Great location and perfect amount of space for my family of 5.
Sue Keller was wonderful to work with. She was so helpful and gave fantastic recommendations on activities and restaurants. Our family had a great vacation.
This place definitely lives up to the pictures and write. Wonderful sunsets and views. Very well furnished with all your needs. Owners are local were very responsive to any questions we had. We are already planning to return next year.
Nice unit with wrap around balcony. Fun to look out over an estuary and an easy walk to the beach. Owner was easy to communicate with. $100 registration /parking fee needs to be disclosed on the VRBO site.
I can't say enough Great things about this condo!!! The condo itself is Gorgeous with all the personal touches, The view can not be beat, The Location is Perfect!!! I must also add how Truly Genuine the Host was. She was there if I needed her and really wanted My Family and I to have a Great Vacation!! Hoping to go back again really soon!!
Panoramic ocean views. Spacious and clean. Owner thoughtfully supplied every need. Extremely safe and secure with easy parking. Quiet atmosphere. Location close to shopping and dining. Easy Beach access and pool access. I Have already reserved again because I was so satisfied.
Arrived tired but as soon as walked through the door it was fabulous pictures do not do this condo justice fabulous views had everything we needed for our stay saw some beautiful sunsets too the owner Sue was great if you had a problem she was straight onto it and sorted it will highly recommend this condo and in the future would like to return never done anything like this before but would definitely do it again fabulous.
The view from this condo is amazing! Watched the sunsets every night. The beds are extremely comfortable and the owner Sue was wonderful to work with! The only bad thing we saw was there was mold on the air vent in the hallway, more of a south seas issue not an owner issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
Overall the condo was great. You can't beat the view and access to Marco Island and Tiger Tail beaches. Views are stunning looking out to sea and with lots of bird watching looking out over the lagoon. Unit is very comfortable for 4 adults. Owner is very responsive when some issues arose. Inquire about wifi if you don't have unlimited data which we had because wifi in unit was very spotty.
The views from this unit are breathtaking-even better than the photos! We loved the wrap around balcony that over looks Tiger Tail beach and enjoyed our morning coffee there every day. The unit is spacious, well appointed and was very clean! The beach cart came in very handy to bring the beach chairs, umbrella (all included) down to the beach. We also played pickle ball every day-the courts are very convenient to tower 4. This was our second stay in this complex and found Sueâs condo superior. She was very responsive to questions and accommodating. We highly recommend Sue as an owner and this incredible condo!
I would definitely recommend if you are looking to easy access to the pool and an absolutely beautiful beach. Views from every room that are breathtaking. Sliding doors to the balcony in the living room and each of the bedrooms. I echo the comments about the sunsets. I was in Marco with my daughter and 3 of her college girlfriends. It was perfect as we were able to walk to the beach or pool whenever we wanted to so I could do my thing and they could do theirs. They girls ran every morning. We rented bikes, kayaks and had some great dinners at nearby restaurants. Grocery stores very close and easy parking within the complex. This condo comes with plenty of beach towels, chairs, etc. anything you could think of for a beach day. The kitchen is small but is stocked with what you need to cook. The complex is older...so don't be surprised when you don't see high end upgrades in the kitchen, older cabinets and the like but the owners have furnished the condo with nice furniture, nice beds (plenty of bedding)...lots of space so we definitely did not feel like we were on top of one another. Thanks for a great week full of memories!
Les points faibles : Communication et exactitude de lâannonce
Terrible experience
Description is inaccurate. WIFI failed all week. Had to reboot a dozen times a day for five minutes of connectivity. Cable system was out for 3 days. Coffee maker was broken. TVs are old, small, not smart and not wall mounted. Counters are Formica, not granite. The owner lives in Texas, not Marco. There is no system to play music. Refrigerator freezer drawer was blocked by the kitchen windowsill. No Kleenex. No wine opener. Missing typical guest toiletries. One half bottle of shampoo. Not enough soap for both the showers and sinks. No conditioner, no body wash, etc. Worn out elastic meant the fitted sheets wouldnât stay on the mattress. A broken beach chair which I luckily tested before I carried it to the beach. No lid to cover the fry pan. Cutlery and dishes were mismatched with a chipped wine glass, one Tervis tumbler, only six forks, etc. The second bedroom light switch was inaccessible, buried behind the headboard. The owner was responsive but not able to address critical issues. Over 80 text messages/calls in 7 days. Hardly the way to relax on vacation, having to deal with the owner on problems multiple times a day, every single day. Unfortunately, it became a daily frustration and disrupted our ability to relax and enjoy our vacation. The unit is very outdated and in need of a significant update.
Condo was fantastic. First time to Marco Island and nothing disappointed. Great views, great amenities, well supplied, and caring owner. We would definitely stay there again.
Our 2nd time at this property and reserved for next year as well. We love it! Sue is a gem to work with, location great, pool great. You'll meet lots of nice, friendly people everywhere you go.
This apartment was fantastic. The furnishings were great and very comfortable. The wrap around balcony had ample comfortable seating and unbelievable views. The kitchen had everything you could want. There were beach chairs and paraphernalia as well as numerous towels. There wasn't anything lacking. I've already rebooked for next year.
My husband Wade and I have lived on Marco Island since the mid 90's. We have a house five minutes from the condo. For the past 20 years we have been ghost writers of personal memoirs and published 40 plus books for happy clients. Between us we have three daughters, ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Wade is a huge chess enthusiast and has started several chess clubs on the island! I love gardening, reading good books, and meeting with interesting people. I was a freelance newspaper reporter for 15 years. We have a little dog Lucy and two cats. I am a feral cat colony feeder and have fed at the same location for over 20 years. I was born in Red Oak, Iowa and my husband was born in Greenville, Georgia.
Besides the incredible view and lovely condo, most people tell us they feel so much at home while they are staying with us. Because we live so close we are able to interact with renters who would like to meet us, or find out where the locals like to eat. We also like that we can personally make sure everything is working properly and troubleshoot if there is a problem.
Marco Island is really a treasured pearl for most people who have recently discovered its beauty. The island has many species of endangered birds who migrate here to nest and raise their young. The island also has the unique burrowing owls. Owl lovers mark the burrows with rope and a little perch for the cute little owls to sit on. They live in underground burrows and can be found all over the island. They get so used to people looking at them that capturing a picture or two is easy. Many of the island restaurants will send a cab to pick you up and bring you to the restaurant for free. You pay about $6 to take a cab home. Bike rentals are also an option. The island has a movie theater where you can select from three movies and have dinner while watching the movie if you want. One of our new attractions is a miniature golf course. Kids under 5 play for free. It is a very challenging course with award winning landscaping. The Center For the Arts on Winterberry Drive has a new art exhibit every month and is free to the public. Marco also has a museum with the very famous 'Marco Cat' on display from Smithsonian and several rooms depicting the history of Marco Island. Mackle Park is a great venue for walking, spray park for kids and pirate inspired Kids' Cove playground. Goodland fishing village, is located on the east side of the island a few miles away. Great little restaurants and fishing marinas. The "Crabby Lady" is favorite as is "Little Bar". Both are on the river with great food.
