Belle maison à Margate est confortable, offre toutes les commodités - climatisation centrale, buanderie, salle à manger, cuisine complète, terrasse de bout en bout à l'arrière avec barbecue, allée pour 4 voitures, véranda pour se détendre, entièrement meublé et le meilleur: cette maison est BEAUCOUP plus grand qu'il n'y paraît de l'extérieur car il contient 3 chambres en bas et dans un loft spacieux entièrement fini, avec 2 chambres supplémentaires de taille standard, totalisant 5 chambres! 2 salles de bain complètes. A le wifi et le câble de base. Nous sommes fiers de notre maison de vacances et savons que vous allez adorer séjourner ici. Margate est une belle ville balnéaire et cette maison est bien située en ville.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This was our fourth straight year for vacation at Mike and Michelle's beautiful home. It has everything needed for a great time with shopping, restaurants and attractions nearby. We enjoyed our days at the beach as well as our quiet evenings in a lovely neighborhood, and hope to return again next year.

Magical Margate House

My family fell in love with this house the moment we stepped inside: modern, open, comfortable, beautifully decorated. It is located on a quiet street, close to everything you need. The host was eager for us to enjoy his home as much as his own family does, and he was always instantly responsive when I reached out with questions. We lucked out with this booking.

Peaceful stay in Margate

The property was very comfortable. We really felt at home in this well-maintained house. Everyone in our group had space to play games, read peacefully, enjoy dinner together, etc. It was the ideal place for a family vacation. Everything we needed was on hand.

Summer 2024

This was our fifth straight year at Mike and Michelle's wonderful vacation home. We are happy to trade off the nearness to the beach for the quiet of a quaint neighborhood five or six blocks away. Everything was in good supply, including plenty of beach furniture and towels, bicycles and a back porch grill. As always, we enjoyed the comforts of this home and the living areas which were completely remodeled just a few years ago.

Updated house

House was so much bigger than we expected! Newly renovated downstairs was a huge plus. Large kitchen and large living room/ couch. 3 nicely sized bedrooms downstairs. Loft type 2 bedrooms upstairs for the kiddos were a plus. Nice neighborhood. Easy drive to the beach. We used the grill on the deck patio. There were amply beach towels as well as chairs and umbrellas etc in the shed for our convenience. Directions were easy to understand and host was prompt in answering questions. Great stay hope to do it again next year !

Wonderful Vacation Home

This was our third year to stay at Mike and Michelle's beautiful home and, as always, we were not disappointed. The home provides clean and comfortable lodging with modern conveniences. Although walking distance to the beach is a bit too far for us, the benefits of a quiet neighborhood more than offsets this disadvantage. The home has everything you would expect for a great beach vacation. We will look forward to our next stay.

Great Getaway and Location

My family and I stayed at this property for a week in August. The house met all of our expectations and more. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The house had all we needed for bedding, towels, kitchenware, etc. We would be happy to stay here again. The location was a bit of a walk to the beach, but it was easy to drive and there was always parking. I liked that it was farther from the beach because it was quiet and there was not a lot of traffic. This was our second stay at this house and I hope to schedule a third next summer!

Another Great Vacation

We loved our stay last year, but this year was even better as we got to enjoy several upgrades including new appliances, additional living room furniture and a storage shed for bicycles and beach furniture. Mike and Michelle's home was again well stocked with all basics for comfortable daily living. The quiet neighborhood was an evening blessing for all of us after our busy days at the beach. The five or six blocks from the beach are too far to walk, but evenings without noise were a far better tradeoff for us. We look forward to future stays at this wonderful vacation home.

Great Beach Getaway for a family

The description of the house was very accurate. The downstairs was updated and very clean. We had plenty of space to stretch out. Some added benefits including use of bikes, beach chairs, towels, and coolers for the beach. We will definitely return for a future vacation. Mike was very easy to deal with and had excellent communication with us before, during, and after our stay.

Terrific Family Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed Mike and Michele's beautifully remodeled home. The home has a clean, modern look with an essentially brand-new first floor. It was well stocked with household staples, beach furniture, bicycles and a wonderful big-screen TV. The second floor easily accommodated three adults and a small child in addition to three first floor bedrooms. The grill on the back deck was great for us, as we enjoyed most of our meals at home. Some may find the five long blocks from the beach inconvenient, but this was more than offset for us by the peace and quiet of a quaint neighborhood. Weekend beach parking can be challenging, but it was no issue during the week. Overall, this vacation was perfect for our family situation (age range 75 to 3) and we hope to return next year.

Vacation Bliss

This was a lovely, spacious property in Margate. The 15 minute walk was a little too much for our 4 and 5 year olds but parking near the beach was never a problem. There is a very nice deck in the back, two bicycles to use, a beach umbrella and beach chairs too. We had a great time! Linda and Family

The house was as pictured and described, the owner was accessible to answer any questions by text or email. We received very thorough instructions upon check-in and check-out. We were 7 women who do a yearly reunion in different places and this was perfect for us. There was sufficient parking and the house was fully stocked for our needs..

Gorgeous home

Overall my family and I were stunned at the beauty of this house. We rented it for a week and it wasn’t anything short of what was advertised. From bikes to towels to bed sheets and beach tags the owners really provide you with everything you’ll need for your getaway. Very close to the beach and the boardwalk is just minutes away by car. The neighborhood is lovely and calm. I’m pleased to say I’ll be renting this home again next summer!

Amazing!

We are from NJ but moved to Ohio about 12 years ago. We would visit Margate every summer for 2 weeks until Sandy came and ruined the house we stayed in. We were so excited to be able to come back and this house is perfect just enough space for the kids upstairs and adults down stairs. We never felt there wasn't enough room. The beaches were clean and having badges provided was very convenient. We would highly recommend this house and Margate for a great vacation! John & Michelle

My wife, children and I have visited this home for more than 2 decades as its convenience to the beach, Atlantic City and Ocean City makes ideal for family and friends. We are professionally educated and employed and bought this home from family. We someday plan to retire here! We have 2 beautiful children of our own and love our visits to Margate.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is a secret suprise. It looks so small from the outside, but walk in and be surprised by the spaciousness ideal for entertaining. New driveway goes length of property for 4 cars to fit comfortably. Newly installed central air. The loft upstairs is ideal for children. It has 2 full sized bedrooms, end to end, with beds situated in each of the rooms. Central air cools this area too, though its better at night.

Want a Margate quality vacation at a fair price? Our house is 15 minute flat-walk to the beach, or 2 minute drive, so come enjoy the beach, a residential and quiet community and a deceivingly spacious house on your vacation. Beautifully finished wood floors through living room, dining room areas. This house is the one you might want to retire in, but we are the ones eventually retiring here!
