Magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Frank vous prend en main dès la sortie de l'avion et est très soucieux de vous aider pour organiser vos activités (randonnées, restaurants, courses, équitation, plongée...) tout en restant discret, et surtout de vous mettre en relation avec la population locale qui est très très accueillante et souriante. Les prestations de la maison sont digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles et la vue des terrasses tout simplement magnifique. Gozo est une petite île pleine de charme, nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter en une semaine. Un conseil faites le contraire des tour opérators une journée à Malte suffit (La valette est à voir mais il y a trop de monde et c'est une ville qui s'étend à n'en plus finir) et 6 jours ou plus!! à Gozo avec ses petits villages bien délimités, ses figuiers de barbarie, ses bougainvilliers, et une eau à 24 degrés début Novembre... Le village Ghajnsielem où se situe la maison était notre préféré de très belles églises des commerçants et artisans très sympathiques (le boulanger et Joe le sculpteur) Merci Frank pour votre gentillesse, vos conseils, le repas délicieux à l'arrivée avec le basilic et la menthe fraîche.

Great stay for 10 days @ GozoWhen we arrived, we had a warm welcome from Frank who supplied us with a starter pack of food and drinks and explained to us the location and the places to visit. He was always available for enquiries and provided a lot of tips where to go and to visit - starting from beaches and walks to authentic restaurants and bakeries! We would like to thank Frank - this was one of our best vacations ever.

Frank is the platinum standard, this one goes to 11, best host you could possibly ask for. He picked us up at the ferry terminal (and brought us back on check out,) he had a beautiful lunch with wine and cold water waiting for us. Frank gave us all the information needed to have a fantastic time in Gozo. Then he took me food shopping and made sure I left with some local delicacies (tuna stuffed green olives, and the most delicious ricotta I ever tasted.) The house is so pretty, with beautiful views across multiple patios and decks. The air conditioning is cold, and the washer/dryer was handy as we had been traveling a week before we got to Gozo.The WiFi is kinda slow, but I think that’s a Malta issue. None of that adding coins to get more air-con stuff. It’s walking distance to some nice eateries. Country Terrace was recommended and we enjoyed it so much, we went twice. All the instructions to make your stay easy are clearly laid out. And Frank is a text away for any questions. He’s good people! Thanks for a great stay, Frank, other hosts could learn a thing or fifty from you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home itself, the location, and the host Frank were incredible. The space was roomy, well appointed and very accommodating for our family. The expansive outdoor areas were lovely and used often. The location is walkable to restaurants, bars and the ferry. Frank was amazing; welcoming, helpful and genuinely a great person. He was always available if you needed anything and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend this property- Would definitely stay again.

This home is amazing! It exudes Mediterranean charm! The accommodations are spacious and offer everything necessary to have a relaxing stay. The location can't be beat. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal, many restaurants, bus stops, and the town square. The views from every terrace are stunning. The only dilemma is choosing which terrace to sit on for morning coffee, afternoon Happy Hour, or evening nightcaps. Frank is the perfect host! We can't say enough good things about him. He was always ready, willing, and able to help us in any way possible to ensure we had the most enjoyable stay, from transporting us to and from the ferry terminal upon arrival and departure to providing a wealth of information about Malta and Gozo. Without any hesitation, we highly recommend this property!

GOZO - wonderful

Frank is an exceptional host, shared an afternoon taking us to food and fish stores. Brought us to Malta for the strawberry festival, and he was available to answer any questions we may have had! Wonderful location on Gozo

Frank was a wonderful and informative host. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our weeks stay.We were within walking distance from the Mgarr ferry terminal, and close to bus stops which easily take you anywhere on the island.The supermarket was a bit of a longer walk (about 20 mins) but as the weather was usually wonderful, it was very enjoyable.We loved our stay on Gozo, and loved our stay at this spacious, and quiet house.

Wonderful Stay in Gozo and a host that went above and beyond!

