Il possède une cour clôturée protégée par un porche avec 2 fauteuils à bascule et une balançoire. C’est une maison et c’est en fait quatre chambres de 1440 pieds carrés, avec un salon et un comptoir en granite, une laveuse et une sécheuse, 2 lits queen size, 1 complet et le 4ème étage, nous avons été transformés en une crèche. sur le toit porte Valley Road… est assez haut pour avoir une belle vue sur les montagnes avec la sensation d'être isolé même si vous êtes si proche de la ville .. c'est une allée partagée. C'est un endroit très paisible pour rester. Il y a un espace de bureau pour ceux qui ont besoin de faire un peu de travail pendant que vous êtes ici .. S'il vous plaît soyez conscient que nous sommes dans le pays et avons un puits, mais nous traitons l'eau. il y a 5 marches au porche. parking couvert pour 2 voitures. route goudronnée jusqu’à notre maison. adresse est sevierville mis nous sommes juste quelques cent pieds de la ligne de forge de pigeon.

Very clean house. All appliances work. Plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen is nice. New washer and dryer is nice. Great location too, only a few minutes to the main road in Pigeon Forge. Goats on the Roof Alpine Coaster is like a mile down the road and it’s fun too! Definitely enjoyed our stay and will look to stay here again next time!

Just like home

My husband and 2 dog kids stayed at Barbara’s place. It is homey and comfortable! Anything you might need is available to you. We appreciated the fenced in front yard for our fur kids. We had comfortable beds, great WiFi, and lots of room. I highly recommend Barbara’s place for your next getaway.

Beautiful property. We plan to stay there from now on. We usually go every year, but next year we are going on a cruise, but we will be back in 2027. The cabin is well stocked with pots , pans, and dishes. We left some mustard and ketchup packets in the cabinet. Lol

This was a great location to be close to everything downtown, but wasn't in the downtown area. We loved the porch and sat their most mornings and every evening. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed!

Outstanding Getaway

My family and I decided to get away for a long awaited get together and this property was just outstanding. The location was near numerous attractions and restaurants. It was VERY clean and pleasant. The property manager was in contact to make sure our questions and needs were met and that we were pleased with the amenities. I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone that would be visiting the Pigeon Forge area!

Barbara’s Place

This was our second year staying here. We are elderly, but the house is well laid out and very homey. It is like being at home away from home. The prices are reasonable and something we can afford! Close to the strip yet away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Got to meet Barbara and she is very nice! Also, we can bring our spoiled dog…Opie! The front yard is fenced so he can be outside. To complete the package, there are rockers and a swing on the screened in front porch. We really enjoyed it!

Barbara’s place is clean, perfect for pets, relaxing and has that at home feel. Our granddaughter loved that she had a room filled with toys. We will definitely be back.

Tennessee Troubles

The space was very well apportioned for our group of five. Our troubles did not start until after we checked out. The host did not communicate with us that there were any problems but rather filed a claim with our travel insurance unbeknownst to us. Fortunately, I took a video of the premises when we vacated to document the excellent condition upon our exit. I sent pictures of the video to the insurance company, which denied the host's claim. I am grateful the claim was denied but the hassle was very troublesome. In addition, the host resells tickets meant to be complimentary passes to Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country for $50.00 each. We purchased these tickets from her but received questions at both venues about the origin of the tickets. One venue even confiscated the tickets but luckily let us in the park. I would recommend documenting your departure.

Absolutely perfect!

Barbara's Place has it all! Lots of space (inside and out), abundant kitchen supplies, computer work area, nice sized bedrooms (and plenty of them) with generous closet space, fenced-in yard for our little dog, AND washer and dryer! There's no need to look any further! Book it and enjoy!

Just like home

We love Barb's place! This is our second time staying here. Already planning to return next Christmas! All the comforts of home, cozy, roomy, and all around wonderful atmosphere. Barb is awesome, and really puts time and effort into assuring her guest are comfortable. A bonus- just a short druve to main strip in Pigeon Forge, very convenient location, but also a private feel.

It was a very nice, clean and peaceful place to stay. Barbara was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The amenities were plentiful. It was a wonderful place to stay. Will stay there again in the future.

We had a great time! The place was neat and clean! We enjoyed the stocked kitchen. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. Barbara’s Place

My husband, adult son, and I enjoyed our stay at Barbara’s place. There was plenty of room for a family bigger than ours. The home was clean and comfortable. The home is pet friendly and was a must for us because I don’t go unless it’s open for them. I had a health issue with one of our dogs, so I mainly stayed at the home, but there’s plenty of dvd’s, Netflix, and streaming available on all four TV’s. It’s peaceful and quiet and close to all attractions. Barbara, the host, is friendly and we enjoyed our time talking together. We plan to return in the future and we would recommend the home to everyone.
