The main house has two bedrooms on the ground floor and a spacious primary suite upstairs. The upper suite includes a King bed plus bunk beds, private bathroom, full kitchen, large terrace, and ocean views.
A separate garden casita above the enclosed garage provides another private living space with a King bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, living and dining area, and large balcony.
This arrangement works particularly well for multi-generational groups, couples traveling together, or guests who appreciate having separate spaces within the same property.
Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms only. The main living and dining areas are not air conditioned.

LOCATION
Casa Luna is set directly along the Caribbean coast in Akumal.
The shoreline immediately in front of the villa is rocky and has no water access. Akumal Bay and Half Moon Bay beaches are approximately a five-minute walk away.
Akumal's restaurants, beaches, snorkeling, and local attractions are nearby. Tulum, cenotes, eco-parks, Maya ruins, and other Riviera Maya destinations are also easy to explore by car.
