À propos de cet hébergement

Située sur la Scenic Highway 98 dans la belle communauté de Crystal Beach, juste en face du sable blanc et des eaux émeraude du golfe du Mexique, cette communauté balnéaire est une merveilleuse retraite.
Doit être âgé de 25 ans à louer.

Photos du nouveau canapé bientôt. Notre copropriété récemment rénovée est au premier étage avec une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe. Depuis le patio, vous pourrez admirer la magnifique eau émeraude. La piscine, le bain à remous et le barbecue sont à quelques pas. L'accès à la plage est juste de l'autre côté de la rue.

La grande chambre principale, avec lit queen, a une entrée séparée dans la salle de bain spacieuse, qui a une baignoire jacuzzi. La cuisine est lumineuse, spacieuse et entièrement équipée. Des lits superposés sont intégrés dans le hall et un canapé-lit est inclus pour accueillir des personnes supplémentaires. Également inclus dans l'unité pour votre commodité est une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Cet hiver, une nouvelle cuisine a été installée avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, de nouvelles armoires et de nombreux autres articles.

Very nice!

The property was nice especially for the price. Could definitely use some updating. If I had to say anything negative it would probably be the lack of beach towels when we showed up, paper towels toilet paper etc. But overall the location can't be beat.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great! The public beach access is across the street. Very close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay there again!

We had an absolute AMAZING TIME! less than 5 min walk to the beach, and there is litterally stores within walking distance. I highly recommend to everyone!! We will be bk :)

Birthday trip

This is a cozy little condo with all the necessities. Close to everything including a nice restaurant next door. Only 5 minute walk and you're on the beach. Perfect for a couple with kids or 2-3 adults. This is our 2nd trip here and we plan to do it again.

Get what you pay for

Great price and location. If you're staying more than one night, be prepared to bring trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and beach towels. I suggest checking the bed sheets as the check out instructions are very adamant that you DO NOT strip the beds. However, the other cleaning instructions have you doing everything except mopping and vacuuming the floors. As a frequent traveler, this is the first time I have encountered this.

Great Location

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was perfect for a family of four. The bunk beds are really good size. They were bigger than other condos we stayed at. The Master Bedroom bed was really comofortable. Staying on the first floor was nice for an easy walk to the beach. The beach entrance is right across the street and has a ramp. This was key because we bring a wagon to get all of our beach gear down to the beach. You really can't beat the location of this condo right next to the Cafe and a great restaurant at night. I will note that the wifi password on the fridge was wrong but the password can be found on the bottom of the modem behind the TV. The internet was really fast which was nice.

Amazing location!

The condo is really beautiful, you Can feel like home! Just make sure when you are going to the public beach take the left entry (from the property) because the right entry is really tiny, that part to the gulf have a lot of private beaches. No complaints with this property! Definitely I’ll come back!

No spare key

We made the mistake and left through the back door with the front door bolted. Take our mistake and just be sure you don’t do the same. Susan was less than friendly and let us know that we had to call a locksmith - $250, it cost us! Then we wake up to a huge roach on the floor. I know this is just one experience and hopefully it won’t happen to any of you but just beware. Everything else was fine.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE…Stay away from this place

Property manager is horrible at replying to your calls or messages. Where should I start, we’ll, she gives the wifi login but no wifi name so it was impossible to find it as there were so many in the area. I sent her a message but never got a reply. Next, she states not to lock the dead bolt on the front door if you leave as you will lock yourself out but she also states on the website the password to unlock the back up keys in case you do lock yourself out but wait….THESE KEYS DON’T OPEN ANY OF THE DOORS. I called her and she was upset for me actually call her to inquire about this and was very rude and told me that I needed to pay a locksmith to open the door. So I was lock your of the condo for hours and landlord (Susan) didn’t care. The locksmith showed up and she and her husband also happened to be property owners and I explained the situation and they completely agreed with me and stated that backup keys are to get access to the condo in case this happens. I contacted Susan and she stated that she did not care about my money and that she was not reimbursing me for the cost of getting a locksmith….I talk to a family staying a condo down the street and asked if they were provided with extra keys and they went and Chevy and found out that they were and the keys ACTUALLY open all the doors. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF a headache and book somewhere else.

Had a great time! Location was awesome! Right across the street is the beach! Can see it from back patio and can walk to it in just a couple of Minutes! The pool was clean and nice along with jacuzzi. Susan was wonderful at responding to any questions I had. We had a wonderful time and are already talking about going back this year during summer months! The condo was very clean. Loved we could walk right out and didn’t have to stay within balcony rails- was great with the kids so they could play in the grassy area off of patio. Definitely recommend this condo!

Very Nice Property

I stayed for a month and enjoyed eating my meals on the deck. Very convenient location and it was a comfortable unit with better than average appliances, very good mattress and pillows. The owner was super helpful and I would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

Wonderful trip with the girls!!

Susan’s property is everything that is shown in her listing and more! I couldn’t have asked for a better unit. I have stayed in the Crystal Beach location multiple times and absolutely love the area. We did have one hiccup on Sunday with the air conditioner that was resolved very quickly. I will most definitely keep this property on my list of places to stay again!

Wonderful rental

It was more than we expected. The condo was beautifully decorated, kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils, beds were very comfortable, and the location was very close to everything Destin had to offer. The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had as well. Over all this was one of the best vacations we have had, we will definitely be back!

Beach is across the street! Great location and clean. Don't bring a trailer - not allowed by HOA. Recommend the HOA rules be added to the VRBO listing.

Carribbean Dunes is in a very unique area of Destin. It is a block from the park and only a few steps to the beach. Direct gulf views. Quiet area. Walk to shopping, restaurants and groceries.
