Our stay was everything we expected and more. We have everything we need. The condominium was just as listed. Second-floor view was absolutely excellent and one of our favorite parts of the property. The grounds were beautifully maintained and kept pristine throughout our visit, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.A special thank you to Rhonda, who was a wonderful host. She communicated clearly before and during our stay and took the time to check on us to make sure everything was going well. Her attentiveness and hospitality were greatly appreciated. We had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! 10/10

We loved it. We will be back soon.

Great location and awesome stay!Super easy walk to The Back Porch—either along the beach or the road—and the food was amazing! It’s right across from The Track, which was so much fun for the whole family. The condo is right on the beach with a nice view of the pool and hot tub. Everything felt really safe, and the place was super clean. Check-in was a breeze, and communication was easy. We ended up adding an extra night because we just weren’t ready to leave!

Amazing place, amazing people.

The condo is unbelievably clean and well appointed. Ocean front view from a great property that is all well maintained. This is our 2nd year coming to this condo and it is consistently great. The check in process is made extremely easy and accommodating from Miss Ronda. She is a wonderful person with a fantastic family. My family and I couldn’t be happier. All of the folks who stay here seem to come back year after year and are all very friendly. The building has a nice grilling area that lots of folks gather and visit while preparing dinner. We’ve been on many vacations, but none feel as welcoming and relaxing as the Sterling sands property. Thank you for everything!!
