Nous vous invitons à profiter d'un séjour de détente dans l'unité 314, récemment redécorée fraîche et attrayante. Cette unité peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes et comprend un lit king-size luxueux dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. La cuisine complète est belle et bien équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La table à manger peut accueillir six personnes. Le salon et les chambres disposent de grands téléviseurs haute définition à écran plat et de lecteurs de DVD. Vous aurez une vue fantastique du balcon en plein air. De plus, l'emplacement est idéalement situé près de l'ascenseur. Il est facile d'accéder aux belles plages, à la piscine étincelante et à d'autres commodités. N'oubliez pas de profiter des excursions gratuites Xplorie pour améliorer vos vacances. Cette unité peut accueillir des invités à long terme de novembre à février.

Love LOVE Holiday Surf and Racquet club!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was ok. Definitely nothing special and to be honest we were a little disappointed. Pictures can be deceiving. A lot smaller than it looks and also a lot of little things not deal breakers but definitely needs updated. Lots of chipping paint and patchwork on ceilings. Especially above tub. Stained couch we did not use the pull out but it looked pretty worn. Tub tile needed to be caulked or re grouting. Drain looked like it also needed replaced. Bathroom could have been cleaned alot better. Ice machine in fridge didn’t work. Nothing that was absolutely horrible but definitely would have thought for the price it would have been more well maintained. It was a decent location. Games and pool were nice.

Relaxing get away with the fam

Reviewer Comments: My family and myself have never visited this part of Florida and we found it to be very beautiful with the white and the crystal clear water. The rental unit (314) was clean, spacious and accommodating. The property is well maintained and offer some nice amenities. The reservation process was easy and convenient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great family vacation!

Overall we had a wonderful stay! Room was clean & had most of what we needed! Only bad thing was the master bedroom bed really needs a new mattress. It was really uncomfortable and I woke up several times throughout the night with my back hurting. That was my only bad experience of my stay!

A little disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great. The staff was extremely helpful. Everything was extremely clean. However, There were a few issues that made our stay a little disappointing. The icemaker did not work. There were no instructions for the TV and it took us at least two days to figure out why we kept losing a picture on the television. And the beach service, while free, was quite a hassle because you had to go down every morning and reserve it with a towel instead of getting your reservation for the week of your stay.

Summer vacation

I was skeptical about the property when booking but it was very clean. The pool was the clean and had someone working on it the entire day to keep it clean. The room was clean and just as described. The family really enjoyed having access to the amenities that was offered on the property and took advantage of them daily.

Great stay

The condo was great. We had all we needed. Clean. The only thing I would say negative is the outside table on the balcony was metal and rusted and in some places chunky. I was a little worried about my kids cutting them on it. We turned the table around so that part of the table was against the wall and did not use that side. Other than that, the views were amazing. steps from the beach. Very clean

Great location, reasonable price, and minor issues overall

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed that the AC was out most of our trip and even when mgmt said it was repaired, we were still pretty hot, especially at night. It stayed about 78 degrees, which is hot. The ice maker never worked for us even after we reported it and they were supposed to repair it. They never showed up. The master bed mattress is awful! We were sore every day and would wake up almost falling off the bed because of the way the mattress slanted down. The price wasn’t extravagant, but even at the rate we paid, the air should work, repairs that were promised should be made, and the mattress really does need to be replaced. Everything else was nice. The location was great, the pool was nice, and overall the condo was ok. We would rent again if at the very least, the mattress was replaced.

Jessica in particularly went overboard in securing a mattress topper for our bed as the mattress is pretty well worn out. Your facilities are very clean and we especially liked the new washers and dryers.The maintenace staff also do a very good job.

A Nice Place

The facilities was clean and family friendly. 314 had the space needed to accommodate everyone. We enjoy the beach and pool. Everything was nearby from restaurants, fun parks and shopping. The kids had an awesome time and didn’t want to leave.

Perfect!

This was our first visit to Destin and we chose the perfect place to stay. It was close to great dining but the beach was quiet and relaxing. If you’re up for a 20 minute walk down the beach you can have a great lunch and drink @ Rick’s as well! Kids loved it, we loved it, very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th year staying at HSRC and we were very pleased. Our unit 314 (we have had 5 out of 6 years and again for 2024)was as expected. We bring our things in and feel right at home. This year the front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful If there was a problem it was taken care of very quickly. The maintenance people --all excellent. We look forward to our return next year.

Not kid friendly

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the facility and our room was clean and kept up. The gym was supposed to open at 6am every day and somedays they didnt open until 730. twice the police were called to shut doen the pool hours early because kids were chanting belly flop by the pool. Kids will be kids and all someone had to do was walk out and say hey can yall keep it down. the lady at the front desk walked by twice and never said a word and then the police show up to close the pool down. The cops were laughing that this is why they were called. If you have a pool closing time of 10 then people should expect to hear people until then. Staff needs to learn how to address a situation head on and it would have been handled in minutes.

2022 Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Unit 314 4 out of 5 years and re very satisfied with the unit and feel comfortable and at home in the unit. The only thing I could say is that the sofa and chair are very hard for an older person to get out of. We love the location of the unit as it is close to the elevators, stairs and has a nice view of the pool, tennis courts and gulf. We have signed up for 2023 for another 6 weeks of fun in the sun and hope to be able to rent this unit for many more years to come.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year out of 5 in his unit. We feel comfortable in the unit however the couch and chair are hard for an older person to get out of. The bed is comfortable which makes for a good night's sleep. The location of the unit is close to the stairs and elevator which is handy when bringing in groceries. The location of HSRC is off the main highway, so there is very little noise. We always enjoy our stay and are coming back next year to the same unit.

Worse place ever

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Do not stay here. It is not convey to anything and you either need a rental car or Uber to any attractions. They only supply one roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of TP after that you must purchase your own. One night we had a man enter our condo during the night and the only explanation given was the door key codes are computer generated and there must have a mess up. This could have been a horrible thing as I have my conceal and carry license but did nothing bring my gun with me. They only supply you with limited linens and can only be switched on tuesdays and fridays

GREAT STAY!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The front desk staff was the rudest people I’ve met in a customer service setting. The organization is not great. The owner of the condo we stayed in was the sweetest you’d meet; however the staff at the facility was another story. We spoke to MULTIPLE other families that were staying there and they had the same issue with front desk being very rude and not friendly. We won’t be staying here again simply because the staff was awful.

We stayed during Covid 19 and the staff worked so hard to keep everything sanitized for us, especially the elevator area. Everyone was so friendly. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is the only place in Destin we will stay. We hope to stay in 314 again next year.
