Valdosta Stay for Wild Adventures

The house and property was just as listed, nice and clean in a nice neighborhood. I would stay again at this property when visiting Valdosta.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. We rented the property for a family vacation to Wild Adventures for the weekend.The home owner was very helpful and pleasant. He made sure everything was taken care of and if there was anything needed he was there to help. The property was very clean and well maintained. The listing of the property was exactly how it was listed. There was plenty of room. They also provided cook ware, utensils, bedding, and towels. I would recommend this location not only to family and friends but whom ever may be looking to take a trip to Valdosta for a few days.

Wonderful Experience

This is the 4th year I have arranged this property for long term stays for my employees. The house is in a terrific location and is an amazing value. All communications with the property manager are great. I highly recommend this location for personal or business.

Property was located within blocks of our destination and was conveniently located. Checking in / out procedure was clearly posted and had been conveyed prior to check in. Communication with owner was good with prompt replies. Would stay again if in the area and would highly recommend.

Hotel vs House
House Wins!

I was going back and forth about getting a hotel or using VRBO and remembered staying here last year. Having your own space always beats the alternative when money is close to the same. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to town but away from traffic, house was clean and had everything needed.

Comfortable 10 day stay

This home was all that we needed it to be; comfortable, clean, and well provisioned. It is in a nice neighborhood and was close to Moody AFB. Mr. Johnson was attentive and patient when we set off the fire alarm making pancakes . Check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Surface areas clean
 needs a deep clean!

We choose this property due to the fact we would be close to our children and grandchildren. Our son is stationed at MAFB. I sent some pictures to the owner that need attention regarding his home. All contact surfaces in bathroom and kitchen are clean at first glance. The property is very dated with shag carpet and linoleum floor. That would be fine but 
since we stayed the week we kept noticing more areas that need a deeper cleaning. Dust is everywhere especially behind doors, baseboards, nick knacks, mantel, and elevated areas. Chandelier in kitchen has two broken globes. Walls have paint peeling away in several areas. Towel rack in one bathroom is taped to the wall so it will hold a towel up. Second bathroom has no towel rack but the brackets are still on the wall. Also noted the trash can doesn’t work when pressing on foot petal. The water pressure in both showers is low. The first solar light by front door is broken. An overall deep cleaning is needed. I hope the owner improves the property for the next guests.

Met our needs!

We enjoyed our stay in this home in Valdosta while we were spending time with our children and grandchildren. It was a quiet, safe location with easy access to the main road. The home is a little outdated, but all the necessities are provided and the home is well organized and clean. It was a very comfortable environment and we definitely plan to stay here the next time we are in the area, if it is available.
