During these times we are being very vigilante about our cleaning. We have hired a someone to properly clean and disinfect. I hope you had a chance to go to the Private Beach we recommended really makes it easy for the Family having the Beach, Restaurant and Water Sport Equipment all there in one stop. The Restaurants that surround the area are very nice. I enjoy the fact that there is now a Whole Foods within walking distance. All the best, The Weber's

Wonderful getaway!

Two families of three stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely well outfitted, the beds were very comfortable, the pellet stove heats the condo quickly, and the jacuzzi in the clubhouse was a really nice touch. We would love to stay here again!

Glad you enjoyed all the amenities. Yes the jacuzzi is awesome after a day on the slopes. I really enjoy the redwood sauna too. The pellet stove is brand new and really easy to use. Awesome location, close to downtown south lake tahoe. Very accommodating to all ages. Extra items to borrow for the beach were great. Felt like home.

Cozy and good location

Loved our stay here! Comfortable beds, convenient location and quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is beautiful- you feel like you’re right in the forest, but not too far from restaurants and shops. The condo was very comfortable and we loved lounging at the pool. We will definitely book this place again!

Thanks for such a nice review and thanks for staying with us. It is very quiet here not to mention the Forest that it backs up to is great. My Wife feels safe for our kids to play endless hours around the complex. Glad you found the beds comfortable and we are doing our very best during these time to clean EVERYTHING and sanitize. Fun condo in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo tucked in the pines. My son loved the 3rd floor loft bedroom. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Glad your son enjoyed the loft. My Kids grew up in that loft. Great place for the kids to get away from the adults and vice versa..hahaha. Now that my kids are older it's all about the WIFI up there. I upgraded the WIFI recently and it's REALLY FAST and can have any number of devices on it. It is tucked away and very quiet. Come back in the winter and take your son sledding! Weber's

Our stay was wonderful. Great location in South Lake Tahoe. Close to the lake and hiking/biking trails. Very quiet and relaxing. The place had everything including well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Thanks for being our Guests it was a pleasure to have you. I jogged to the Lake the other day and it tool me less than 8 minutes, very close. Hope you took advantage of all the Water Sport Rentals they have at the Marina, boats, jet skis kayaks etc. The Power Line Trail that is 500 yards from the Condo is VERY well known and people come from all around to hike/bike it. It is usually very quiet this time of year and there's really not many places that are "vacation rentals" in the small complex. Makes it nice for the Families. Please come again, The Weber's

Great location, minutes from Heavenly-California Lodge and South Lake Tahoe village. Ample space throughout the condo, spacious bedrooms with a well stacked kitchen. Condo is well cared for and the property manager was very responsive.

So glad you enjoyed it please come and visit us again! It truly has been a beautiful summer up there with all the snow are still remaining on the mountains. Hopefully this ski season will be another good one. Yes everything is very centrally located but still off the beaten path enough to really be quiet during the day and especially the evenings. Glad you found the beds comfortable and the loft does supply approximately another 450 sq ft. It’s a great area for kids of all ages to hang out. Awesome property! Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Everything is within a 30min drive and worked perfectly for us. Communication with owner was fantastic. Thanks for allowing us to rent your home😁

Close to ski lifts!

John was a super helpful host - responding to everything we asked about. Place looks just like the photos and well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The pellet stove was fun to start up and kept things warm. Place is very close to California lift/parking lot for skiing. We had a great trip! Thank you!

Thanks for the kind comments and coming from far away I hope my tips were helpful. The pellet stove is pretty new so it does heat the place in a very cozy/friendly/clean environment. I skied today and it was great able to park right away about 600 yards from the place. The last time I walked up with my gear it was about 9 minutes to the parking lot. Skiing home is much quicker. I don't bill it as a "Ski in Ski out" however it's very close to it. Glad all the amenities came in handy. Come see us again! The Weber's

Nice and clean, fairly modern

Right on the corner of ski run, close to shopping, resorts, and beach, all within a short drive. House was well kept and stocked. Just be prepared for A LOT of stairs! Lol They were nice owners, very easy to deal with. I will recommend them to friends who'd like to stay in the future!!

Anniversary

Quiet setting amongst trees and trails. Hot tubs worked and both were clean as well as the pool area. Clubhouse has fun activities to occupy downtime and to get out of the condo. Never used the loft area, but if kids were around it is the perfect space for them!

Great condo

This is a great condo that's clean with lots of space. The owners have lots of little amenities throughout like plenty of hand sanitizer, toiletries, spices and condiments in the kitchen, etc. We love the location on Ski Run Blvd about a two minute drive to the Heavenly parking lot and it's an easy walk to lots of restaurants and down to the lake. Recommend Himmel Haus if you like German food and Yugen if you like Japanese. Easy communication with owners and an all around great place to stay.

