Cette belle et spacieuse maison privée 3 BR / 2 BA est située au nord
rive du lac Francis à Lake Placid, en Floride. Maison au bord du lac entièrement rénovée du sol au plafond avec la fonctionnalité, le confort et le design à l'esprit. Situé sur le magnifique fond de sable du lac Francis avec plage privée et grande cour. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade au lac, y compris des tubes, des flotteurs, des chaises, un parapluie, un jon boat et 2 kayaks avec des pagaies, des cannes à pêche, du volley-ball, des skis et du wakeboard. Apportez votre motomarine et amarrez-vous au quai privé. Ou, enlevez vos chaussures, détendez-vous et profitez de la vie du lac sur le porche de l'écran en regardant le lac. Profitez de la baignade, du canotage, de la pêche et des sports nautiques sur ce magnifique lac d'eau douce de 539 acres au fond de sable dans un cadre champêtre calme. Idéalement
situé à manger, faire du shopping et à seulement 15 minutes de Sebring.
Apportez votre bateau ou votre jet ski et profitez de votre propre quai privé et de votre plage de sable privée, ou détendez-vous et profitez du calme. La salle à manger a une cheminée pour des dîners romantiques surplombant le lac ou profiter de manger à l'extérieur avec des amis sur le grand patio blindé. (Barbecue à gaz fourni)

Belle cuisine récemment rénovée avec nouvelle cuisinière et réfrigérateur donnant sur le lac.
Des chaises longues et inclinables, des parasols, des radeaux et des gilets de sauvetage sont disponibles.
Nous avons un petit bateau "jon" et 2 kayaks que vous pouvez utiliser pour la pêche sur le lac, des pagaies
à condition de! Beaucoup de jeux disponibles pour les activités de jour de pluie.

Another wonderful stay at the lake

This home is well-furnished and well-equipped. The house has everything you could possibly need to cook, to work or watch tv. But the best part is the lake, the yard and the screened in porch. Swimming, paddling, floating or just watching the gorgeous ever-changing sky show this house is perfect for a relaxing, fun vacation.

The property is amazing they have everything you could need. It is beautiful and relaxing.

The property and honor is amazing. The house is everything you need. It is a quite and relaxing lake with amazing views. The home is very comfortable and inviting. There was plenty to do for my 3 children to do ranging from 20 somethings to teenagers. Everything was clean and organized. We definitely plan on staying again.

This was our second stay at this property and we will be returning for a third. Peaceful, safe and beautiful. Everything is well done in my taste. But the best part are the owners. They are so lovely, address any concern, kind and just wonderful. Can’t wait to get back to the Lake.

This home had everything to offer! We took our boat and they had a wakeboard and tubes to pull behind. We enjoyed the corn hole, bon fires, fishing and sunrises. We had a fish fry the last night from all the fish we caught! The house was clean and had everything we needed plus more!

Perfectly relaxing weekend

My daughter and I stayed here for a couple days to have a special weekend just the 2 of us. We loved snuggling on the big comfy couch, cooking and baking in the newly remodeled kitchen and enjoying the kayaks and boat dock. The home was very clean and decorated cute. The big screened in porch was perfect for my morning coffee and reading my book. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals and bake a cake. We loved everything about our stay and I plan to bring my younger daughter here next year for her special weekend away.

Home away from home!

This is our second stay at this property and such a blessing for our family. We all go 100mph and in opposite directions most days. Having adult children makes it hard to rest and be in one spot at the same time. This home does that for us and we have built so many core memories here. I love coming to this property. The home is lovely and the owners are gracious and responsive. The screened in porch is fabulous and the view amazing. The lake is great for swimming and boating and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can be as active or as lazy as you want here. There are kayaks, bikes, and floats. There is a fire circle for campfires and an outdoor grill. If you ever do go inside, the tv and wifi are great and the kitchen has everything you’ll need if you want to prepare meals. I had another relaxing stay here at this special place.