We spent the holidays in Gozo and found this property in Ghajnsielem was perfectly located. It was exactly what we hoped for. Our host, Frank, made arrival incredibly easy. He picked us up from the ferry to help with our luggage as well as having delicious food waiting for us upon arrival. He proceeded to take us to the grocery store and then even picked up the 4th member of our group. He went through a map and highlighted walks and sights we should try to hit as well as giving detail instructions on bus lines and transportation. Most of which we did. There were bikes available but we hit the island on foot and tried to emerge ourselves into the beautiful Gozitan culture. It was amazing! The beds were comfortable and we loved all the balconies and patios because even in December, we had amazing weather. We would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful host

The welcome from our host Frank was informative and friendly. We were picked up from the ferry terminal, provided with a selection of drinks and cooked food and taken to the supermarket for provisions. No car needed! The house had everything you needed for a vacation. Whereas internally it was generally accurately depicted, unfortunately this was not the case for the external furniture. The location was a perfect base to explore the island, although being located on a main road meant that it was subject to subsequent traffic noise. At the time of our visit there were two construction sites in close proximity adding to the ambient noise levels.

The best host ever.

Frank was the perfect host from start to finish and clearly wanted us to enjoy Gozo going out of his way to tell us everything that might help us achieve that. The property lacked nothing. We especially appreciated all the balconies, giving either sun or shade for each moment of the day. The only down side for us was the noise of the road traffic at night, accelerating as they climbed the hill, but we come from a very rural area and are not used to any traffic at night.

Spacious house close to harbour

The house is great, clean and spacious. It is spread over 3 floors, with a roof terrace above, so a lot of stairs to deal with, but the view from the roof is gorgeous, across to Malta and Camino. There are balconies and terraces everywhere, the master bedroom has it's own bathroom AND large terrace ( though the view from there is not so good as building works are currently going on right behind the house). Air con is good in the bedrooms but you have to keep emptying buckets of water that it produces. It is about 10-15 min walk to the harbour, steep hill though, with steps at one point, so can be hard work coming back. There are no real beaches within walking distance to the house; you can swim from very rocky areas if you are brave, but best to travel. Frank is next door and very helpful with local info. I would have liked a beach a bit nearer but that was my fault for not researching properly! It's a great location for getting around the island and for the ferries.

Everything you need with a wonderful host!

We could not have asked for more from this rental! The home was spacious, clean, well equipped, with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, and the views from the numerous balconies allowed for a 360° view of the beautiful Ghajnsielem, Gozo region. Our wonderful host, Frank, could not have been kinder or more helpful! Frank picked us up at the ferry terminal and drove us to the rental where he had prepared a few traditional Gozo snacks. After giving us a tour of the house and offering many options on what to do, where to go, and how to get around Gozo, Frank drove us to the grocery store to pick up a few supplies. All of these features got our stay in Gozo off to a fantastic start! We highly recommend Frank's rental. We very much enjoyed our stay. Susan and Dave Nova Scotia, Canada

Gozo adventure

The property was in a great location for ferry and bus access to every part of the island. Close to restaurants in marina and we did two coastal hikes from house. Also a fantastic spa at the Grand Hotel. Frank was an unbelievable host. He picked us up at the ferry and had wine and snacks ready. He also briefed us on what to do and how to get there on buses. Best of all he took us to the supermarket and fresh fish stores since we were staying a week. By far the best communication with a host.

Everything was more than perfect!!!

