This is a lovely vacation property on a beautiful and peaceful lake. The view from the screened porch is so relaxing and the sky show changes all the time. you can actually see stars here. The host are fabulous. They are very professional and experienced and are gracious and friendly.The check-in and out procedures are very clear and well communicated. The listing description is accurate. . The house is well stocked with towels and rafts and kitchen items, including soap and cleaning supplies and paper products. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. If you want a quiet retreat or a great place for family fun, this house works well for either. We thoroughly enjoy coming here and are repeat visitors.

We love this place - this was our second stay! Clean, everything you need, cute decor, fabulous screened room across back of house, beautiful views, just a perfect stay! Our only regret is not being able to spend more time here while we are in Sebring.

We were not able to spend our planned weekend as our 5th Grandchild is due any moment. So we stayed home with bags packed and ready to go at a moments notice.Joan and Lewis were very kind and accommodating, returning a partial refund and inviting us back in the future. We look forward to renting this location again as we have family on the lake and always look forward to going to Lake Francis.

Hi Robert, we are saddened and surprised at your four star rating of our place and our response to your needs, especially since you did not actually stay at the house! We had confirmed your arrival 2 days prior and the house was ready for you and your family. When you did not arrive as expected on the first night, we reached out the next day to check on you. At that time you told us you would not be staying after all. Even though a refund was not required since your reservation had already begun, we returned not only your cleaning fee but an additional amount that in your words was very generous. "Oh my. That is very generous of you both." We work hard to maintain a five star rating and we look forward to having you join us in the future for an actual stay! :) We hope that the arrival of your fifth Grandchild goes well. Fantastic place!

This is a wonderful property with a lovely view and lots of things to do, be it games, boats, or just lounging and relaxing. The hosts were open and wonderful. We have family nearby, so we will return again...

This was our second time staying at this beautiful lake house, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The home is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly accommodating. Our kids especially loved the adorable rock garden—such a thoughtful and charming touch that made them smile every time we passed it. From the peaceful lake views to the cozy, well-appointed interior, everything made us feel right at home. We’re so grateful for another memorable stay and already look forward to coming back!

Lovely lake front home

The home is very nice and the water access was excellent! Our daughter uses a wheelchair, and it was easy to get around the home.

Lake Paradise

This was our third time staying on Lake Francis and we will be returning in the Spring 2024! Needless to say, we LOVE this property. The Host is a beautiful human being. All around just Peaceful.

Everything was on point. From the interior to the exterior. So many small details were thought of in making this an excellent rental. Would highly recommend if you are ever in the area.