The condo comes nicely provisioned, and its location is very convenient. The steps are steep, but come with clever lights. The top floor would make for a wonderful game room for kids. Like several of the reviews, we tried and really liked the Himmel Haus and Yugen Cuisine. Definitely do the latter during their 4 to 5 pm happy hour. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything our family needed in the heart of Tahoe

Comfortable home with everything you could need. This house was more than enough space for our family. Super well equipped with a fridge full of condiments and bathrooms with everything you might have forgotten. Gas grill, laundry, USB charging ports are added benefits. Close to the lake, beaches, and Heavenly Village for bands and happy hour. The house even has a few beach chairs and we added a beach umbrella for future guests. Great 4th of July week and a house that has everything you could need.

What a FANTASTIC review thanks so much. We have a lot of "creature comforts" there for you. In this day in age of kids and their electronics it is important to have: High Speed WiFi, Chargers, NetFlix, Hulu and new Flatscreens. GREAT CONDO for our SKI TRIP!

We loved this place. Very clean, very well stocked - even toilet paper, tissues, laundry stuff, kitchen items, linens... Owners are very very nice and communicate very well and promptly. Regarding skiing, my teenage kids enjoyed walking to the nearby lift, while I drove their boots and skis and met them there. Both the drive and the walk are very easy and quick. Parking was plentiful in the lot, even on a holiday weekend, as long as we got there fairly early (9 am or so). Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

WOW!!! Thanks so much for such a nice and thorough review! Yes we do keep it very stocked. We have travelers from around the globe and the last thing they need to do is go get: paper towels, coffee, tooth brushes etc. I hope you found the popcorn maker too? The walk to Heavenly is refreshing and being so close to the parking lot is a BIG bonus. Last time I walked to Gunbarrel Chairlift it took me 7 minutes with my gear. My Wife is not a skier so many times we come home for lunch and/or drop off the little ones. Please come back and stay with us in the Summer! There is great hiking, biking and walks right outside the doorstep All the best, The Weber's

South Lake Vacation

We stayed for a week and it was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family (kids are 11yrs, 7yrs and 2 years old) . The loft was a fun escape for the kids away from parents. They named it the "kids cave" . The place was comfortable and clean and stalked with all the things we needed. We enjoyed their recommendations of restaurants,hikes and beaches. The owner John was very informative and easy to get in contact with. Great place and we highly recommend it! Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our special vacation! Need to go back during ski season now!

WOW! Thanks so much for such a GREAT review! The "kids cave" is a great place with lots to do: TV, Wifi, games etc. It's makes it very quiet for the adults downstairs too hahaha. It's very convenient to have restaurants and Supermarkets close by too. I don't know if you went to the new Whole Foods but it's brand new and within a mile. They just opened a new Sushi Place (Yugan) that's about 800 yards from the Condo. Yes...please come back and stay and ski....it makes it super easy being 500 yards from the gunbarrel chair. You can come home lunch, drop off kids, walk to and from ski area etc Best, the Weber's

Great Vacation Home in Lake Tahoe

Our recent stay at this vacation home in Lake Tahoe was nothing short of spectacular. The location couldn't have been better—just a stone's throw away from the Heavenly Village. We were also pleasantly surprised by the abundance of fantastic restaurants nearby, definitely check out Base Camp pizza! The house itself was great and came equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and even thoughtful extras like board games, we found ourselves wanting for nothing. It was clear that the hosts had gone above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and seamless stay. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the serene surroundings made it the perfect retreat to unwind and de-stress. Whether we were enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the deck or taking a beautiful afternoon hike. We can't recommend this vacation home enough. It's the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and tranquility, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Lake Tahoe. We’ll definitely be returning!

We will be happy to help you with Activities, Logistics, Dining etc. The Condo has ALL amenities down to Paper goods, all kitchen amenities, Sheets, towels, everything for a great stay. We take all major Credit Cards via PayPal.

This Property is VERY Centrally located. In the winter with proper snowpack, with some effort, you can ski home. You can walk to the lifts, once again it's 500 yards, in the morning. There's WIFI and Flatscreens throughout. Everything is new: Beds, Couches, Towels and linens, carpet, paint, tile, 3 Flatscreens. All amenities are included, Propane BBQ, Kitchen ware, Microwave, K Cup Coffee Maker/Regular Coffee Maker, Toaster, PopCorn Popper and pack and play for children, even stocked with paper goods. There is Wifi, Cable, Netflix, Roku, iPhone Docking Stations. Excellent for kids, lots of SAFE places to sled and play in snow. Backs up to USFS.

There's a Car Port which is RARE for the Condo Complexes. There is a Clubhouse, not many Complexes have them, with a few work out machines, Ping Pong, Pool Table and Sauna. Theres 2 Hot Tubs and a Swimming Pool in the Summer only. You can walk to 2 of the BEST Restaurants in the SLT Area. Very quiet location yet within minutes of Casinos, Lake, Heavenly, Hiking and Restaurants
