Old Town-Whitehead St-PRIX RÉDUIT! MEILLEUR EMPLACEMENT - sur la rue Whitehead Duval à quelques pas du nouveau parc aquatique Truman Annex et de la plage de Fort Zach (laissez-passer inclus) ou de la piscine communautaire GRATUITE à 4 blocs. Comme le montre l'édition de mars 2015 du magazine Island Jane, cette villa inspirée par Hemingway est située sur le site de Old Samaritan Hall où ils ont tenu de nombreux mariages! Une bonne ambiance! (James Brown a joué ici !!) Jamais auparavant offert en location de vacances! Cette maison unique avec plafonds de 10 pieds offre des jardins privés luxuriants sur un double lot, et beaucoup de places de stationnement hors rue. La maison de Hemingway, Lighthouse, MM0, Southern Pt et Mallory Sq sont tous situés ici! Duval est à un pâté de maisons, la plage de Ft Zach est à 2 blks, la carte familiale à 8 personnes est incluse. Parc aquatique et aire de jeux à 2 pâtés de maisons près du Coastguard Ship. Grande piscine communautaire gratuite à 4 pâtés de maisons. Il n'est jamais bondé et donne sur l'océan. C'est un loyer mensuel car nous n'avons pas de permis transitoire pour le louer pour moins de 28 nuits. (4 semaines) Vous pouvez entrer dans la maison avec vos amis et votre famille pendant tout le mois et partager la maison! Veuillez vous renseigner si vous avez des questions. Great location, huge rooms

Great location, you can hear live music from the porch from Ramshead. The rooms are huge! The layout is a bit odd and the 3rd room on the first floor is very small, but out 1 year old stayed there So he didn’t care. If you’re a light sleeper, bring a sound machine and ear plugs, you’ll hear the roosters and traffic and revelers all night!

Great Location and Wonderful house!

This house is wonderful. Very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Everything you could need including washer and dryer; very little laundry when I arrived home. Great private parking. Perfectly located 1 street from Duval (Where all the action is) and 1 street from Petronia (Goombay Festival). Fort Zackary Taylor Beach and Park is a bit of a hike with all you beach gear so rent a bike. But easy walking to everything. Only one thing I would change is to have a king size bed in the master bedroom and if you have small children there is no bathtub. Also, a small wading pool would have been nice. The porch is wonderful; morning coffee and breakfast (Cuban Coffee Queen will deliver). Relaxing in the evening while having a drink watching all the activity going by before you head out for dinner at one of the many restaurants (Mangia Mangia, best pasta or Alonzo's happy hour on drinks and appetizers). Nice BIG front yard which is not the norm in key west. Brenda the owner was very easy to work with. If you have any questions she will get back with you quickly. I would stay at this location again and would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

What a great way to experience Key West!

Arrival was easy. Property was immaculate and NOT IKEA furnished. We had everything we needed and could walk to all the best restaurants and attractions. Stay here and fall in love with Key West. We will be back.

Great house & location can't be beat!

We had a great time staying at the Little Hemingway House! The location is fantastic, so close to everything and yet still in a quiet section. We adopted a family of chickens out front - Mamma and her babies stayed with us almost the entire time. Brenda was super easy to work with, and answered every question we had lightning fast. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again - thanks so much for everything!

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Little Hemingway House. It is a great location and a beautiful home. It is only one block off of Duval which was great! It is also close to our three favorite restaurants (Mam's, Blue Heaven, and Santiago's Bodega). We also really appreciate that the property is pet friendly. The owners have only had the home for a few months and have done a nice job so far. However, there are still some improvements that can be made. Most things were minor. Our biggest complaint is the smaller of the three bedrooms on the main floor. It is very small with less than a foot between the wall and the bed, there is no TV, the AC is in the closet and is extremely loud, and it does not have a true door so there is not a lot of privacy and it can be difficult to sleep since you can hear everything going on in the living room and kitchen. Furthermore, the only showers are in the two bedrooms upstairs so the people in the small bedroom downstairs must go through another bedroom upstairs to use a shower. Our other complaint is the vegetation in the yard is not properly maintained. I emailed the owner regarding this midway through our stay and I did not receive an email back and it was not taken care of. While not a complaint, the driveway only fits two vehicles, not three like the property description stated. Perhaps three Fiats would fit. This is a beautiful property but I believe that with some more effort from the owners that it can be even better.

Exceeded Expectations...A lot

Location and Privacy. What a gem, located in the heart of everything Key West. One block from Blue Heaven restaurant, half a block off Duval and a short walk to Mallory Square. And amazingly the house is completely private with three off street parking spots two of which are behind a private gate solely for the house. Great gardens enable guests to have coffee and people watch while remaining secluded. Decorated with fantastic touch. We liked the house better and better each day and didn't want to leave. Finally 'little' is misrepresentative, the house has plenty of room with the two master suites and downstairs bedroom. You'll pinch yourself if your lucky enough to rent the Little Hemingway House. Can you tell we loved it?!

My husband and I purchased the Little Hemingway House on Whitehead St, Old Town, Key West, in Jan 2015. We knew that it was something so special that we could not keep it all to ourselves. We love sharing this beautiful and magical villa with our guests. ( it's been mistaken for Hemingway's house by tourists passing by -same architectural details) just tell them his house is up the street another block and a half! Haha..We hope you will come and experience Key West like a local and love it as much as we do! ENJOY!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The house really does speak for itself, don't you think? 😍…& There is no better location on the island than this one! Ft Zach Beach and a huge community pool overlooking the ocean, both are only blocks away! Duval is only a block over. MM 0 a few blocks down. Hemingway's house 1 1/2 blocks away. Free community pool overlooking ocean walking distance..Southernmost pt at end of our st and Mallory Sq at the other end. The lighthouse is also on this street! Blue Heaven and Santiago's Bodega is around the corner. Who could ask for more?? We sure can’t!

The front porch is a favorite for us. From enjoying our morning coffee or tea, afternoon happy hour, and the occasional lunch or dinner enjoyed overlooking the front yard, this is our happy place! ( this & Ft Zach😍) Also private enough that we can't help but use it as our dance floor at times too. & Outside showers under the palm trees are blissful!
