing get-away in the Colorado Mountains to relax and enjoy spectacular views

We loved sunrises on the deck looking out to the mountains and sunsets in the hot tub nestled in the woods. The location was perfect for dinners in town and hiking in the hills. We really appreciated the new comfy furniture which was a great improvement from what had been shown by the previous owner the website. We highly recommend this place for your next escape!

I moved to Colorado From Minnesota in 1997. Breckenridge was always my favorite ski town and getting the chance to live there and own a hair salon for 10 years was pretty amazing! My family was lucky enough to get this property and with short term rentals available, it's our pleasure to invite our guests to experience everything that this magical mountain town has to offer!

I love the setting of this home. It has all of the best views you could possibly want plus space inside and out to enjoy. It's close to town but without all the noise. We had a property walking distance to everything in town before and after many sleepless nights from loud restaurants and bars we had to sell it. This property is our Mountain Dream!! Quiet, and absolutely stunning views!!!
