situation exceptionnelle, Villa d'architecte 350 m2 dominant la baie de Cassis à 5 minutes à pied du port et des plages, vue féerique dans un cadre magique. Détente assurée dans une grande piscine prés de la cuisine d'été et ses barbecues .les enfants sont aussi les bien venu portique et trampoline géant sont à leur disposition, superbe vue de chaque pièces. Rez de Chaussée: Grand salons avec cheminée, salle à Manger, grand hall avec piano, bibliothèque, grande Cuisine équipée buanderie. 1 chambre lit double avec grande salle de bain + 1 WC séparé. 12 étage:1 Chambres lit double + 1 Salle d'eau + 1 WC. 1er étage : 2 chambres lit double + 1 Mezzanine deux couchages +Salle de bain + WC séparé . Toute les chambres sont climatisées et la villa est équipée du Wifi .La piscine (12x6) est sécurisée. Toutes les pièces et les chambres donnent sur des terrasses, la vue est imprenable quel que soit l'endroit de la maison. De nombreuses activités vous sont proposés à Cassis (voir l'Office du tourisme)

Fabulous home!!

We had a wonderful stay in Cassis. The house saw perfect. The views were stunning, it was glorious to wake up every morning to that view. Hubert was a wonderful host, we arrived very late and it wasn’t a problem. He was available any time we had a question. A lovely home, would definitely go back!

Cassis with a view

Fabulous villa with excellent communal downstairs facilities and even better outdoor spaces to relax, cook, eat, swim and sun bathe. Great view of Cassis and its mountains. Bedrooms are modest and showering is generally a shared space About 10/12 min stroll to the Harbour and town beach passing a good supermarket just 3 mins away on foot. Yes sadly it is an uphill walk home, but that's why you have a view ! Hubert and his family were very kind and attentive hosts Town market was lovely, and Calanques sea inlets and general sea water quality was superb. Very happy guests, thanks Hubert

Perfection.

Hubert and his wife were the most humble and accommodating hosts that I've ever rented from. From restaurant recommendations to letting us borrow a cooler for a morning motorboat excursion, they tried their best to meet every need we had. The home is a stunning old hillside home with enough modern amenities to satisfy most. Air conditioning in the bedrooms allows for a comfortable night's sleep, while the constant sea breeze through open doors and windows keeps the rest of the house feeling cool. The outdoor living area is just insane. Panoramic views of Mediterranean beauty that no photograph could ever do justice. Separate sunny and shaded dining areas. Separate gas and wood burning grills. Gorgeous landscaping. The pool is so refreshing after walking up the hill from the Cassis Port. The walk to dinner or the beach is under 10 minutes, and the excellently stocked, if small, grocery store is literally at the bottom of the driveway. Hiking in the Park du Calanques is a mile away. We could not have asked for a better home for our week in the South of France. If I could, I would give it 10 stars.

Un séjour de pur bonheur

Déjà arriver à cassis avec le soleil laissé entrevoir de belles vacances mais arrivés à la villa juste magnifique. Des l entrée un tapis vous donne le ton de la semaine inscription ici c est le paradis et pas des moindre. De grandes pièces 4 chambres avec la climatisation qui était très appréciée avec la chaleur. Une cuisine très fonctionnelle. Une salle à manger juste magnifique avec une vue sur la mer et le village extraordinaire, un salon immense . Et la le summum on sort sur la terrasse et juste une seule envie sauter ds la piscine qui est superbe. Un petit coin pour déjeuner dîner avec un BBQ, un coin d eau avec machine à laver, frigo et coin toilette . Nous avons passé de tres bons moments, nous avions tout à notre disposition serviette de bain et de piscine, lit faits à l arrivée. A 2 pas il y a un super U pour le ravitaillement et le centre de cassis se trouve à 5 mn à pied. Des propriétaires disponibles et agreables . A refaire

Magnifique Villa pour un séjour parfait entre amis

Nous sommes allés avec 10 amis pour un week-end de retrouvailles. La villa convenait à la perfection. Les photos de la villa ne mentent pas la vue est absolument fantastique et la propriété très fonctionnelle. L'accueil d'Hubert a été parfait, bref un week-end génial. Propriété et propriétaires hautement recommandés. Merci Hubert!

