Club est une petite communauté, fermée, avec un port de plaisance privé et
logements disponibles pour cette escapade tropicale tranquille que vous avez toujours imaginé. Ceci est un élégant 4ème étage 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement assez grand pour un groupe de 8, mais toujours élégant, confortable et abordable. Ce condo a un balcon privé et est situé dans la tour Bldg, juste un court tour d'ascenseur loin des courts de tennis et une piscine. Ce condo est entièrement équipé avec toutes vos locations de confort à l'esprit. Internet sans fil disponible. Impuretés protégé est disponible pour les bateaux jusqu'à 36 pieds avec un accès facile à travers l'océan Snake Creek ou Tavernier Creek pour seulement 150 $ par semaine. Pas de frais pour le stockage de la remorque ou de rampe.

Perfect every time!

This is our third year staying on property and we enjoy it just as much every visit. The property is amazing, check in is easy, and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend!

Amazing Customer Service!

There were issues with this Condo, but the Rental Company’s Customer Service is AWESOME! I was surprised to find out that the owners of unit 501 were there before we arrived to leave a main stove burner in non working condition, dead plants and dirt all over the deck and many light bulbs missing or burnt out, but Key Rentals was more than willing to fix these minor issues. I failed to mention that initially we had another condo rented at first but there were water issues. Key Rentals found another condo for us or offered a refund we’ll past the refund time. Again……Customer Service cannot be beat!

Christmas in Islamorada

We loved our stay at Futura and in this unit. We originally booked for a week but didn’t want to go home so we were able to stay an extra day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to have a few meals home. Everything was clean, I’m picky with cleanliness so I wash all the dishes we will use before we start any look at the beds to make sure the sheets are clean. The laundry is shared, which I may have missed in the listing but I wasn’t expecting it. That ended up fine and we didn’t have any issues getting things washed. The balcony has beautiful views and the slider door opens double what I was excited to allow plenty of fresh air to flow. We played tennis regularly, our son fished and we swam in the heated pool almost every day. I loved the relaxing area where this condo is located. It’s definitely not the craziness you are in at Key West. We were there during Christmas, I’m not sure how the traffic is typically but it took probably 30 minutes to get to restaurants that are 10 miles away. I think if you have bikes or a boat, it will eliminate the traffic. There were a few really good restaurants within walking distance. I definitely would go back.

Never a disappointment

We've continued to return to FYC every year. It's always an enjoyable experience. You can't beat the scenery, location, accessibility and overall atmosphere. Great food, fishing, and fun close by.

Great time by all!

The Condo building is very clean and secure. The unit we had was clean, with a nice balcony that we watched the sunrise and sunset from. Plenty of restaurants close by. Also many restaurants that we found by boat. We did rent a boat slip with the condo. There is a boat ramp and parking all inside the property. We can't wait to do it again!!

Great sunset views and location.

Had a great time celebrating my wife's 60th birthday on the Keys. Property has awesome sunset views from the balcony, excellent pool and fishing off a small beach area. Even saw a Tarpon swimming around in the marina. Great place!!1

Six adults day and it was clean functional except for the shower head that was broken in the master bath and the inability to get up on the bunkbed because of no ladder for elderly adults

Not that clean.

We had a real treasure hunt to get our keys and find the correct property. When we arrived there were no top sheets for the bunked beds for my girls. Towels were put away still wet. The kids bathroom shower had hair in it. The bathroom sink was getting clogged because there was no drian stopper in it. Also, coffee cups were obviously dirty and old coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. There are clearly some housekeeping issues. Not okay to have dried blood in the stairway either! Not sure what that was! This is a great location and could be a nice place to stay if it were cleaned properly.

Perfect location for families

We absolutely loved this property. The grounds are well maintained and everything is very family friendly. Nice and quiet, not party central. We were extremely impressed with the marina, boat ramp and ample trailer parking. The unit was a bit dated but extremely comfortable with plenty of seating. We will definitely stay again!
