The spacious floorplan with 1,700 sq. ft. offers ample room to spread out and unwind with your loved ones. When mealtime comes around, put on the chef's apron and head over to the nicely appointed kitchen and treat your friends to marvelous homecooked meals that you can later enjoy at the dining table for six.
All bedrooms have new memory foam cool gel mattresses. Coastal blues enhance the main suite with a king bed and balcony access with a view. The second bedroom features a king bed while the third bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed.
Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Starting December 4, 2023, on-site construction will occur and involves removing tile from the patios. This work is scheduled to last two weeks and will generate noise that will be audible to guests.
The county is completing an emergency beach erosion control project on the beaches in Pinellas County. The next stage is for Indian Shores beaches, which is scheduled for preparations on December 8, 2023, with work beginning on Monday, December 11, 2023. The project is slated to last until January 31, 2024. Beaches will be closed in the area during this time and will not be accessible to guests.