Super schön, sehr entspannt, alles da, was man zum grillen oder kochen braucht, der supermarkt mit frischer fleischtheke direkt vor der haustür, super zentrale lage und top aussicht mit nem perfekten pool. Die zimmer groß und klimatisiert. Kühlschalen für den champus vorhanden. dran vorhanden.

Highly recommend

We highly recommend staying in this lovely home, especially if you are a larger group. It is ideally located such that you can see the castle and cliffs, as well as, very close to a grocery store and walking distance to the port. The home was immaculate, kitchen well stocked, and towels plentiful. Clothes washer was a definite plus! The pool was clean and well maintained. We spent a lot of time by and in the pool: At breakfast pool side; cooling off after a day hiking/investigating town; and for cocktails in the evening. The family was extremely gracious and welcoming. I would highly recommend having a car, especially if you have older family members-the driveway and walk back from town is steep and taxis are hard to come by. All in all, this was an amazing home and a perfect place to spend time exploring Cassis and the Calanques.

Beautiful location but worn down

The location of the house is stunning! Short walk to town centre and restaurants. Cassis is a wonderful town! The walk to the house is very steep so you need to be relatively fit to manage. The rooms are nice and have stunning views. Hubert and family is very helpful and kind. They are fast to respond if you need help! The pool is amazing. And the outdoor area is perfect. There are only 2 bathrooms in the house which is not clear in the description. We expected more from reading the house description. However the house is worn down. The grill was completely broken, the kitchen is quite worn down and things were falling a bit apart. The diswasher almost tipped out several times and we had water all over the floor. The utilities in the kitchen are quite worn (kitchen knives etc). We did have a great vacation but this was more because of the view and the pool. We feel the house is overpriced if you take the quality and overall standard into consideration. The description of the house oversells it. So you should pick the house if you want the amazing view and location but not for luxury and quality. We feel it a bit too expensive from what we had expected.

Thank you for your comments!! I will reply to each points. First of all you are right the location is unique certainly one of the best in Cassis, the view is incredible, and everything is at a working distance. The outdoor is perfect. Inside as it is mentioned in the add there are 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom or washroom. About the dishwasher it was just changed and completely new, so I think the problem was more a question of a bad use maybe by the previous tenants, and the same for the grill. We just bought a brand new one weber. And as you told it on your comments we are really fast to respond and to fix the problems. Considering the price and the luxury aspect you find the good interlocutor because I am working for many years in this field (I am managing partner of one of the leader luxury real estate companies) and you can trust me, the quality for the price is one of the best in Cassis but also for all this kind of destinations That is why we are really wery well rated for more than 10 years, and we have so much loyal customers. The quality for the price is in perfect harmony. If you are interested by really luxurious villas I can propose you several options, but I am not sure it will fit your budget.....

Great hospitality in an amazing location

The house is situated on a hill overlooking Cassis and surroundings. The 10 minute walk to downtown Cassis makes it easy to do day trips without having to drive. Our family of six, including four teenagers, really enjoyed our stay. Needless to say the pool area was popular. The host were very friendly and helped out promptly on a couple of occasions which we really appreciated. We would love to return!

The rooms are nice and largeThe kitchen is great. It is not perfect if you have small kids We had two with us and the master bedroom is 12 steps lower than the kids room When the kids woke up in the night... Also one side of the pool as a free fall iof 3.5 yards We were unlucky to have serious problems with the electricity which went on and off many times The parents of the owner live inthe oroperty and they helped as much as they could

Wonderful villa

Cassis is a very pretty town on a beautiful part of this coast, and this villa is a wonderful place to experience it from. There's lots of space inside and out, a fantastic roof terrace and a lovely pool area. The view from the pool or either of the dining tables near it is magnificent. The main area that we ate is sheltered and has an open fire and a barbecue, both of which we made good use of. The proprietors made us very welcome by accommodating us a night earlier than originally booked and by cooking a superb bouillabaisse meal in the middle of our stay. The harbor and many excellent restaurants are easily reached by foot (5-10 minutes walk). The Calanques national park deserves it's reputation and is well worth multiple visits by foot, boat or kayak. We'd definitely go again.
