The space
The property has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a King sized bed in the Master, Queen Sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, and Full sized & Twin trundle bed in the kids room.

You will be pleasantly surprised at the little touches in this home. We aim to please our guests by providing as much of the comforts of home including fast high speed WIFI. We try to stock the home so you can leave things behind & save room for all the souvenirs you want to take back home with you. Or if you forgot it, we just may have it here for you.....

*Livingroom*

The kitchen offers a spacious layout featuring ample countertops and an open design with breakfast bar, for extra dining space. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to cook every meal, plates, silverware, glasses, mugs, for 6 people. You will even find special "kids plates and silverware for your young ones.

For coffee enthusiasts, a charming coffee station awaits, complete with both a drip coffee maker & a Keurig and even an electric tea kettle to elevate your morning ritual.

All the kitchen essentials stand ready to bring your culinary visions to life - from the stove/oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, crockpot,
to the refrigerator/freezer, and, of course, the cherished coffee maker for the coffee lovers among you. Once your kitchen creations are perfected, choose to serve them up on the breakfast bar or the inviting dining table.

*Bedrooms*
Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, black out shades, a flat screen smart TV, an alarm clock, charging ports for all of your electronics, a closet with plenty of hangers, extra blankets, and super comfy beds that you melt in, down alternative comforters, with both soft & firm pillows for your extra comfort. All of our bedding & linens were specifically purchased to be hypoallergenic for our guests.

Welcome to the master suite, bedroom number 1, where a stylish king-sized bed invites you into a cocoon of soft linens for a night of dreamy sleep with the down alternative comforter. The room is adorned with our Train style throughout. Don't forget to look under the bed in this room, here you will find slide out drawers for extra storage. But that's not all—this bedroom boasts its own ensuite 1/2 bathroom, with a barn sliding door for some extra privacy when needed.

The 2nd bedroom offers the stylish touch of the famous & historic Route 66 décor in this bedroom, offering a comforting retreat each night with a comfortable queen-sized bed, soft, velvety & luxurious down alternative comforter, both soft & firm pillows, nightstand, closet with hangers, extra blankets and even a small book safe for you to use while you are here.

Enter the 3rd bedroom, where the kids come to sleep and never want to leave. This adorable kids inspired play room offers a comfortable house framed full-sized bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. Accompanied by the many children's books, train set, activity rug, activity desk, ride on train car and a few other toys to keep your little ones busy. Not to mention the flat screen smart TV for them to watch their favorite shows or cartoons on - a perfect spot for indulging in some reading time before drifting off into a restful sleep against the soft linens. Bedside nightlight so the little ones don't feel left in the dark.

*Main Bathroom*
Venture into the main bathroom, another haven with its your lotions and potions. Need to unwind? Opt for a revitalizing shower with all the essentials to wash away the day's stresses. No need to bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash, we got you covered with the in shower dispenser. Need a bath tub for a little one, no problem, we have one in the linen closet for you, just move it into the shower & the pull out shower diverter to give them a bath. How about a child's very own potty chair, it is here too. You will also find lightly scented hand lotion, cotton balls, q-tips, make up remover, black make up remover towels, a blow dryer, curling irons and a first aid kit. There is more too, but you will see, once you arrive.


*Laundry room*
Our laundry area provides easy access to the full sized washer & dryer, ensuring that you won't have to worry about dirty clothes during your stay. Whether you need to wash a few items or do a full load, our laundry facilities are designed to make the process as easy and convenient as possible. With everything you need right at your fingertips, you can focus on enjoying your trip without having to worry about laundry. We have provided a few detergent pods, dryer balls, an iron, a clothes steamer and ironing pads for you to use included in your stay.

*Outdoor Space*
Back yard - Enjoy your time in the fenced in yard. As the aromas of your BBQ delights waft through the air, have a seat at the outdoor dining table with umbrellas to help keep you out of the sun, or settle in and sit around the fire pit and create some memories. Why not roast some marshmallows or make some Smores? We supply the kindling for the firepit, you supply the rest.

Guests have access to the entire house except the garage & storage closet in the laundry room that is locked.
