Bienvenue dans l'une des 4 villas de ce bâtiment de 6 000 pieds carrés, situé à Eureka, MO. Si vous avez besoin d'un endroit pour loger de nombreux invités ou seulement quelques-uns, l'une de ces villas vous accueillera très bien :-) Il y a 3 chambres, 1 avec un lit double et 2 chambres avec lits queen, un combo salon / salle à manger avec une cuisine gally. Dehors sur le patio avant il y a une table avec 5 chaises. Descendez un couloir vers la salle mécanique et vous pouvez utiliser la laveuse et la sécheuse gratuites. Tous vos draps, serviettes et ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis.
Venez séjourner dans une belle villa située à Eureka, MO, une petite banlieue pittoresque de St. Louis County à seulement un pâté de maisons de la I-44 et vous serez de retour pour un deuxième séjour :-)

Lovely

We were in town for a friends wedding. This place was only 12 minutes from the venue. We brought my brother and his fiance to watch our kids with us. This place was very nice with plenty of room for all of us. We played outside and had plenty of privacy. It was a 30 minute drive to the St Louis Zoo which we visited. Overall, great place and very friendly seller.

Could have been better

This property was fairly good. Unfortunately we needed because of dietary restrictions, we cooked almost all meals at the facility. All dishes needed to be rewashed before using (we eventually went to paperplates and plastic utensils). The cook pans were very old as was the cutting board and other items. There was no bath/shower soap or facial tissues. We bought our own. This facility was booked because of needed access and no steps. Interesting though was that two of the beds were raised very high off the floor and were somewhat difficult to get into for anyone handicapped.

Family Reunion

We stayed in two of the properties which were located one above the other. Good location for what we needed and the owner was very helpful. We were not looking for high end so this was priced about right for what we wanted and got.

Would recommend

Excellent, fast communication with the owner. There was a slight hiccup that was responded to well. Even though you aren’t far off the highway it’s surprisingly quiet in a dead end, so not a bunch of traffic going through. The layout of the apartments is nice because the entrances/patios aren’t side by side, they’re staggered in different sides/levels of the building. The large grass area was both pretty and a relaxing place to walk my dog. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. Cozy inside. It’s amazing much sound each room absorbs. Made a difference for us since there were 6 adults. Very close to a nice grocery store. Would definitely stay there again when in the area!!

3 day stay!

The villa we stayed in had a bad mildew odor. Comforters and bed linens did not appear to be clean. The bed my husband and I slept in sagged to the middle. The sheets for beds didn’t match and had stains on them. Red sectional couch had stains on it. Second bed squeaked with every movement. Third bed was very hard and had pet hair on comforter.

The Villa is small but we were aware of that in advance. It was very hot out and the air conditioning worked great. Walking distance to Supersmokers (tasty BBQ) and Spooners (frozen custard). Quick drive to Walmart and gas stations. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Close to Six Flags

The place is a garden unit conveniently located near Six Flags and some popular fast food locations. It has low ceilings in the common area. It’s quiet and the manager was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. A few negatives were that the place had a musty smell. Also, we didn’t have hot water on our first night. We got home late from Six Flags and there was no hot water, resulting in many vigorous but cold showers. This somehow was fixed by the AM. I never called about it because it was 10 o’clock at night. Lastly, I feel the place could’ve been cleaner. Either the sheets in every bedroom we’re not washed or the duvet covers were dirty as every bedroom had bits of grass or crumbs on the sheets when you pull the duvets back. Not having hot water was the main issue, but overall it was an okay stay.

Was perfect for our trip

The house was perfect for our group trip. We had several people traveling with us and everyone fit and we took up most of the building which is big! The furnishings were attractive and it really was a pleasure staying there!

The owner of this property went over and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. She notified us of an issue with the initial property we booked and upgraded us to a bigger place. Great place!

The apartment was great and Donna was very accommodating! We hope to return some day for another visit. I would recommend getting the walls painted as they were a little scuffed up. But other than that it was a great place to stay!

The Space was and location was Perfect

The room in the Villa was wonderful. The separate bedroom and privacy was also enjoyed by our group. We would rent it again. Only down fall was the cleanliness of kitchen and living room, and the old age of Utensils and items in the kitchen to use for preparing a meal.

Comfortable stay in nice area!

Enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located condo. Clean and safe. Great restaurants close by. Grateful for allowing dogs--perfect for showing at Purina. Donna was great! Very helpful and always available. We will be back!

Beautiful, Clean, Pet Friendly, Comfy, felt like home, Everything you need and more! 5 STAR

This is a very luxious private Villa. Located perfectly for anything you might need to run buy that you forgot or go out and eat at fantastic places very close by. We felt like we were at home. Waymore space than you can imagine. Seeing was believeing for us. Very neat and clean with fantastic beds and linens! We wanted for nothing! It is stocked with everything you need. Absolutely pet friendly and a nice area to walk your dogs safely and let them excercise off leash. The outdoor patio's have fabulous grills to cook out on and of a night there are lights everywhere! There is NO noise or heavy traffic at all. We slept like babies! Very quiet area and private. We met Donna in person on our last day and this lady is pure class and ohhh so friendly and kind! She checked on us and asked if we needed anything at all. She was easy to reach when I had a question. The hostess with the mostest! We even got our cleaning deposit back after leaving! Thank you Donna so much for the perfect place to stay while in the area. It was an easy, quick drive to Purina Farms for our Nationals competitions with our dogs. We hope to stay there in the future when we come to the area to compete. We loved this Villa and highly recomend this property! Wolfondly, Cindy from Kansas.

We all had a wonderful time! We were in town for our poodle nationals (PCA). We enjoyed staying in unit C. Very cozy and beautiful! We appreciated Donna’s accommodations to us and our 3 poodles! We highly recommend and definitely would stay again!