We had a wonderful stay on Gozo. We have to thank the very beautiful house but also the wonderful landlord Frank. Frank has already before the arrival touching cared for us, gave tips on how to get there and then also greeted us very warmly with welcome snacks and lots of additional information about Gozo. The typical Maltese house is located with a beautiful sea view only 15 minutes walk from the harbor. Restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. We were able to park directly across the street from the house. Frank, thank you again for your efforts and wonderful support during our vacation. Angelika, Dieter and Antonia

Exploring Gozo

We have just returned from a 10 day stay in Gozo. We had a wonderful time, we booked this particular villa as the reviews were excellent, particularly regarding the host Frank and it did not disappoint. Frank was a fabulous host, from the time of booking until after we returned, his communication, advice and assistance was outstanding. His villa is immaculate and very welcoming with all the amenities you will need for your stay. With wonderful views over the local harbor, and a short walk down to all the bars and restaurants and a small beach at the end of the harbor for swimming and close to the ferry it was a great location. We explored Gozo on Frank’s bikes, some hired E bikes ( not cheap but great fun ) and buses which are very reliable, good value and air conditioned! We managed to see most of Gozo and also had a day out in Malta. I can highly recommend this villa and if we return this way will definitely stay again. Thanks again Frank for a fabulous time!!

Stay like a local

We stay at different VRBOs once or twice per year, and my teenagers said that this was their favorite. It had everything we needed (enough beds/bedrooms/bathrooms, a washer and dryer, clotheslines for wet swimsuits, bikes, wifi, snorkeling gear, linens and towels). The house is in the same town as the Gozo ferry terminal so it was convenient to get here from Malta. It's also within a block each way for two bus stops that will give access to the rest of the island. Frank made us feel right at home when we arrived and served as a trusted friend for the whole week. He gave us recommendations on the best places to swim, eat, and sight-see (and how to get there). He even helped us find a mail tube at the Malta Post Office to protect a souvenier poster that we bought. The house itself has three levels and balconies front and back so you can be outside in the shade morning and night. You'll feel like you moved into the neighborhood when you stay at this place.

Our stay in Ghajnsielem

The island of Gozo, and coastal walks are stunning. The good things about the property are its location and convenience to Mgharr harbour. This property is perfect for someone staying for a few days. We stayed for 5 weeks, and the rustic nature of the place started to weigh heavily on us. The place is well equipped, but it is certainly not luxurious. Look elsewhere if you want to stay for more than a few days.

Beyond Amazing

Our stay at this amazing seaview holiday home exceeded all of our expectations! Frank, the owner, was absolutely wonderful!! He picked us up at the ferry, welcomed us with milk,wine, beer, bread and fresh pastizzi. The home is outstanding. It really is. Frank had everything (and then some) that we needed. The location was perfect. Frank was the best host that we have ever had. The view from the terraces was breathtaking. We would recommend staying at Frank's beautiful home to everyone. It was one of the best experiences of our lives.

In the 8 months we have been on the road travelling our way from Australia to Europe, this is the first place we have felt truly at home. Malta and Gozo was a last minute decision to visit enroute to Greece and it was the best decision we have made yet! We absolutely love it here and what has made it even more special, Frank, is your beautiful home and wonderful hospitality. We have stayed in many accommodations around the world and Mediterranea Seaviews is by far the best we have stayed in and your hospitality and kindness has exceeded any other host. You have thought of everything your guest would need to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. The welcome lunch was a beautiful gesture, pickup and drop off from the ferry. Taking your time to sit with us and share your knowledge of Gozo, even the trip to the beach has made our stay all that more memorable. Our only regret is that we did not stay long enough, but it gives us an excuse to come back next year and spend much longer. To us this is the perfect escape and we have come to think of it as our second home. Thank you for everything Frank. You are an absolute star. See you next year!

... Un merveilleux scénario de la vue imprenable sur les îles de Malte, Comino et Cominotto, les eaux turquoises du lagon bleu juste avant et la vallée verdoyante Biljun ainsi les villages nichés de Ghajnsielem, Qala et Nadur.

Emplacement est très pratique - un emplacement à 360° degrés de vue unique sur mer à Gozo et pourtant proche de toutes les commodités ... endroit idéal pour découvrir non pas un mais quatre îles maltaises à pied, en bus, vélos et bateau.

Pas besoin de voiture. De cette façon, vous économisez du temps et de l'argent, mais par dessus tout, de notre environnement commun.
