Spacieux condo de 3 chambres avec des meubles exquis.

Clubhouse Cabana est un condo au deuxième étage élégant situé dans une unité de coin juste à côté du club-house Vista Cay et la piscine de cristal bleu.

Le balcon walk-out a des chaises pour se détendre et le mobilier à la mode dans le salon spacieux vous donner un endroit pour se détendre et regarder la télévision ou un film.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size avec sa propre salle de bain. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et la troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux, et les deux chambres ont leur propre téléviseur. Un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon permet de plus aux clients de rester.

Ne pas oublier la cuisine entièrement équipée, parfait pour faire une collation rapide ou dîner ensemble pour un repas.

La propriété est juste à côté de l'Orange County Convention Center et International Drive, et à moins de 15 minutes de tous les grands parcs à thème, y compris SeaWorld, Universal Studios et Walt Disney World.

Perfect location & accommodations

We came for the NAFEM conference and we have stayed at Vista Cay before. Great location and the accommodations are perfect for any group -- love the property/pool and views (we could see the fireworks in the evening).

This was the perfect place for our dance moms trip to see our girls compete. Close to everything. Great pool! Plenty of space. Condo was clean. The only thing i would recommend is a small table on the balcony...it is a perfect place for morning coffee and a couple more coffee cups.

Wonderful place! Clean! Only complaint was the last day they were doing some kind of work in another unit I suppose and we woke up to hammers and drilling all day long!! It was excessive. Thankfully stopped at bedtime. No complaints about our unit.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The property was spotless and very well maintained—everything felt fresh, clean, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.The host, Casiola Vacation Homes, was superb—responsive, professional, and made the entire process seamless from booking to check-out. It’s always reassuring to know you’re in good hands, and they truly delivered excellent service.The location was perfect—set within a gated community, which made us feel very safe and added to the overall peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It was also conveniently close to everything we needed.Comfort-wise, the home had everything we could ask for. The space was cozy, well-appointed, and made it easy to unwind and feel at home.Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

Overall a great place. Clean and located next to everything! I will go back! That says it all. The family room needs a bigger TV and the balcony had two folding chairs, no patio furniture. That is the only negatives I have.

The gate community was nice as to not have anyone that does not belong roaming the parking lot. The furnishings were good but did notify them of a couple of dining chairs that were loose. They were going to remove move them after we leave for repair/replacement. Upon arrival they had a nice package of Oreos for a snack while we settled in. Nice touch! I would use this location again and use Casiola Vacation Homes again.

They were college side beds and very narrow. The sheets were pulled and uncomfortable. The adults bed were nice though. The pull out sofa didn’t have any sheets available so that was disappointing. The kitchen has everything you could need and the bathrooms were spacious. I’d check the plumbing in the Jack and Jill bathroom as it squeals as you run the hot water. Despite these few details I consider the space very satisfying and would stay here again (in the big rooms though).

Reviewer Comments: many burned lights (at the entrance, at the dining table, ...) and one of the bathroom lights were blinking; dust and hair everywhere; the sheets and blankets on the bed were dirty and smelly from the last guests; the balcony had leafs everywhere; overall, I found the price to expensive for what I received, had better experiences before. I ́ve been booking with you guys for five years and this was the worst of them all.

Non-Functioning WiFi and Bed Bugs

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The WiFi was not working on the first day, and the shared bathroom shower handle was slightly broken. We emailed the property advising on both issues on the first night of our 10-night stay. Whilst the bathroom was rectified the next day - I emailed repeatedly to the property on the WiFi. After a few emails - we were connected to another room's WiFi connection and advised the tech company would be there to fix. The WiFi was fixed on 6th day of our visit; only to realize that we needed to be present to allow the tech access to the room. This was never advised by the property. The sofa in the living room also had mites because everyone who sat on the sofa felt little bites through our clothing. Furthermore - on the 1st or 2nd night - we noticed in one room there was a bed bug. Whilst we did not complain on same immediately - on the 5th night we found multiple - advised the property about same that night; even shared pictures and the best response was either we stay in the room or check out and obtain a refund for the 4 remaining nights. We even asked for them to clean the room or shift us and they advised they could do neither because they needed to sanitize the room before they send anyone in. We were visitors from outside the US - and the customer service provided by the property on the bed bugs was poor. No effort to aid with the bed bugs - they were solely concerned about themselves. This marred half our stay and our previous great experience with this property. I even went away with an allergic reaction to the bed bug bites. I will not recommend this property to family and friends due to my bad experience.
