Mis à jour avec la nouvelle peinture, moquette et revêtements de sol dans toute la maison. Cette maison au bord du lac a une vue magnifique et une rampe de bateau privée et un quai.

Cette maison de 3 200 pieds carrés peut accueillir 14 personnes et comprend 4 chambres à coucher, un canapé-lit queen-size, 3 salles de bain complètes, 2 tanières, une grande terrasse surplombant le lac, une machine à laver et un sèche-linge, 3 foyers, une véranda et une cuisine entièrement équipée . Grande tanière pouvant accueillir 16 personnes.

La location de bateaux et la livraison sont disponibles au port de plaisance à proximité (Herrington, Chimney Rock et Pandora Marinas) ou apportez les vôtres et profitez de notre quai et de notre rampe de mise à l'eau privée. Nagez ou pêchez hors du quai privé.

Guys get away trip, area was quiet, good bed and restroom spaces.

Good stay, fairly secluded except for neighbors. Be prepared with supplies and enjoy your stay!

Wedding party

Me, my future wife, and our wedding party had an amazing stay at the house. It was the perfect place for all of us to sleep and enjoy eachothers company. The downstairs was a perfect spot for all of us to eat and play games together with plenty of bathrooms and beds. The view was also amazing at the lake.

Amazing view right on the lake

Very nice property. Very spacious with boat dock, hot tub and a boat ramp. My sons loved exploring the property and fishing off the dock. Very relaxing picturesque experience. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and just enjoy your day. Property manager was very accommodating and responded very quickly . owner was very accom

Spotless, well-equipped home in beautiful, peaceful lication

Recently returned from a week's stay: 2 couples, 1 single, and the younger couple's kids (6mo, 9, 12, 15yo) - extended family. The layout of the house was perfect for us, with all BRs & 2 of the full BAs on upper floor, a roomy, well-lit, & sensibly designed (& well-equipped!) kitchen that easily enabled 2 or more of us to be working on meal prep @ same time without tripping over each other, and plenty of dining areas - the main table was large enough to fit us all, so we kept a jigsaw puzzle going on the smaller table to the side. A nice bonus was the Wii system on the upstairs TV that kept the kids occupied on the 1 day of inclement weather. But as nice as the house was, the best part was outside: the river setting was gorgeous & peaceful, facing a densely-treed bluff. We fished from the dock every day, caught several small bass & bluegill - no keepers, but then nobody fished early AM when the bigger fish were jumping lol. Communication with the host was superb.Would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Weekend

Our family thoroughly enjoyed comfy beds, a fire pit, football, food, beautiful scenery, fun games and a great layout. The kids really loved climbing around the rocks and exploring.

Great family getaway

We found this place to be perfect for our family reunion. The house was spacious with lots of room to spread out and have fun. Loved the hot tub and fires at night and we rarely left the water during the hot, humid days we were there. Rented a pontoon twice which made the trip even better.

Beautiful View of the Lake

A lovely home with plenty of whatever we needed for a few fun days with family. I loved seeing the sun come up in the morning and watching the fog rise off the lake.

Amazing vacation spot

The house was extremely welcoming and so comfortable. We loved the porch area and used that more than the inside of the home. Easy access to the dock was a definite win!

Great place to stay for a big group

We stayed here for my stepdaughters wedding in Danville. While a distance from the town it was well worth it. We didn’t get to enjoy just lounging around the house because of all the wedding festivities but this home is great for a big family to stay and hang out. The place was roomy for all of use with plenty of places for everyone to sleep. Everything was clean and just lovely.

Great lake access

We had a great stay at the lake. The view is stunning from the house as there's no residences across the lake to see so it's just wild and beautiful. The rocks were really fun for the children to climb on and we loved the screened in porch to eat at. We brought our own pontoon boat and it really opened up all the water fun we could've wanted. House was clean and spacious.

Should be Blue Heaven

This place is beautiful. The house has everything you need for a great stay. The lake and dock are easily accessible. I have trouble walking and could get to the dock. We swam off the dock and in the July heat it felt wonderful. We are hoping to return next year.

Blue Heron Point offers the perfect lakeside experience!

The home is large enough for multiple families with a lot of room to move about. The private boat ramp and dock are close to the house and easily accessible. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a crowd and lots of seating for meals and games together. The rental process was seamless and all questions were answered by the property manager. It was a wonderful family vacation that we hope to make an annual event!

COVID getaway

This was our second time at this property. The setting on the lake is fabulous. The house is clean and provides plenty of room for a large group to move around. This was a great way to get out of the house and provide something for the kids to do for a few days. I suggest renting the double decker pontoon from Pandora Marina.

Relaxing Time

Had a great time relaxing by the lake, enjoying the fire pit, and meeting your neighbor's cat...who we called Kevin. He came out to enjoy the fire with us both nights :) We also loved the proximity to the Bourbon Trail distilleries. If you choose to sign up for a tour at one...Make your reservations at least a month in advance.

Annual Family Lake Trip

Perfect setup for a family vacation on the lake! Our 2nd year in a row! The location on the lake, the private dock with a nice umbrella, the lawn area, and screened-in porch make outdoor living ideal for a family. The house is clean, comfortable, and spacious. Parts of the house have been updated and are nice, while some things in the house are a bit worn. It is very well stocked and is just as described. We highly recommend it!

Great Family Get-Away

Perfect lake place. Lots for the kids and adults to do. Fishing! Rock hunting! Kayaking! Hot tubbing! Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our 3 families. The 2 sets of Bunks with trundle and the spare air mattress slept the 6 kids perfectly. Nearby parks and Old Fort Harrod made for exciting excursions for us to explore. We will be returning....maybe in the Summer next time. Fun was had by all!

Two families (friends and business partners) from Louisville, Kentucky purchased this home in the fall of 2014. We have 5 daughters between us and we are all excited to share this home with you! We were instantly in love with the home and believe that the property is amazing and unique. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

This house sits on a point and has a spectacular view of the lake. It is located on a quiet, private road, but is only a few miles from restaurants and other attractions.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The private boat ramp is a great perk, and the views from the upper level deck and the lower level screened-in porch are beautiful and relaxing. The great room is a large, open space which nicely accommodates a large group for meals or games.
