This condo was spacious and clean with a beautiful balcony view. The property is lovely with beautiful pools and restaurants. There were two things that would stop me from renting this unit again: the beds were very uncomfortable and simply could use a mattress overlay which is a quick fix. Also, the WiFi was sketchy. We like watching a movie at night but the WiFi was so bad, we never finished one. If nothing can be done about that, I would suggest bringing dvd’s as I did see a dvd player there. Otherwise, it was good and property manager Abe was very responsive and helpful.

The property was just as advertised and we had a good stay. There are a couple things that could be updated like the shower heads, they were clogged from hard water and shot out in different directions. The check in process was a little stressful as you have to contact a 3rd party to let them know you are checking in 24 hours before. I forgot to do it the day before and didn't do it until the day of check in. Took a bit of time to get a response and then they couldn't find my reservation. They did finally find our reservation but it would be less stressful and more proactive for the host or property manager to send the instructions instead of the guest having to request and wait for instructions.

It was a wonderful room! We did have an issue with the fridge but we let Abe know about it and he sent someone out and they fixed the issue allowing us to sleep much better the second night!

The unit was super spacious and comfy for 5! The pool, pool bar, sports bar makes us stay on property our entire time. Can’t wait to return!

My family and I had a great stay! The check in process was so easy and we had no issues getting into the condo. The place is roomy and comfortable. We had all the amenities and gorgeous view!

Room was very nice and had a great view. We have stayed at several of the different resorts in Rocky Point and this one was our favorite so far, as it was well kept and not as crowded.

Great time with great people

When we first arrived the condo was very nice and clean, everything worked and had a great view of playa Bonita. Sandra and Abe were very helpful with every question and would respond back very quickly. It felt like home away from home. Will be definitely staying here in the future.

My wife and I: Age 71 and 74

The internet was spotty, but it helped on a number of occasions to unplug and then re-plug the router. We would suggest more extra blankets. We were unable to get the heater to turn on to take the chill out in the early morning. However the unit was very spacious and we have re-booked the unit for March 2025. We appreciated that we could watch Fox News and Fox Sports as well as ESPN!

We have been to Sonoran Sky multiple times. Abe was amazing to deal with, provided all the necessary information. I enjoyed it immensely and we will be back to this specific room next year!

Large 2br 2ba right in front of the beach. Abe was prompt in response and gave detailed text message instructions not only about the property, but on our way into Mexico. Would love to stay here again!

Awesome Stay

My stay was awesome and well worth it. I outdoor balcony had a beautiful view and the other side had a beautiful desert view. The pools were all nice and working and we stayed in the pool until we got so tired of being in the pool. The place had a restaurant at the lower level so there was no need to go far. The VRBO property manager was great and gave me all details I needed and the security guard was very attentive and was expecting us. Overall great trip and plan to go again.

Vacation Hillary!

Our stay was wonderful! Even with hurricane Hillary arriving the day after we arrived. Needless to say we stayed in that day and actually enjoyed being in the condo cooked up some fresh shrimp, watched movies and relaxed. Then Monday everything was calm and we continued our peaceful and relaxing vacation. We will be back as this was our 2nd time staying at this condo. Thank you!

Beautiful view but bring necessities

Loved this property and location. The views were amazing. There were things that needed fixed and we let them know. It did not affect our stay. I would stay at this property again but bring everything, TP, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap etc. Had all necessary appliances. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This unit is in desperate need of a refresh

- I would not rent this unit again.- Extremely noisy fridge needs to be replaced.- Unreliable WiFi Router/Modem needs to be replaced (worst internet connection I've ever experienced).- Cannot stream TV and only 1 or 2 live TV channels.- Screen door out to patio is off its track and unusable.- Limp, threadbare sheets on the master bed (yuck).- Old and ratty collection of plastic cups for glassware. - China and glasses are due for replacement.- Master toilet is old and loose from its flange (i.e. wiggles on its foundation).- Master bath toilet paper holder is broken and unusable.- Master shower control is very loose and seems like it's about break.- Master faucet and drain (right side) has low pressure and is clogged (slow to drain).- Master bathroom outlets (right side) don't work (trips GFCI).- No basics like salt, pepper, or soap for the dishwasher are provided.- Building is OK and in a good location.

No blankets for beds

There are no blankets for the beds. This is an issue in the winter. Also, the toilet paper and paper towels are of such low quality you should just bring your own.

Maintenance nightmare!

Heat worked sporadically. (It was cold ) No blankets, just sheets and a single layer coverlet. Two wash clothes, one hand towel and three bath towels per bathroom (for a week). The lamps were all unplugged and we had to move furniture to plug them in. Bulbs burnt out above table and in kitchen. No instructions on how to work dishwasher ( it didn’t work anyway). No information or maps for directions to local amenities and attractions. Outlets in master bath did not work. No directions to aid with turning on shower. Electronic lock on front door Did not work. Caretaker got it open via phone., and sent one key up the next day. The view was spectacular but even cleanliness was lacking. Not My idea of a premier host!

Too many maintennance issues to enjoy our stay at this property (see below)

* Wifi down at check-in (resolved within 24 hours) but two out of the four of us had work to deal with when we arrived and had to use the lobby wifi. * No papertowels, no dish soap or dishwashing liquid, no washing detergent and minimal tp in unit so had to purchase on our own. * Drain in master bath was slow and filled shower up with water. Contacted Abe to let him know and he said they would attend to the issure when we checked out. When I took a shower the shower filled up again with water and by the time I got out of the shower the entire bedroom had water throughout. Contacted Abe and his response was to not use the shower until they could get someone over to look at it. * Tried running the dishwasher to find that it didn't work either. Told Abe about it and he said someone would come by to check on it. Noone ever came to check on it and so our dishes piled up each day. * Master bed had a sheet only. No comforter. I asked Abe about it and he said that the comforter had a stain on it and so they had to throw it away. When he came to replace the wifi modem he put a blanket on the bed. * Contacted Abe on day of departure to let him know that we were checked out and that the dishwasher was still broken. I asked him if he would consider refunding some of our money based on all of the issues we encountered during out stay. That was 3 days ago. Never received a response from Abe. I would appreciate you making good on all of this and getting back to me.
