Comprenant 2 chambres et 2 salles de douche avec air conditionné partout, équipées d'un très haut niveau, y compris les finitions en érable et cuisine danoise équipée de haute spécification. 2 grandes vérandas privées

Situé au dernier étage de cette petite communauté fermée de faible hauteur avec une grande piscine en forme de trèfle, des jardins paysagers et un parking privé fermé

Cette propriété est idéale pour les familles avec enfants en raison de la piscine séparée pour enfants et des jardins clos et sécurisés

La piscine et les jardins sont entièrement éclairés le soir pour un dîner romantique en plein air sur les vérandas pendant les chaudes soirées

Spacious penthouse apartment

Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Nice beach and pool. We appreciated the detailed self check-in instructions as we arrived late in the day.

Amazing views and unit

We had a great time in Lagos at this property. It has a great ocean view and pool and was close to the beach. Ubering to other locations around Lagos was easy and fairly cheap. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Algarve.

What a wonderful find

We absolutely loved our stay and only wish that it was longer. John was amazingly helpful and the flat was modern, incredibly convenient and had a wonderful view of the sea. The swimming pool area was lovely and very peaceful. For being in such a busy city, it was quiet, relaxing and peaceful.

Stunning place, location and host.

The two bedroom was exactly what we wanted. for two couples or family this location was amazingly set up, clean and well maintained. The owner set us up for success right from the access to leaving the place. Will stay here again and would recommend it to everyone. The location was away from downtown but only a $5 dollar UBER away. the 5 minute walk to the beach and a couple great restaurants was also perfect.

Wonderful holiday

Beautyful views from this apartment. Quiet area - only a cuouple of evenings noise from some sort of party/hotel entertainment. Easy communication with owner by text messages. Quick and adequate response to questions. A couple of ok restaurants by the Beach Plenty in town. Taxi is fairly priced.

Great home base

We (family of 5) had a very nice stay. The property is super clean and provides wonderful views of the ocean. The location was perfect for us - close enough to old town Lagos (5 min drive) but far enough away to feel like you were in a relaxing environment. The beach, which is one of the nicest in the area with multiple beach bars and incredible views of the cliffs, is a short 5 min walk. Communication with the owner was never a problem. I can’t say enough good things about the property. We would definitely consider booking again if we returned.

Outstanding property in Lagos

John did everything to ensure we felt at home, in a fantastic property that is close enough (walking distance) to the beach and the main attractions in Lagos. Very quiet, safe, secluded location. The house has all the amenities, appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals, which we were looking for. Thank you John for everything, also your recommendations for restaurants and places where the locals go to! We will be back!

Lagos flat

The flat is lovely with a good view and nice pool. But there were no instructions how to work anything eg cooker hob was a problem, and the TV. Nothing about rubbish disposal and recycling etc.Normally there is a folder with all the necessary information. No cable TV which was disappointing in an expensive property.

Excellent apartment

I do believe that these reviews should be specifically about the apartment, not the resort and I can confirm that this apartment was the best equipped and highest standard that I have stayed in. Too often holiday apartments do not have all the right crockery, cutlery and glassware. This apartment was furnished to a high standard and lacked for nothing. Very tasteful and the owner should be congratulated. It was also in a perfect position, being in a quiet block of 12 apartments, close to the beach and with a great pool and terrace to enjoy. Carla was on hand on arrival to show us everything and had a warmth and sense of humour which was admirable. Great apartment, great location, great holiday and can't wait to return . Ta.

Grand appartement, propre, confortable et pratique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours en famille. Appartement spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Le seul point améliorer serai les draps des lits. Accès à pied facile et rapide à la plage de Porto de Mos (il y a un escalier sur la gauche en sortant de la propriété plus rapide que par la rue). Nous recommandons cette location si vous allez a Lagos!

Location and apartment were good.

The washer and dryer which we counted on had wrong instructions to operate. We informed John, he informed us the instructions were for the precious unit and he would get back with us which he never did. The showers would not drain well and we had very short showers to eliminate water to over flow outside the shower. One of the handheld showers could not be put in it's cradle. We notified john with no results. The master shower whith jetted heads were inoperative and useless. After all the back and forth to resolve all the issues he informed us that he resides in the apartment below, but not onece did he attempted to resolve the issues with the apartment. In the past years we have stayed in no less than 40 vrbo/air b and b, this is the first time we had to leave less than perfect review due to John's lack of care and interest.

Nice property, unconcerned owner/property manager

Beautiful location. Property only had four towels for 3 people for four nights and no separate/extra towels for the pool/beach. Tried to wash the towels, followed the directions for the washing machine. Washing machine door wouldn’t unlock when it stopped so I notified the property owner who said he “probably needed to replace the old machine” and that he might be able to get someone from his “team” to come the next day. The next morning I was able to open the door and a flood of water came rushing out and there was still a ton of water in the machine, so the towels were sopping wet. When I notified the owner he said I must have used the wrong setting and after several messages back and forth and a request from me to have some extra towels delivered he said he would address the washing machine after we checked out and had no concern for the fact that we were towel less. It is a lovely property and a great location so long as nothing goes wrong and you don’t need assistance from the property owner/manager, you’ll do great. The master bathroom has a large shower and it wasn’t draining well when we first used it so it was like standing in a lake with a drain clogged by a clump of hair from the previous renter. At a minimum, if I had used the wrong setting, it would’ve been nice for him to walk me through how to use the washing machine correctly so I could have had access to towels but he told me he was “at a restaurant drinking good wine!” We’ve stayed at many VRBO‘s with very attentive property managers that are available to address little issues that arise during the stay. This is not one of them.
