Fabuleuse maison de vacances, grande piscine commune, 3 chambres (BR1 - Queen, BR2 - lits superposés, BR3 - 1 reine), 1 canapé-lit, 2. 5 salles de bain, pour 10 personnes. A le WiFi. (Animaux acceptés)

Commons à Seashell est un endroit idéal pour louer une unité pour un maximum de 10 personnes ou plusieurs unités pour un maximum de 90 personnes pour des réunions de famille, des retraites et des réunions d'amis. Il y a une grande piscine commune, des hamacs pour se détendre, des tables de pique-nique pour des repas en plein air à l'ombre d'une cabane au centre des unités. Chaque unité dispose d'une douche extérieure à rincer après une journée de jeu dans le sable. C'est une promenade facile ou une balade en voiturette de golf menant à la plage. * Il y a un parking pour 2 voitures par unité. *
Cette unité a 3 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bains. (BR1 - Queen, BR2 - Full Bunks, BR3 - 1 Queen), 1 canapé-lit. Il y a une télévision dans la chambre principale et une grande télévision �� écran plat dans le salon. Les sols sont en ciment au rez-de-chaussée et en pin à l’étage pour faciliter le nettoyage. Les murs sont en pin épais de 10 "pour garder les choses calmes et confortables.

Great Spring Break Gettaway

We had a great stay at the Commons. Easy walking distance to beach and shops. Condos have so much room. Great place to stay. Loved sitting outside in the courtyard every evening. And dog friendly. Had a small problem with drain and they sent someone over no problem.

Everything was clean !!!

This was the second time staying in the same unit . The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the showers other than that everything was good.

Well stocked

The only thing it did not have was a measuring cup. Plenty of pots and pans and kitchen gadgets. Everything was great.

There were 8 of us staying there and there was more than enough room for everyone. We had a wonderful time making family dinners and enjoyed sitting on the porch at night. The pool is right in front of the unit which was super convenient for all the kids. The beach house is in a prime location close to everything. We had no issues during our stay. The unit was super clean and nicely decorated. We will stay here again.

Good for family

Our family of 5 enjoyed it. Good location and about 10 min walk to beach. Unfortunately it rained almost the whole time, but it was nice having the pool steps away for the little breaks in the rain.

Wonderful Port A Get-Away

We enjoyed this property very much. The house was clean, well equipped kitchen, close walk to the beach, very nice salt water pool, comfortable beds. We will rent with this property again in the future.

good stay

very pretty well decorated cortage spacious its has everyt5you need in the kitchen utensils cooking even a dishwasher and restroom equipped with everything too great pool and bbq pit areas mayne clean bbq pits more often or just have more cleananing items for pit also this cottage in particular get rid of living room area rug that one was gross it had pet hair and it looks like a health hazard i prefer clean bare floors close to beach mayne a 10 min drive or 15 blocks approx away. beds and pillows were soso but i found i could manage 2 days like that i would come again also great washer and dryer

Cute place

This place was clean inside, conveniently located, and had everything we needed. Only downside - you have to sit within 5' of the router to use the wi-fi. It was an easy way to keep my kids off their phones. 🙂

Not happy with this rental

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Too crowded. Looked like college dorm set up. Too many people. Not enough privacy. House did not look like it was cleaned properly. Stains and sticky substance on chairs and table. Pool water was cloudy. Ad said gold cart was included then rental office changed it and said it was an extra $150 a day. Lies. False advertising. I’ve rented and stayed in much nicer places than this. Looked like a welfare apartment set up.
