Nous vous invitons à Unit # 612 avec son cadre magnifique en bord de mer. Capable d'accueillir votre famille avec un lit king-size de luxe dans la chambre principale et un matelas confortable dans le nouveau canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon. Tous les nouveaux meubles en 2017 dans notre salon et salle à manger confortable avec 48 "TV à écran plat, lecteur DVD et WIFI. Profitez également d'une télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD et grand walk-in dans la chambre principale spacieuse. Idéalement situé à côté d'une laverie et d'un ascenseur, vous serez à quelques pas de la magnifique plage. service de chaise libre à la plage pendant la haute saison. Détendez-vous et profitez du son des vagues et de la vue sur la plage de la côte d'Émeraude depuis votre balcon privé au 6ème étage ou promenez-vous sur le sable blanc et doux, regardez les dauphins nager à proximité et profitez du soleil sur la plage ou au bord de la piscine. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in room 612. It’s right in the center next to the elevators and stairs with excellent gulf views! Our room was clean and well stocked. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful! The only issue we had was that we lost a beach chair and towel. I had called the front desk to let them know our chair and towel were still at our beach set up and we might not make it back until dark (we had left them there when it started raining and planned to go back later that day when the rain stopped but it never really stopped raining.) The lady said it was no problem and she’d have a beach attendant bring them to front desk. They were never taken to the front desk and the beach attendant said he never heard anything about getting them. Not a huge deal but it was a little frustrating. We did enjoy our stay and would definitely return.

We will continue to stay here when we come to destin every summer. Unit 612 is beautiful. Amazing views and the condo has everything you need for a family to stay. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook a meal. We love Destin so much and will be back in June 2021! Thanks so much!!

We loved the staff, the free movies and the condo. Pretty short walk to the beach and they were making improvements. Only concern was beach erosion znd view from balcony is a wall looking out from living romm. Because its a corner unit in crease of building you feel like you are on balcony with your neighbors . This cannot be changed and I ferl as if pricing reflects this issue.

If you wanted to wash, you had to go to the laundry room. I liked the location, but wouldn't recommend to others for this reason. Nice view, but room is very outdated

somewhat misleading pictures

Reviewer Comments: I realize now why this property was still available as it is in the inside join of the two sides.. In other words, all the breeze is trapped and the view is limited. IN fact, most of the view is of the tennis court that is directly in front of the window.. The unit needed some extra cleaning, as in the popcorn ceiling trapped the dirt of years above the ceiling fans.. Otherwise, it was on Destin's beach and that was why we rented this unit.. I had a misunderstanding with the VRBO site, which I explained to the office and they did not clear it up.. Do not buy the CSA for 69$ on the VRBO contract, because the property does not recognize it.. They offer their own CSA for 25$ .. They kept my 500$ damage deposit for over a month..when in truth, they should have not demanded it at all. I did get it back though. I would not omit this altogether as a choice but go directly to Holiday Surf and Racquet to rent a unit.. You will save the 115$ or so service fee also..

Very Nice Play to Stay

Having the beach chairs included in your stay is also great plus. The only negative is that the balcony is not very private. You can see everyone beside and in front of you from the balcony and we felt like they could also see in our room. Other than that we enjoyed our time there. Management was great and friendly and it was quiet place throughout the night.
