A beautiful and relaxing place where we, three old friends, spent a wonderful holiday. The villa was very nice and clean, the kitchen is very modern and has all the equipment you need. Sitting outside on the terrace having our meals was bliss â beautiful views over the hills and down to the sea, wonderful scents from all the local Mediterranean plants.
It was a short drive to the beach and restaurants. The bay is lovely and the sea wonderfully warm. There is a variety of restaurants for all tastes.
Graham couldnât have been more helpful and gave us all the information we needed.
When looking at the website just now, I saw that a beautiful swimming-pool was added. We have booked again and are very much looking forward to our stay.
I highly recommend it to everyone, young and old. So peaceful for the adults and what better way to keep the children entertained than jumping into a lovely pool?
We stayed here for a week in May with our 2 small children (2 and 4) and my parents in Law. It was the perfect family holiday for us. The children loved playing in the pool while we relaxed on the lovely terrace. The villa its self has everything you need, very well equipped open plan kitchen/ living area which opens out to the pool terrace. 5 Large bedrooms which was loads of space for our small group, we could have easily accommodated more. The beach is 3 minutes away which is stunning and has lots of lovely restaurants and places to have a nice drink. Graham the owner was extremely helpful in the booking process and even gave me tips of some of the best road biking routes in the area. We will be back :-)

We have recently purchased this property having been the owners of another property there for 25 years and holidayed there at least twice a year for every year since buying the property. We liked the area so much we decided to buy a larger property to spend more time there in winter as well as summer and cannot wait for each holiday we spend there Our children are now grown up but but have spent their childhood holidaying there and still like to go there with their own families. We enjoy being so close to the sea and beautiful swimming. We have the luxury of also having a private shady garden where I take a Pastis most evenings at the end of the day. I never drink it in England.
We found we kept visiting Cavaliere when we were on holiday in the area so decided to buy there instead of visiting. We love to swim and like the luxury of being able to pop to the beach so easily being just 1400 m away. This house provides the best of both worlds as it is still in a rural beautiful location your holiday in a quiet seaside village with every extra facility close at hand.
The House has the advantage of a considerable amount of accommodation on 1 level which makes it very user friendly but still has the variation of different levels to the garden and 2 large bedrooms on the lower level away from everyone else if required. The views of the surrounding area are beautiful but you are still in the village of Cavaliere and close to the sea . There is private parking for 1 car at the front of the house and a further 2 places when approaching the house from an alternative route . There are steps from the parking area as shown on the photos so these have to be negotiated to enter the house for a more disabled person but each step has a long area between to make access easier . The new pool has added a further dimension with views of the surrounding countryside but you still have a beautiful beach for swimming very close by. All meals are usually taken outside with a table that seats 8 people comfortably and more if friends arrive .We have 2 outside tables and the record so far is 14 people for an evening meal .There is a Boulangerie which opens everyday for fresh bread and the small supermarket supplies everything you could need and has a Boulangerie section as well .
