My family and I stayed here for the weekend and I canât say enough about it. The house is beautiful and spacious, beautiful view, ease of getting in the boat was great. We love this place and plan on staying more often.
Iâve stayed at several different places in Horseshoe over the years and this was by far the best. Spacious home, great views and the dock stayed wet!
Lovely views! Spacious home. Easy check-in and check-out. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the little neighborhood of Horseshoe Beach. Made friends with some locals, rented a boat from Sea Hag marina in Steinhatchee, scalloped our hearts out and made lasting memories with our 5 youngest (of 7) kids. A vacation for the books! Donât walkâŠ.RUN TO BOOK YOUR STAY!
We have been staying here every year since our babies were born and somehow it keeps getting better each year despite the major challenges this beautiful place has had . We canât wait for next year MP 2026. Thank you Brad for being a great host. See you soon.
One of reason we book the Gulf front house was because of the boat dock, but at low tide there was no water so we couldn't leave or return to the dock. So, we had to use the boat ramp every day for our four days stay. This made it very incontinent for us and wasted a lot of our time. If we know that we would have booked a place cheaper to stay. Other than that, the house was very nice.
Words just can't say how beautiful this place is. Brad was absolutely amazing and made our stay so easy and enjoyable! Nothing in this place disappointed us we can't wait to come back! Thank you for letting us host our beautiful wedding at your home
Our overall stay was amazing. We had 11 people total and had more than enough room to accommodate us!
We planned on scalloping but it seems the recent hurricane has made it more difficult to find them. Luckily the weather was beautiful so we enjoyed boat rides and swimming around sand bars. We were unfamiliar with the area so we did not know about the tides and their effect on the inner canals. Plan your boating trips carefully. Other than that hiccup we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our first full family trip with my husbands family and it was a memorable one. <3
The house was very clean and spacious. Had everything needed to make our stay perfect. Any question I had, Brad answered almost immediately. Plenty of parking. Dumb waiter available and working perfectly. The deck goes around the entire house and thereâs 2 levels. The middle level is large enough for the kids to enjoy. Definitely will be renting again.
Horseshoe beach is an isolated getaway to the Gulf of Mexico. The property is well maintained. A quiet area that allow friends and family to come together for some relaxed boating for the experienced captain. Tides can be a little tricky and need to be referenced before planning your day on the water. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Brad was a wonderful host and excellent communicator.
The views at this home are absolutely amazing! Our family has been coming to Horseshoe Beach for about 15 years and have rented many homes. This house had the most beautiful views. There were a few downsides such as dirt in front of the parking pad that actually required us to use 4wheel drive. The grill was not functional which was an issue as we brought food that needed to be grilled. The bedrooms need work and just felt like it was in need of some minor upkeep that the pictures do not reflect but we had a great time during our week stay. We weâre going to have Check in is at 4pm, no early check in, which seems late.
The fishing was excellent and the property was perfect. Once we got the vehicle parked and the boat in the water we only used the boat. The sunset views were absolutely amazing.
We always enjoy staying at Mullet Point. It was a bit inconvenient this trip since we couldnât park our boat trailer on the property, but we were able to park at the marina for a fee!
Our family has been vacationing in Horseshoe Beach since the early 70's when our Dad discovered Horseshoe with his fishing buddies, accidentally stumbling upon this gem of a fishing spot when looking for a place to refuel their boat . The original red cabin in this location was destroyed in the '92 "Storm of the Century." It was another 10 years before Papa Paul rebuilt on the same site, and this is the house that he built.
Quiet location near the end of a dead-end street. Spectacular sunset views over the Gulf. Steps away from the seawall for easy fishing and crabbing right off your private dock. Private dock allows for docking of two 24' boats.
