We're glad to hear you found the location convenient, but we're sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. Regarding the sliding door and the bathtub drain, we contacted our maintenance team and had both issues repaired on the same day you notified us. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention so they could be resolved promptly. We also understand your concerns about insects. Like many condominium buildings in Hawaii, our property undergoes professional pest control every three months. While we do our best to minimize insects, Hawaii's tropical climate means that occasional bugs can unfortunately appear despite regular treatment. As for the sofa, while it is older, it is cleaned and maintained regularly. We will continue to evaluate its condition to ensure it provides a comfortable experience for our guests. We also appreciate your comments regarding the noise and the other maintenance concerns you mentioned. Your feedback is valuable and helps us identify areas where we can continue to improve. Regarding the ants, occasional pests can unfortunately occur in Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment. We do, however, have regular professional pest control service performed approximately once a month, and we will continue to monitor the unit closely. We are aware that some of the furniture has become worn over time, and we are currently working on replacing and updating various pieces of furniture in the unit. As for the check-in process, detailed instructions, including the location of the key, were provided in advance. We understand that you contacted us upon arrival because you had not had a chance to review the instructions before check-in. The key is kept in the designated location described in the instructions, and the check-in process is designed to be straightforward. We are sorry if the instructions were overlooked and this caused any difficulty upon arrival. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the condition and guest experience of the unit.
