I am sorry you missed my allergy warning and that you assumed no pets allowed is the same as pet-free. That would probably be true of a hotel but not a 2nd home. I think its fair to say that the condo was very clean (we drove up to check!) and that you were beside yourself angry that your assumptions weren't born out and this colored your review. This despite the fact the condo was as advertised in the main promotion / description. All the best, 🙏💕Karen

Judith, I'm so sorry the condo did not meet your expectations: I would love to have every convenience in the kitchen but there just isn't room. I've read all the lists of items that are expected and should be supplied in a rental and I've exceeded those lists. I have since added a small nutribullet blender. Screen: It's true there isn't a screen on the door to the outside deck, but there is a screen on the back side window that we open to get the sound of the creek. I'm sorry you didn't notice this.. I wish you'd contacted me so I could have pointed it out. As far as flies and mosquitos....I'm not sure I've ever seen them in Frisco, CO...but yes..you can't just leave the door open. The carpet: One of my guests did do a job on it this past summer....I can't figure out what....but I've since had it professionally cleaned. Old?:The condo is mostly updated but not everything is brand new..... Since your visit we have installed a new refrigerator, and new windows. They are great. Soap: Although I do not supply hotel type soap as this is not standard in condos I do leave bulk liquid soap in the baths and kitchen. I had one instance this past summer when the hand soap in the kitchen went missing. My guest contacted me (you?) and I had my cleaners run over some new soap. Finally, the entire complex received a facelift on the outside; some new siding, paint, etc. I try not to oversell the condo to be something it isn't....I want every guest to be happy. Hi Scott, Sorry you found the electronics confusing. I've updated the directions with simplicity in mind. Plus there are more directions for those who want to take advantage of the bluetooth sound bar, Apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO GO, Pandora, You Tube, Spotify,,,,,,,,. The system is state of the art, modern and now with simpler picture instructions :-)
