Kate’s condo was super clean and inviting. There were plenty of bath towels, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The balcony had a beautiful view of the Gulf and had excellent outdoor seating. I had to contact Kate a few times and she wasted no time getting back to me. I have no complaints at all. This was a PERFECT vacationing condo!

Great place to stay. Only complaint was tv connection since I had kids all of the kids channels didn’t work with the satellite service but we didn’t care to watch tv besides in the early mornings or night time before bed, still would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others!

The condo was clean and made us feel like home from the minute we walked in. We watched dolphins from the balcony, collected shells, and crab hunted at night. It is conveniently located to restaurants and even a short walk to ice cream. The kiddos enjoyed the bunkbeds and the pool. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The beach view and access was incredible. Close to lots of activities easy drive to Fort Morgan. Also a short drive to Flora Bama. Looking forward to when we can return.

Excellent location and spectacular view!The bedroom was not great-Mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable; pillows were flat pieces of foam that offered no support and it was stifling! No fans in the room to move air around.I wish there were screens on the sliding glass doors to allow the wonderful sea air in!No fault of the owner but the guests next door were smoking on their balcony and the smoke air wafted onto our balcony. It was annoying!All in all we had a very pleasant visit.

Check in process was super easy. Host very fast to respond when we had questions. Shower was great. Good sized balcony with a great view of the beach. Had everything we needed when we wanted to cook. Easy access to some good places to eat and fun things to do like sailing and dolphin tours. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Overall it’s a nice unit. I think the bathroom, specifically the walls and the tub/shower area need attention. The ceiling over the tub looks like someone tried to scrape the stippling off and didn’t finish. The shower rod was gross looking. The tub drain stopper was rusted and gross. The master bedroom mattress is lumpy. The view was great and access to the beach was easy. The pool area was nasty and needed repair as tiles are broken and lifted up in areas.

Was able to view the beach, eating brkfst and throughout the day. Enjoyed being on the deck overlooking the beach. Nice deck furniture along with condo. Lovely condo with everything needed for our stay. Was our 4th yr at condo. Looking forward to returning.

We enjoyed our first stay in Gulf Shores. Our hosts Kate and Mike were great to work with and quick to make everything perfect. Check in was easy and the location was perfect and very relaxing. The condo was great, very clean well appointed and comfortable. The view and access to the beach was amazing. We saw dolphins swimming every morning when we enjoyed coffee on the balcony. We highly would recommend a stay here.

The condo was as described; it is located within walking distance to restaurants yet far enough from the busiest areas so it is also quiet. The view from the balacony is outstanding. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the view. Dolphins every day.The host was very responsive to a couple questions we had. The whole check in process was smooth. Excellent instructions were sent a couple days before check in.
