The Motor House is on the same property as The Larches B&B but in a separate building from the main house. It is situated in a very quiet rural location between Ledbury and Malvern. The property has 8 acres of land, so when staying here feel free to explore. We are classic car enthusiasts ourselves and are always pleased and interested when guests arrive in their classic. We provide very secure parking with EV-Charging.
We try our best to make our guests feel welcome, we can assist in choosing restaurants and help decide which local attractions suit them best. It is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the rural surroundings.
Excellent accommodation, very welcoming hosts and a peaceful location.
The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Being dog friendly was a big advantage and our hosts could not have been more welcoming. A great location from which to explore so many points of local interest.
The location was great - perfect for walking in the area and the Malvern Hills. The accomodation was very comfortable and just what we wanted. Perfect for the two of us to spend a quiet few days away. Stunning view in the morning with sun coming up over frosty fields
We had a wonderful holiday and we did not want to go home.
The Motor House is just the perfect get away. It's a lovely place and very peaceful. The balcony is perfect for sitting outside if the weather is fine.
We had a wonderful holiday and we did not want to go home.
The accommodation was in a perfect location for us, we were lucky enough to enjoy the views and sit on the balcony as we had some warm weather. The Motor House is just perfect we had a wonderful couple of weeks.
Outstanding accommodation with many delightful unique and individual features.
It was a short stay, almost a business trip. All we were after was a pleasant place to crash after busy days. What we stumbled on was an absolute gem. The things you expect - cleanliness, facilities, comfort, friendliness were all top notch. What sticks with us is the long list of bonus features. The craftsmanship in the building and furnishings. The sheer quality to be seen all around. Although we were self catering we included the joy of sitting on the balcony in the morning sunshine.
We had a lovely weeks stay at The Motor House. The accommodation was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Due to its rural location it was very tranquil and peaceful with gorgeous views from the balcony. A good base for exploring the area. We were made very welcome by the host.
Malcolm, a classic car enthusiast, enjoyed a career in professional motorsport, including F1. He would be happy showing his classic cars to guests. Inge, German by birth, was an English teacher and is a keen photographer. She now enjoys running The Larches Ledbury B&B and the self-catering apartment They are both well travelled and thoroughly enjoy welcoming and spending time with their guests from all over the world. Not to forget the black Labrador Morag whose job it is to welcome the guests, which she usually does by bringing one of her toys.
