The flat has beautiful views and is situated in an ideal spot in Malvern-close to the hills and close the shops. Lucy communicated clearly and even let us stay a few extra hours b/c of an evening flight from Birmingham.
The location was perfect for access to all the sights in the old city - the priory, water cure, beacon, and had the most beautiful views over the countryside. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with huge windows to enjoy the fresh air.
We had the best holiday in Malvern, and finding this rental property was the start of it all. The flat is perfectly located for walking the hills, strolling through the village or connecting by rail, as we did, to the many charming towns and cities near by. Waitrose is just a few steps away and a fabulous bakery is just across the corner. The flat is very clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay, short or long. The views from the front and the back are so picturesque. The owners are kind and very responsive. I am happy to give this property my highest recommendation.
Stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Text communication with Lucy was promptly answered and helpful. Managed to park nearby in the handful of spaces on St. Anns road. Apartment is high enough to give lovely views of the Malvern hills from the living room. Apartment had all the facilities and utensils that we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
This flat was wonderful. The entry and stairwell to the flat is not the greatest, but once in the flat it is wonderful. Got to see some amazing sunrises and the views from the East side of the flat look over the valley. The Faun Cafe next door is great. Everything worked in the flat, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. It is not the most modern place, but it was very relaxing. Lucy was great and very responsive to questions. The trails to Beacon Hill were right up the road next to the building and there are plenty of places to get something to eat right outside the door. Parking is a bit of problem, but we found a lot not too far away that for 12 pounds you can park for a week. We basically left the car there for the weekend and walked everywhere. We all agreed we would stay here again.
The flat is perfectly located, the road to the hills is less than a minutes walk away. Itâs also right in the centre of town and right next to Mavernâs best cafes and restaurants (definitely check out Faun which is pretty much next door). The flat itself is spacious, light, and with the most comfortable double bed Iâve ever slept in. Communication with Lucy was excellent, and instructions to find the flat were very clear. I would definitely stay here again.
The property is in a great location and the views from the apartment are really good. There is plenty of room and the double bed is very comfy. We knew that there were a lot of stairs and that parking took a bit of management so that was manageable. We did however think that there was a TV, which there is, but the only channels we could get were iPlayer and YouTube which was a disappointment. Also the decor/cleanliness is a bit tired but given how reasonable the the rates were it was acceptable.
The actual apartment was perfect. The entryway, hallways look very jaded. Also the stairs could be a problem for some people. Lucy was most helpful with my stupid questions.
We loved the our stay here. Itâs right in the town and easy to get to the hills for walking too. We had everything we needed and felt really at home in the apartment, which was really cosy and spacious. We would definitely stay again.
Right on the high street so don't rent if you can't stand traffic noise but it's a great location if you don't want to have to drive anywhere as you can walk to shops, Malvern Theatres, Splash, library and the hills all straight from the flat.
Lovely, clean, property and great communication from Lucy. Thanks for a lovely stay!
The flat had everything we needed and was in the best location. Central for shops, pubs and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent when we needed her on one occasion. The only issue is the difficulty parking. The parking outside is limited and although there are some spaces further along the road they were often full, however we managed to work round it. We had a great time in Malvern
Great location! Convenient without a car. Cute cafe next door, walking distance to big grocery store and restaurants. It doesnât look that way from outside, but spacious flat! Most of all, the price for this space and location is good deal! Highly recommended
Comfortable, good value accommodation in a great location.
The flat is spacious and well maintained and decorated. Comfortable lounge. Dining table in kitchen. Lounge and bedroom with twin beds face the street. Kitchen and double bed room, face west, towards the hills. On the second floor, if steps are a problem. Some noise from the road but not disturbing. Great location for parks, shops etc. Good views accross Severn Valley. Very handy for the Wethersoons Hotel across the road which has breakfasts from 7am on what must be one of the most spectacular terraces in the country. Easy to park in the street under flat, in the evening and overnight. You need to move your car by 9:30 but there's unrestricted parking a short walk north along the road. We didn't meet Lucy, the host but she was friendly and efficient in our communications. She kindly lent us some extra bedding for our baby's cot. Great place, nice town!
Second time staying here as the first time was excellent, and again the stay was excellent! Highly recommend. Spacious and clean apartment in a central location.
We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was cosy and comfortable, and in the perfect location for both the town and the hills. Lucy was really helpful and responsive. We would happily stay again.
Apartment is a great space, well equipped and lovely views over Malvern. The location is fantastic with shops and restaurants a short walk away. Whilst there's no dedicated parking space there's free parking spaces down the road so it doesn't cause an issue. There are quite a few stairs to the apartment but as someone with hip issues, they didn't cause me a problem and were better than expected based on other reviews.
Overall I'd definitely return as very comfortable accommodation.
The apartment is above the shops on Worcester Road, so it is in a fantastic location. The apartment is on the second floor (hidden) and it is very spacious, with fantastic views from living room and the twin bedroom.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, spacious front room, kitchen and bathroom. The beds are super comfy, it has a wonderful homely feel to it and I cannot recommend this enough people visiting Malvern.
Me, my girlfriend and my parents stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting family in Castlemorton over the weekend, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay at Lucy's accommodation, and we will certainly rebook when we travel back down there again from Liverpool.
Thank you again Lucy.
