Excellent Beach Vaca

We had a wonderful time staying at this property: it was clean and so close to the beach We loved every minute of our stay. Pool was fun and beds were super comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with. We hope to be back next summer!

great family trip

the property was super close to the beach!! the host was very prompt with responses to my questions prior to my trip when we had an issue with our AC he drove 2 hours on july fourth to bring us a working one!!!! nice people in the complex and felt very safe! the grills outside were clean and made up for no oven!! highly recommend!!!

Perfect Stay!

Perfect size for my family of 5! Very clean place, great neighbors in the complex as well. Very close to the beach and the pool was awesome. I didn’t use these, but thought it was cool they had a black stone on premise. Hope to comeback next summer!

Great vacation

Really great place. You can forget all other comments about the beds, the owner changed them and they are very comfortable. The area is very quiet, but not too far from the center, it’s perfect for young family. The beach is two minutes walking from the apartment which is awesome. We loved the place and neighbors are very welcoming.

We enjoyed our over all stay, only thing we didn't like was how uncomfortable the two beds were. The couch was ok but not great. Otherwise it was close to the beach and quiet.

Perfect weekend getaway

Most places in Wildwood make you stay for an entire week. I stumbled upon this listing and only wanted something for 3 days. The place was clean, the owner was easy to communicate with, and we had a great time. We will definitely book this spot again. Thank you very much!

Even better than the pictures

Just like everyone else I was excited about the proximity to the beach, but the place itself was wonderful for the price. I read some complaints about the beds being uncomfortable, but personally I slept like a baby; they're both memory foam. Ravi was very kind and accommodating as well. I am looking forward to the next time I stay already!

Definitely a small place but just for sleeping not bad

Loved the closeness to the beach drive to boardwalk! Everyone very friendly because they own there properties!!! Bed are a bit uncomfortable but to just sleep in not bad! Small Place so only like 2 adults and 2 kids but was clean n Ravi was great!!!

Location and condo were great. Only thing I would suggest is a more comfortable sofa.

The location and condo were great, however, I would suggest a more comfortable sofa. The fold out futon is not ideal for sitting.

great location, not the cleanest though.

The bathroom was not clean and the ceiling looked to have mold all over it above the shower. Room is also advertised with fully made beds, but you have to bring bedding. The host and person on site were very friendly and helpful, the location was great literally less than a block from the beach. Decent cheap spot.

Usually I do not rent to guests below the age of 21. After repeated discussions I spoke to you and your father and gave ckear instructions for your stay. There is a cleaning lady and caretaker on site. There hasn’t been a cleaning issue and never in our talks did you bring it up even while you were staying there. The mold you mention wasn’t anything like that. It was an old dried ceiling tile which we have replaced and I understand you couldn’t tell the difference but I feel this rating is unwarranted. Our checkout time is 11am - since you stayed well past it and didn’t even remove the trash, my cleaning lady reminding you may have offended you. I apologize for the same and hope you realize that these reviews are meant to be honest and clear and even after multiple attempts to contact you, I haven’t heard back. For all readers of the review - I assure you there is no mold, the place is beautifully clean and there is an on site person to provide help and support if you find any issues. This is our personal home. We keep it at high standards. Even pictures don’t do justice - that’s how beautiful this place and location is. We do our best for our guests to have a great experience and I look forward to hosting guests

Very convenient to beach/ great location!

This unit was perfect for me and my family. It’s right on the ground floor so it was perfect for elderly family members you may be traveling with who can’t do stairs. The unit was well maintained, clean and neat. A few things can use some updating but no major renovations. We had a few minor glitches but the owner was always available to help work them out at any time. Friendly and courteous. The neighbors were all very nice and friendly. I would def rent this unit again. It’s in a quiet area with a very short walk to the beach. The pool area as also never crowded and there were always plenty of sun chairs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean your self

The room wasn’t cleaned upon our arrival. We had to bring our own sheets and blankets. Basically we had to bring everything. The worst is if you use anything, you had to replace it so count how many sheets of toilet paper you use.

That’s very odd to hear, Sezer. When I asked how things were you said you so much appreciated being provided new sheets when you forgot to bring your own even as instructions clearly were sent. You never mentioned about cleanliness. This is the first I am hearing that you actually were unhappy with your stay. I am sorry about your experience.

Nice stay

Great location. Owner is great at checking in. We forgot sheets and blankets (our fault- not typical where we are and just forgot) so that was a little difficult after arriving late. Ravi texted the next morning and was so concerned. He said we should have called he would have helped. I thought that was above and beyond! The condo could use some updating. Some simple changes (new curtains) updated bathroom. Ravi is sitting on a great little place that could get even more in rent. Either way- we had a great trip and appreciated Ravis attention and concern!

Close to beach and quiet

The place is as described in terms of location and amenities. Ravi was communicative, responsive and seems like his intentions are good. I liked that he reached out on check-in day to let us know it was ready early. The place needs some TLC. It’s relatively clean, but there is a strong odor that bothered all 3 of us. It could be the air conditioner, and Ravi had someone come right over and change the filter and add a plug-in air freshener which I appreciated. But it didn’t address the problem. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the decor and beds need an upgrade. Also, a minor issue, but the parking spaces are extremely tight for SUVs. I had to climb in through my trunk :) Again, for the price, this is not bad, but with some upgrades and if the owner can address the musty, dank odor, it could be a great place.

Loved it so much

It is a small apartment but omg the location and amenities were amazing. The beach is a 2 minute walk. If you forget anything you can easily go back and get it that’s how close it is to the beach. Then there’s a heated pool as well. Me and my family basically went to the beach most of the day then came back and swam in the pool. The neighbors were so kind and nice and answered any questions we had. The apartment it self was comfortable. Seems like the beds are new and had new decor. It did need a rug for the bathroom and entrance so we bought one. No big deal. Everything was clean. It was a little humid inside but that seems to be an issue with many properties in the area from my experience. Ravi was so nice and polite and was available anytime we had a question. I really hope we can come here every year. That’s how much we loved it. Overall would highly recommend.

Nice location

This place is a half block from a nice beach. Although it is a condo, it has a definite motel vibe. The beds aren't very comfortable and the decor is cheap. It could be cute and comfortable if they invested a bit of time and money.

Thank you for the feedback. Haven’t heard about uncomfortable beds before. Perhaps it’s time to replace the beddings. I will check personally and address it before the next season. I apologize you didn’t have a comfortable setup. I would have loved to hear about this while you were staying and would have addressed it. When the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable to a prior guest we got a brand new one delivered immediately during their stay.
