Absolutely the bat stay in Beaver so far! The place was clean and roomy. Amazing views! It is our new fav place to stay. We will be back!

Love the Westin Beaver Creek. Stayed here 4 years running. This unit is a bit tired, but property manager very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

The owner has been very responsive and super friendly. The unit was exceptionally clean upon arrival & we would definitely stay here again in the future. The view is a spectacular mountain view.

Great ski trip with family!

We had a wonderful stay at this private residence within the Westin hotel! It was clean and had a well furnished kitchen. The washer and dryer were super helpful for wet ski clothes. Property manager was very communicative too. We would recommend!

Great place to stay if skiing Beaver Creek

We loved staying at Allie’s place at the Westin. Great, spacious two bedroom with a view of the mountains! Great vibe. Lobby always filled with people, dogs and music. Food and drink delicious. Great spa and hot tub. Gondola out the door made skiing effortless. Highly recommend

Great location and property!

We very much enjoyed our weekend getaway to this condo! The property is clean, the owner is prompt and friendly and you are within minutes of several activities and restaurants! We enjoyed having access to all the Westin amenities; however, there is not daily room cleaning or replacement of towels like the other rooms offer. We cannot wait to return when there is snow on the ground- this location is perfect for ski season!

Hello Kaylee, Thank you for your review. All my guests understand that there is not daily housekeeping unless requested at an extra charge to the guest. One reason my rates are so discounted and competitive, is because it is privately managed. I make it very clear in my ad and the rental agreement that all of my guests sign, that extra housekeeping is available for a fee. Some of my guests do request that on their longer stays to have towels changed and the condo cleaned, but they pay directly for that service to the housekeeping company. I know the Westin has daily housekeeping for their guests, but then you are paying a much higher nightly rate, which is why folks like to book with me instead. We do have a lot of snow, so I hope to see you back soon!

Definitely a come back!

Perfect location near city market and stores but yet 5 mins from Beaver Creek skiing, shopping and dining. Allie was the perfect host. We are just sad to leave earlier this morning big than this afternoon due to weather condition coming and having to travel back home.

Great location, nice complex. 3 issues: 1. beware that the second bed is not a pullout couch. It is a futon and not really large enough to sleep 2 people. 2. When I sent the owner a message and asked if they had some way to get us an airbed or another bed, we got no answer at all. Completely ghosted. 3. Some of the towels had stains on them and the comforter and sheets for the futon were still damp when we arrived. We had to put them in the dryer. Also, not all pillows had pillowcases. Otherwise it worked well for our stay

Hi David, I'm not sure if you are thinking of the right condo, as we have 2 queen size beds in our 2nd bedroom (as you can see in the picture) and a full size pull out in the living room. Also, we have all of our towels professionally cleaned and not a single call or message from you during your stay. Could you kindly re-review your stay with us?

Exceeds expectations!

This condo far exceeded the listing description. It is awesome!! The interior is beautiful as well as functional. The kitchen is well appointed; the owner has anticipated and provided everything a guest would need including some additional treats. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio as we sipped drinks and watched the sunset behind the mountains. As a bonus, the condo has access to the Westin Riverside hotel amenities, including the pool and hot tubs, spa, fitness center, concierge, restaurants, room service and more. The owner provided excellent customer service providing detailed instructions on how to get to property, obtain keys, where to park, etc. The condo is located near many fine restaurants and shops in Edwards, Avon, Minturn and Vail Colorado. It only takes 5-15 minutes to drive to most of them. It is also close to Beaver Creek ski resort (gondola is on the property) and Vail (15 min. drive or bus ride away) There are abundant hiking and biking trails to be explored. For the golfer, there are numerous courses nearby. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo was in a perfect location. Everything was as described and the host communicated well. We had a wonderful two-week vacation in Avon. My only complaint was that we had been driving for 8 hours and when we arrived 10 minutes before check in and the front desk would not allow us to check in until exactly 4:00 pm. All in all, we had a fantastic time.

Very nice place to stay. Westin is ok but very busy. Pool always crowded and small. Location an A+. Told when I checked in not to bother front desk by property manager but then he was of little help. No instructions on internet, garbage and he was geenrally hard to get a hold of. Again a very comfortable unit but I would not run to book it again.

Sorry to hear that we were not up to par on communications. When you rent a private unit at the Westin, the Westin management refers you to the owners for all questions. We do have a folder in the unit with instructions for renters. We appreciate your feedback and will work harder to be more available in the future.

It was great. Clean and convenient. Family enjoyed pool.

Easy and consistent with expectations. The check-out guidelines were not posted at time of departure- minor inconvenience given we already swept floors, washed and put away dishes and washed towels as we would want others to do upon departure if our property.