A slice of heaven

The view of the lake from the screened in porch is gorgeous. The water is clean and it is easy to walk in from the sandy beach and bottom to go swimming. A quiet, friendly neighborhood, too. The house is well equipped for relaxing and cooking and the wifi works well. The screened in porch has nice furniture and a big dining table. Very comfortable. Owners are responsive and professional and easy to deal with. A wonderful experience. Perfect getaway for a single, couple or small family. I hope to be a regular visitor.

Repeat and very happy renter

This property is a fabulous lakeside retreat. The recently renovated home is in a safe, quiet, friendly neighborhood and the house is right on clean Lake Francis. Easy access to the water and a nice sandy beach area. The house is lovely with a nice layout and nice furnishings. Entertainment set up and wifi were great. Beach chairs, toys and towels all provided. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including a powerful outdoor gas grill. The lawn is level and wide and there is a nice fire circle. The screened in porch offers fabulous views of the lake, the wildlife and the amazing daily sky show. The owners are responsive and the property was spotlessly clean and obviously well cared for and maintained. The listing is very accurate and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for lake vacation.

My other happy place

The Gilbert’s home on Lake Francis is clean, well-appointed and obviously cared for. I love driving down the hill through the orange grove and seeing the lake. I immediately start to relax and once I get to the house I take off my shoes and simply unwind. The screened-in patio is fabulous and the views of the lake, the sky and the wildlife are captivating. The lake water is clear and there is a sandy bottom. The home has water toys, kayaks and bikes. And great wifi and television. Kitchen well stocked, furniture comfortable and bedding great. It’s a safe, friendly neighborhood. Communication with the owners is excellent and they are very gracious hosts. If you need serenity and space to be you this will be your happy place.

Lake Francis Oasis

My daughter and I had a wonderful vacation at this lovely Lake Placid home. The minute we walked in and saw the view we were captivated. The house is gorgeous, updated, in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you could ever want. From the beautiful decor, comfortable furniture to the amazing huge screened in patio...it was everything we had hoped for and more. The house was well stocked and has so many lovely designer touches including wonderful lighting for just the right ambience. The comfy reclining couch was just icing on the cake. The easy access to the lake and private beach made this home even more of a standout. Everything was effortless and homey and the garage boasts any kind of lake gear you can imagine. My daughter loved the pink flamingo float!! We used the nice bikes every morning to ride around the neighborhood and truly did not want for a thing. We were completely spoiled and felt at home. We cannot wait to return. Joan and Lewis were such wonderful hosts and went above and beyond for us. Lewis even drove a far distance to make sure the freezer was in working order for us (which it was)- he was so warm and hospitable we felt so taken care of. Thank you Joan and Lewis for sharing your special home with us. We had such a relaxing stay and look forward to staying again- Pam and Lexie

We live in Fort Lauderdale, FL and love spending time at our Lake House Get-Away.
We are a fun-loving family with 3 wonderful children. Some of our favorite memories include time at the lake with Family members and Friends.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Well maintained, comfortable and spacious lake front home. All that you need is provided for a wonderful, relaxing get-away. Don't miss spending time at night on the dock star-gazing. The night sky is so clear, the stars are unbelievably bright and visible! A Jon Boat & 2 Kayaks with paddles and life vests are available for your use to "catch your dinner." Friendly small town folks make you feel at home whether dining at the best breakfast diner we've ever found or shopping at Publix. Several good restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Great bike paths are close by and we provide 2 bikes!
Our house is also just 15 minutes from Sebring International Raceway and the town of Sebring. HGTV spotlighted Sebring in a "HomeTown Takeover" show in 2025 with Erin and Ben Napier. The HGTV team updated the wonderful downtown Circle of shops, restaurants and activites. Watch the show or just see it in person!

A quiet street, great for biking and walking. A beautiful lake to enjoy every day. Relax in the screened in porch and watch the world go by including our favorite Sandhill cranes and bald eagles. Light the lakeside fire pit and enjoy an old fashioned evening stargazing and making s'mores, we even have the skewers to roast the marshmallows! Inside, you can also appreciate the ambiance of dining by a fire with a wonderful view of the lake which you can see from just about anywhere in the house! The private dock and beach with lots of beach chairs and floats, corn hole boards and other outdoor games make for a fun stay.
